Así pues, habiendo finalizado el plazo de exposición al público del acuerdo de aprobación inicial adoptado sin haberse formulado reclamación alguna contra el mismo, se eleva a definitivo. Por consiguiente, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 169 del RD 2/2004, por el que se aprueba el T.R. de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, a continuación se publica su texto:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1.- Modificar la cuantía del nivel del complemento específico, que retribuye las condiciones particulares referidas, entre otras, al incremento tareas, que son más complejas, en la cuantía de 490,47 € /mensuales (14 pagas).</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2.- Estas retribuciones se harán efectivas a partir de la aprobación por Pleno, con arreglo al art. 22.2.i) de la Ley 7/85, de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3.- Aprobar la modificación de crédito 10/2019, del siguiente contenido:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"> </p> <table border="1" style="border:1px solid #000000;
