&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por Resolución de la Alcaldía Presidencia de día 13 de mayo de 2019 se han aprobado la convocatoria y las bases que regirán las pruebas selectivas para crear, mediante concurso-oposición, una bolsa de trabajo de enfermeros/as para posteriores contrataciones como personal laboral temporal en el Patronato de la Residencia de Personas Mayores, cuya parte dispositiva es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprobar la convocatoria de las pruebas selectivas para la creación, mediante concurso-oposición, de una bolsa de enfermeros/as para posteriores contrataciones como personal laboral temporal en el Patronato de la Residencia de Personas Mayores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar las bases que regirán la presente convocatoria y que figuran en el documento anexo a la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar un edicto con el contenido del presente acuerdo en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, en su página web y en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Dar cuenta del presente acuerdo al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución las personas interesadas podrán interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes a contar del día siguiente al de la publicación, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También podrán interponer alternativamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo con sede en Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 30, 112.3 y 114.1.c) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y 8, 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de optar por interponer el recurso de reposición no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que no se haya notificación la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición o haya transcurrido un mes desde su interposición sin haber recibido la notificación, fecha en que se podrá entender desestimado por silencio administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todo esto sin perjuicio de que puedan interponer cualquier otro recurso que estimen oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES QUE TIENEN QUE REGIR LAS PRUEBAS SELECTIVAS PARA CONSTITUIR UNA BOLSA DE PERSONAL LABORAL DE LA CATEGORÍA DE ENFERMERO/A PARA CUBRIR LAS NECESIDADES QUE SE PRODUZCAN EN EL PATRONATO DE LA RESIDENCIA DE PERSONAS MAYORES DE LLUCMAJOR&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se convocan pruebas selectivas mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición, para constituir una bolsa de personal laboral de enfermero/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria servirá para crear un bolsa de enfermeros/as, a los efectos de sustituir las posibles vacantes, bajas, permisos, licencias o cualquier supuesto de contratación temporal que prevé el apartado 3 del artículo 18 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de les Illes Balears, en adelante LFPIB, así como cualquier otra modalidad de contratación temporal prevista en la legislación laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatoria y las bases se publicarán en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor y en su página web. Los sucesivos anuncios se publicarán únicamente en el tablón de anuncios de este Ayuntamiento y en la página web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDA. Requisitos de las personas aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para tomar parte en las pruebas selectivas será necesario reunir las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tener nacionalidad española, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 57 del TREBEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tener las capacidades y aptitudes físicas y psíquicas que sean necesarias para el ejercicio de las funciones de la categoría profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder, si procede, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Acreditar el conocimiento de la lengua catalana de nivel B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar en posesión del título de grado en Enfermería o diplomado universitario en Enfermería, o titulación equivalente. En el supuesto de haber presentado un título equivalente al exigido tendrá que alegar la norma que establezca la equivalencia, o si no, deberá acompañar un certificado expedido por el órgano competente que acredite la mencionada equivalencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de titulaciones obtenidas al extranjero, las persones aspirantes tendrán que estar en posesión de la credencial que acredite la homologación o de la credencial para el ejercicio de la profesión correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) No haber sido separado mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualesquiera de las administraciones públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las comunidades autónomas, ni encontrarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para ocupaciones o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para acceder al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que desarrollaban en el caso del personal laboral, en que hubiera sido separado o inhabilitado. En el caso de tener la nacionalidad de otro Estado, no encontrarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente, ni haber sido sometido a ninguna sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos, el acceso a la ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Abonar 20,00 € para derechos de examen, dentro del plazo para presentar las solicitudes, sin que se puedan abonar en otro momento. Cuando la solicitud de participación en el proceso selectivo no se presente en las oficinas de asistencia en materia de registros del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, la liquidación se solicitará al departamento de Tesorería del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor (presencialmente o a la dirección tresoreria@llucmajor.org), con la aportación de los datos personales (nombre y apellidos, NIF y dirección postal) y emitir la correspondiente autoliquidación. El documento de ingreso, en cuyo concepto deberá figurar claramente el nombre de la persona aspirante, así como la plaza a la cual se presenta, se deberá aportar con la instancia y el resto de documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los requisitos establecidos en los apartados anteriores se tendrán que cumplir el último día de presentación de solicitudes, y se tendrán que disfrutar durante el periodo selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con anterioridad a la toma de posesión, la persona interesada tendrá que hacer constar que no está sometida a ninguno de los motivos de incompatibilidad establecidos en la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, que regula las incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas, o se tendrá que comprometer, en su caso, a ejercer la oportuna opción en el periodo de tiempo que prevé el artículo 10 de la disposición legal anterior, y no percibir pensión de jubilación, de retiro o de orfandad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. Personas discapacitadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las persones aspirantes que tengan la condición legal de discapacitadas tendrán que adjuntar a la instancia el certificado del equipo oficial de valoración que acredite la mencionada condición y la compatibilidad con el ejercicio de las tareas y funciones correspondientes al puesto de trabajo. El tribunal establecerá, para las personas con discapacidad que lo hayan solicitado en la instancia, las adaptaciones posibles de tiempos y medios para llevar a cabo las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTA. Solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Las solicitudes para participar en el proceso selectivo se presentarán según el modelo que figura en el anexo I de estas bases, e irán dirigidas al Sr. Presidente del Patronato de Personas Mayores de Llucmajor. Se presentarán en el Registro General de este Ayuntamiento, o en cualquiera de las formas previstas en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en adelante LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de diez (10) días hábiles, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la correspondiente convocatoria en el BOIB. .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. Para ser admitidas y, si procede, tomar parte en las pruebas selectivas correspondientes, bastará que las persones aspirantes manifiesten en las solicitudes que reúnen todas y cada una de las condiciones exigidas en la base segunda de esta convocatoria, y adjunten a la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una fotocopia cotejada del documento nacional de identidad. Los aspirantes extranjeros tendrán que presentar un documento que acredite que es nacional de la Unión Europea o de algún Estado, al cual, en virtud de los tratados internacionales celebrados por la Unión Europea y ratificados por España, sea de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores. Todos los documentos tendrán que estar traducidos al castellano o al catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) El justificante de haber pagado los derechos de examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4. Las personas que han presentado una solicitud para participar en esta convocatoria dan el consentimiento para que la Administración trate sus datos personales a los efectos derivados de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTA. Admisión de personas aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Agotado el plazo de presentación de instancias, el órgano competente dictará una resolución en el plazo máximo de 10 días para aprobar la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas, que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de este Ayuntamiento y en su página web, con indicación de las causas de exclusión, así como el plazo de subsanación de defectos y presentación de reclamaciones que se concede a las personas aspirantes excluidas, que será de 10 días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los errores de hecho podrán subsanarse en cualquier momento, de oficio o a petición de la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No será subsanable el abono de las tasas después de la fecha de cierre del plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo se aprobará la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en la web municipal. Se hará constar las resoluciones de las reclamaciones presentadas y la composición del órgano de selección, y se indicará la fecha, el lugar y la hora del primer ejercicio de la fase de oposición. Si no se presenta ninguna reclamación se considerará definitiva la relación inicialmente publicada. En cualquier otro caso, resueltas las reclamaciones y enmiendas, se dará publicidad a través de la página web de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en cualquier momento del proceso selectivo el tribunal tuviera conocimiento de que alguna de las personas aspirantes no cumple uno o más de los requisitos exigidos o que de la certificación acreditativa resultara que su solicitud sufre errores o falsedad que imposibilitaran su acceso a la plaza convocada en los términos establecidos en la convocatoria, tendrá que proponer a la autoridad convocante, previa audiencia de la persona interesada, su exclusión del proceso selectivo, y comunicar a los efectos procedentes las inexactitudes o falsedades formuladas por la persona aspirante en la solicitud de admisión a la oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTA. Tribunal calificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la misma resolución que declare aprobada la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas se efectuará el