5773 CAIB ![CDATA[Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 7 de junio de 2019, por la que se modifica la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 21 de mayo de 2019, por la cual se hace pública la composición definitiva de los tribunales de los cuerpos de profesores de enseñanza secundaria, y se designan los coordinadores y los miembros de las comisiones de valoración que tienen que actuar en los procedimientos selectivos convocados por Resolución de 25 de febrero de 2019]] 190 CAIB 2019-06-13 es ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">En el BOIB núm. 70 de 25 de mayo de 2019 se publicó la Resolución </span>de la directora general de Personal Docente de 21 de mayo&nbsp; de 2019, por la cual se hace pública la composición definitiva de los tribunales de los cuerpos de profesores de enseñanza secundaria, y se designan los coordinadores y los miembros de las comisiones de valoración que tienen que actuar en los procedimientos selectivos convocados por Resolución de 25 de febrero de 2019, para las pruebas selectivas de ingreso, acceso y adquisición de nuevas especialidades a los cuerpos docentes, se convocan a los presidentes titulares a una sesión formativa, se distribuyen los aspirantes entre los tribunales de los cuerpos y especialidades correspondientes y se los convoca al acto de presentación, a la parte A de la primera prueba y a la parte B de la primera prueba.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">El apartado 1 del artículo 8 del Real decreto 276/2007, de 23 de febrero, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de ingreso, acceso y adquisición de nuevas especialidades en los cuerpos docentes a que se refiere la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, y se regula el régimen transitorio de ingreso al que se refiere la disposición transitoria decimoséptima de la mencionada Ley establece que los tribunales pueden proponer la incorporación de asesores especialistas y ayudantes a sus trabajos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">La base 5.3.5 de la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 25 de febrero de 2019, por la cual se convocan las pruebas selectivas de ingreso, acceso y adquisición de nuevas especialidades a los cuerpos docentes de profesores de enseñanza secundaria, de profesores técnicos de formación profesional, de profesores de escuelas oficiales de idiomas y de maestros de las Illes Balears dispone que los tribunales pueden proponer la incorporación de asesores especialistas. Modificar el anexo 2 de la </span>Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 21 de mayo&nbsp; de 2019 en <span style="color:black">&nbsp;el sentido de incorporar asesores al tribunal del cuerpo de profesores de enseñanza secundaria, especialidad procesos y productos de artes gráficas, y del cuerpo de profesores técnicos de formación profesional, especialidad producción de artes gráficas.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">Segundo</span></span></strong><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">. font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la directora general de Personal Docente en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado en <em>Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears</em>, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y los artículos 25.5 y 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
