    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Mancor de la Vall, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 16 de maig de 2019, acordó la aprobación inicial del Presupuesto General de la Corporación para el año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta aprobación inicial fue publicada en el BOIB el 18 de mayo de 2019, y una vez transcurrido el plazo de 15 días hábiles previsto, no constan presentadas reclamaciones ni alegaciones contra la aprobación del mismo,por lo que de conformidad a lo establecido en el Art. 20.1 del R.D. 500/1990, de 20 de abril, se eleva dicho acuerdo de aprobación a definitivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En consecuencia, y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 20.3 del referido R.D. 500/90 y 169.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se hace pública la aprobación definitiva del expediente de Presupuesto General del Ayuntamiento de Mancor de la Vall, para ejercicio 2019, cuyo resumen por capítulos es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Estado de gastos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 1.º- Gastos de personal 549.891,38€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 2.º- Gastos en bienes corrientes y servicios 663.809,00€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 3.º- Gastos financieros 900,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 4.º- Transferencias corrientes 227.200,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 6.º- Inversiones 282.735,00€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 9.º- Amortizaciones de préstamos 25.000,00€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 3.º- Tasas y otros ingresos 280.130,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 4.º- Transferencias corrientes 619.471,38 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 5.º- Ingresos patrimoniales 7756,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 7.º- Transferencias de capital 264.928,00€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Capítulo 9.º- Concertación de préstamos bancarios 0,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Asimismo y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 90 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, se publica ANEXO relativo a la Plantilla del Personal aprobada para el ejercicio 2019, y que aparece dotada en el Presupuesto de la Corporación para el mismo ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento y efectos procedentes, significándose que contra la aprobación definitiva del mismo, y a tenor de lo establecido en el artículo 171.1 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, en la forma y plazos que establecen las normas de dicha jurisdicción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