nombramiento de los miembros del tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal calificador estará constituido de la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente: el secretario del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor. Secretario: una persona funcionaria de carrera en servicio activo, de igual o superior categoría. Vocales: tres personas funcionarias de carrera en servicio activo, de igual o superior categoría de las administraciones insular o local en el ámbito territorial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La designación del tribunal incluirá la de los correspondientes suplentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal calificador que actúe en estas pruebas selectivas tendrá la categoría de tercera, de las previstas en el Real Decreto 462/2002, de 24 de mayo, sobre indemnizaciones por razón del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La designación nominativa de los miembros del tribunal se hará pública en la página web de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal estará facultado para resolver cualquier duda o incidente que pudiera surgir durante la oposición, y para adoptar los acuerdos y dictar las instrucciones que sean necesarias para el correcto desarrollo del proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal respetará rigurosamente el tenor literal que describa el contenido de cada ejercicio, sujetándose al temario previsto. Solo en lo no previsto expresamente en las bases, el tribunal podrá aplicar su discrecionalidad técnica y su autonomía funcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal calificador podrá disponer la incorporación a sus trabajos de asesores o especialistas de algunas pruebas, los cuales tendrán voz pero no voto y se limitarán al ejercicio de sus especialidades técnicas y a colaborar con el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no podrá constituirse ni actuar válidamente sin la asistencia de más de la mitad de sus miembros, titulares o suplentes, indistintamente. En todo caso se tendrá que contar con la asistencia del presidente y el secretario y las decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría de los presentes. En caso de empate será dirimente el voto del presidente. Cuando, en ausencia del presidente titular del tribunal, tampoco sea posible la presencia del designado como suplente, asumirá la presidencia el vocal que resulte en atención a los criterios de mayor jerarquía, antigüedad o edad, aplicados por este orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros del tribunal estarán expuestos a las causas de abstención y recusación previstas en los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público. Se dispondrá de un plazo de tres días hábiles, a contar del día siguiente al de la publicación de la lista definitiva de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas con el nombramiento de los miembros del tribunal calificador, para abstenerse o recusar a los miembros del tribunal calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Todos los miembros del tribunal tendrán voz y voto, incluido el secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SÉPTIMA. Inicio y desarrollo del proceso selectivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proceso selectivo de las personas aspirantes será mediante concurso-oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las persones aspirantes serán convocadas para cada ejercicio en llamamiento único, y serán excluidas de las pruebas selectivas quienes no comparezcan, excepto los casos debidamente justificados y libremente apreciados por el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cualquier momento el tribunal podrá requerir a las personas opositoras que acrediten su identidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez empezadas las pruebas selectivas, no será obligatoria la publicación de los sucesivos anuncios de la realización de las pruebas restantes en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears. El tribunal publicará estos anuncios en la página web del Ayuntamiento antes de cuarenta y ocho horas de un nuevo ejercicio, sin perjuicio de que también se expongan en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los ejercicios podrán desarrollarse en cualquier de las dos lenguas oficiales de esta comunidad autónoma, según la elección de cada persona aspirando.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los miembros del tribunal serán responsables de adoptar las medidas más idóneas en todas las pruebas para garantizar la confidencialidad de los datos de las personas aspirantes y permitir al mismo tiempo la identificación del ejercicio correspondiente de cada persona aspirante sin conocer sus datos personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal queda autorizado para resolver las dudas que se puedan presentar y tomar los acuerdos necesarios para el buen orden del proceso selectivo en todo aquello que no prevén estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La representación legal de los trabajadores podrá designar a una persona para ejercer las funciones de vigilancia para el buen funcionamiento del procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase de oposición. La puntuación máxima es de 40 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer ejercicio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio para todas las personas aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este ejercicio consistirá en contestar un cuestionario de 40 preguntas con 4 respuestas alternativas relativas al temario indicado en el anexo II de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ejercicio se puntuará de 0 a 20 puntos y serán eliminadas las personas que obtengan una puntuación menor de 5 puntos en cualquiera de los dos temas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La respuesta correcta puntuará 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La respuesta incorrecta puntuará -0,15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La respuesta no contestada no puntúa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las puntuaciones otorgadas se expresarán siempre con dos decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para realizar esta prueba es de 60 minutos. Esta prueba se puntuará hasta un máximo de veinte (20) puntos, y será necesario obtener un mínimo de diez (10) puntos para superarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo ejercicio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De carácter obligatorio y eliminatorio para todas las persones aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirá en resolver uno o varios supuestos prácticos, propuestos por el tribunal, relacionados con el programa indicado en el Anexo II de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para realizar esta prueba será determinado por el tribunal. Esta prueba se puntuará hasta un máximo de veinte (20) puntos, y será necesario obtener un mínimo de diez (10) puntos para superarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las calificaciones de los ejercicios se harán públicas el mismo día en que se acuerden y se expondrán en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas calificaciones serán con dos decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para efectuar la reclamación oportuna o solicitar la revisión del ejercicio, las personas interesadas dispondrán de un plazo de 3 días hábiles, a contar a partir de la publicación de la lista provisional. A tal efecto se facilitará la vista de los ejercicios propios, o de los otros aspirantes, a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que una persona aspirante suspenda un ejercicio obligatorio y eliminatorio e interponga un recurso, el tribunal lo resolverá antes del inicio de la fase de concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acabado el segundo ejercicio, y una vez resueltas las reclamaciones, se publicará la lista de las personas aspirantes que han superado la fase de oposición, ordenadas por orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase de concurso. La puntuación máxima es de 20 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos que se valorarán en la fase de concurso, y que estarán referidos a la fecha de plazo de presentación de instancias, se tendrán que acreditar mediante la presentación de originales o fotocopias cotejadas en el modelo normalizado establecido a tal efecto por el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor y en el mismo orden que figura en el baremo, dentro del plazo de 10 días hábiles, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la lista definitiva de aspirantes que han superado la fase de oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se valorarán aquellos que estén adecuada y claramente acreditados de acuerdo con los baremos de la fase de concurso. No se tendrá en cuenta la remisión a otros expedientes de convocatorias anteriores. Las persones aspirantes que sean funcionarias o personal laboral del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor o Patronato de la Residencia podrán hacer remisión a sus expedientes personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos a valorar serán los que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Experiencia profesional. La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 7 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Servicios prestados en cualquier administración pública, siempre que se encuentren dentro del ámbito de aplicación de la Ley 70/1978, de 26 de diciembre, de reconocimiento de servicios previos en la administración pública, en la misma categoría o similar a la de la plaza convocada, ejerciendo funciones de naturaleza o de contenido técnico análogas a las de la plaza convocada: 0,10 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Servicios prestados en la empresa privada, ya sea por cuenta ajena o propia, ejerciendo funciones de naturaleza o de contenido técnico análogas a las de la plaza convocada: 0,05 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente será valorado este apartado cuando de la documentación aportada por el aspirante se desprenda que la experiencia laboral está directamente relacionada con las funciones del puesto a cubrir. A tal efecto se deberá presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Servicios prestados en cualquier administración pública: certificado de servicios previos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Servicios prestados en la empresa privada: certificado, copia auténtica, de la empresa, con indicación de la fecha de alta y baja, categoría profesional, tipo de contrato y funciones desarrolladas, así como certificado de la vida laboral expedido por la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social (TGSS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalmente, en caso de disolución de la empresa donde se prestaron los servicios, se aportarán copias auténticas que justifiquen los datos indicados anteriormente y certificado de vida laboral expedido por la TGSS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Cursos de formación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorará la formación específica relacionada con las funciones propias de la plaza convocada. La valoración de este criterio se lleva a cabo de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento, jornadas o seminarios impartidos y/o reconocidos por colegios oficiales, escuelas oficiales de formación, escuelas municipales de formación, el Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP), la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP), la Administración del Estado, la autonómica o la local, las organizaciones sindicales firmantes de los acuerdos de formación continua de las administraciones públicas, las universidades y las escuelas técnicas, o los homologados por cualquiera de estas instituciones. En este apartado se incluyen los cursos de formación ocupacional impartidos o promovidos por el Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), y por otras entidades u organismos locales, autonómicos o estatales con competencias en materia de formación ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se valorarán las asignaturas encaminadas a obtener las titulaciones académicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tampoco se valorarán los cursos de doctorado ni la impartición de asignaturas en la Universidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los cursos pueden tener cualquier duración. Los créditos de aprovechamiento suponen los de asistencia, es decir, no son acumulativos la asistencia y el aprovechamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los cursos o acciones formativas de contenido idéntico solo pueden ser valorados una vez. En este caso se valorará el curso o acción formativa con más horas de duración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además de los anteriores se valorarán en todos los casos los siguientes cursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos realizados en el marco de los acuerdos de formación continua en las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos realizados por el propio Ayuntamiento, tanto de su propio Plan de formación como del de formación continua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos en materia de normativa o aplicación práctica del contenido propio de las competencias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos transversales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos de informática. El de nivel superior implica la no valoración del de nivel inferior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos de prevención de riesgos laborales, así como sus diversas especializaciones. El de nivel superior implica la no valoración del de nivel inferior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos en materia de igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos en materia de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima del apartado de cursos transversales será de un punto si no tienen relación con las funciones del puesto convocado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La hora de impartición se valora con: 0,007 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La hora de aprovechamiento se valora con: 0,005 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La hora de asistencia se valora con: 0,002 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los cursos en el cuales no figuren ni horas ni créditos se puntuarán de una hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las jornadas que no indiquen el número de horas se puntuarán como siete horas diarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un crédito que no especifique horas equivaldrá a 10 horas de formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Titulaciones académicas oficiales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 6 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Estudios que se valoran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. Se valoran en este apartado las titulaciones académicas de carácter oficial o cuya equivalencia tenga reconocida y establecida el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deportes, así como los títulos propios de grado y los títulos propios de posgrado establecidos por las universidades españolas en la regulación de las enseñanzas propias, cuando estén directamente relacionadas con las funciones propias de la plaza convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. La valoración como mérito de un título implica que no se valora el de nivel inferior o el 1º ciclo que sea imprescindible para obtenerlo, excepto en el supuesto del título de doctor, máster oficial o título propio de posgrado, en que sí se puede valorar la licenciatura o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. Se valorarán las titulaciones del mismo nivel académico o superior a las exigidas como requisitos, sin que en ningún caso se pueda valorar la acreditada como requisito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Estudios de posgrado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.1. Por cada título de doctor/a: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.2. Máster: los títulos de másteres universitarios oficiales y los títulos propios de posgrado (máster, especialista universitario, experto universitario y curso de actualización universitaria) se valoran a razón de 0,025 puntos por cada crédito LRU (sistema de valoración de las enseñanzas introducido por el RD 1497/1987, de 27 de noviembre) o por cada 10 horas lectivas, y a razón de 0,075 puntos por cada crédito ECTS (sistema europeo de transferencia de créditos) o por cada 25 horas lectivas, con un máximo de 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que el máster oficial o título propio de posgrado no indique los créditos o no mencione si se tratan de créditos LRU o ECTS, se entiende que los créditos son LRU y se tienen que computar, de acuerdo con el párrafo anterior, a razón de 0,025 puntos por cada crédito o por cada 10 horas lectivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Estudios universitarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.1. Por cada titulación académica oficial de grado, segundo ciclo universitario, licenciatura o equivalente: 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.2. Por cada título propio de grado: 3,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.3. Por cada titulación académica oficial de diplomatura universitaria, primer ciclo universitario o equivalente: 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3. Estudios no universitarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3.1. Por cada titulación académica de técnico superior de formación profesional o equivalente: 2,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3.2. Por cada titulación académica de técnico de formación profesional, de bachillerato o equivalente: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3.3. Por el título de graduado en educación secundaria obligatoria o equivalente: 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Conocimiento de lengua catalana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima de este apartado es de 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán los certificados expeditos u homologados por el&amp;nbsp; EBAP o la Dirección General de Política Lingüística siempre que sean de nivel superior al requerido en la convocatoria. El certificado LA se puede acumular al C1 o al C2. La puntuación en cada caso será:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Conocimientos elementales (certificado B1): 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Conocimientos elementales (certificado B2): 1 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Conocimientos medios (certificado C1): 1,25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Conocimientos superiores (certificado C2): 1,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo (certificado LA): 0,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación total de la fase de concurso es de 20 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación final será la suma de la puntuación de la fase de oposición más la de concurso.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuación máxima del concurso-oposición es de 60 puntos. (66,6% oposición, 33,3% concurso).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de empate, se resolverá teniendo en cuenta, sucesivamente, los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tener mayor puntuación en el segundo ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tener mayor puntuación en el primer ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Mayor puntuación en el apartado de experiencia profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Cursos y acciones formativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Mayor puntuación en el apartado de estudios académicos oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Conocimientos de catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si persiste finalmente el empate, se hará un sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OCTAVA. Relación de aprobados y presentación de documentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acabada la calificación de las personas aspirantes, el tribunal hará publica la relación final de las personas aprobadas por orden de puntuación en la página web de la corporación, y concederá un plazo de tres días hábiles para formular las reclamaciones y las enmiendas que estime pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal calificador tendrá un plazo de 10 días para resolver las reclamaciones y enmiendas, a contar desde la finalización del periodo de reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez resueltas las reclamaciones y corregidos los errores detectados, el tribunal hará pública la relación de aprobados para constituir la bolsa de trabajo. Los aspirantes que conformen la bolsa de trabajo se encontrarán a la espera de ser llamados por el Ayuntamiento por orden de puntuación cuando se produzca la necesidad de nombramiento como funcionario interino o la contratación temporal de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución de constitución de la bolsa se publicará en la página web del Ayuntamiento e indicará las personas que la integran, el orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA: Funcionamiento de la bolsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. Las personas que forman parte de una bolsa están en situación de disponibles o no disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.1. Están en situación de no disponibles aquellas personas que no han aceptado un puesto ofertado porque concurren alguna de las causas que prevé el apartado 9.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.2. Mientras la persona aspirante esté en situación de no disponible en la bolsa, no se le ofrecerá ningún puesto de trabajo correspondiente a la misma categoría, especialidad y nivel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.3. Están en situación de disponibles el resto de personas aspirantes de la bolsa y, por lo tanto, se les comunicará la oferta de un puesto de trabajo de acuerdo con su posición en la bolsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. En caso de haber una vacante, si se necesita proveerla, o en el resto de supuestos en que de acuerdo con la normativa vigente se puede contratar a una persona, se ofrecerá el puesto a la primera persona de la bolsa correspondiente que esté en situación de disponible, de acuerdo con el orden de prelación, siempre que cumpla los requisitos del puesto para ocuparlo. Si no cumple los requisitos se llamará a la siguiente persona disponible. Si hay más de un puesto por cubrir, de las mismas características, se pueden realizar llamadas colectivas simultáneas a tantas persones aspirantes en situación de disponible en la bolsa como sea necesario para atender las peticiones de cobertura de puestos pendientes. En este caso los puestos ofrecidos se adjudicarán por orden riguroso de prelación de las personas aspirantes de la bolsa que hayan manifestado su conformidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3. Como excepción del apartado anterior cuando se trate de puestos de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo se ofrecerán a la primera persona de la bolsa, aunque no esté disponible, que no ocupe una vacante con las mismas condiciones, y si no se cubre, a las personas que la siguen hasta cubrirse. En este caso la renuncia a su puesto de trabajo actual para incorporarse al puesto de la&amp;nbsp;RPT &amp;nbsp;no comportará la pérdida del lugar en la bolsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4. Se comunicará a la persona aspirante que corresponda el lugar y el plazo en el cual debe presentarse. Se intentará un máximo de tres veces el mismo día, dejando constancia de las llamadas realizadas o de los correos electrónicos. Si la persona interesada no manifiesta su conformidad con la contratación o nombramiento en el plazo de un día hábil, o en el segundo día hábil siguiente si el llamamiento se hace en viernes, y su disposición a incorporarse en el plazo indicado por el Departamento de Recursos Humanos, se entiende que renuncia. Este plazo tiene que ser como mínimo de 3 días hábiles y como máximo de 15 días hábiles, pudiéndose prorrogar excepcionalmente para atender al derecho de preaviso del artículo 49.1 del Estatuto de los trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.5. A las personas aspirantes que renuncien de forma expresa o tácita -de acuerdo con el punto anterior de este artículo- se las pasará al último lugar de la bolsa de trabajo correspondiente, salvo que aleguen, dentro del plazo establecido en el apartado anterior, la concurrencia de alguna de las circunstancias siguientes, que se deberán justificar documentalmente dentro de los tres días hábiles siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar en periodo de embarazo, de maternidad o de paternidad, de adopción o de acogida permanente o preadoptivo, incluyendo el periodo en que sea procedente la concesión de excedencia para cuidado de hijos e hijas por cualquiera de los supuestos anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Sufrir enfermedad o incapacidad temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Ejercer funciones sindicales en el momento del llamamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estar trabajando en la Administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este caso conservarán su orden de la bolsa y pasarán a la situación de no disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.6. Las personas interesadas están obligadas a comunicar por escrito al Departamento de Recursos Humanos la finalización de las situaciones previstas en el punto 9.5. anterior en un plazo no superior a diez días hábiles desde que se produzca, con la justificación correspondiente. La falta de comunicación en el plazo establecido supone pasar al último lugar de la bolsa de trabajo para la cual fue llamada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.7. La posterior renuncia de una persona contratada laboral al puesto de trabajo que ocupa supone pasar al último lugar de la bolsa de trabajo para la cual fue llamada, excepto que estas circunstancias se produzcan como consecuencia del llamamiento para ocupar otro puesto de trabajo en otra administración pública o en los casos de fuerza mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.8. El personal laboral contratado procedente de bolsas creadas mediante los procedimientos ordinario o extraordinario, cuando cese en el puesto de trabajo, salvo que sea como consecuencia de renuncia voluntaria, se incorporará automáticamente a las bolsas de las cuales forme parte en el lugar que le corresponda de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida en el momento en que se formaron.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.9. Las bolsas son públicas. Se publicarán en la página web del Ayuntamiento con esta información: nombre de la bolsa, fecha de constitución, duración, número de orden y DNI de las personas que la integran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.10. Los representantes legales de los trabajadores pueden pedir en cada momento información sobre la situación de cada bolsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DÉCIMA. Vigencia de la bolsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La bolsa tendrá una vigencia hasta que se convoque una nueva y como máximo de tres años, a contar a partir del día de su publicación. Siempre será preferente la última bolsa activa sobre la anterior. Una vez agotada la bolsa activa porque todas las personas que forman parte de ella están en situación de no disponible o porque han sido excluidas, se reactivará la bolsa anterior hasta el límite de su vigencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;UNDÉCIMA. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Fotocopia compulsada del título exigido del nivel de catalán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Declaración jurada o promesa acreditativa de poseer la capacidad funcional que no impida el normal ejercicio de las funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los aspirantes que hayan hecho valer su condición de personas con discapacidad tendrán que acreditar esta condición mediante una certificación emitida por los órganos competentes del Ministerio de Servicios Sociales e Igualdad o, si procede, de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Declaración jurada o promesa de no haber sido separado mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio del Estado, de la administración local o autonómica o de los organismos que dependan, ni encontrarse inhabilitado para el ejercicio de funciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los aspirantes que no tengan la nacionalidad española, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la letra a) de la base 2ª, tendrán que acreditar igualmente no estar sometidos a ninguna sanción disciplinaria o condena penal que les impida, en su Estado, el acceso a la función pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Declaración jurada o promesa de no estar sometido a ninguna causa de incapacidad específica de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Declaración jurada o promesa de no ocupar ningún puesto ni ejercer ninguna actividad en el sector público delimitado por el artículo 1 de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas, con indicación, así mismo, que no realiza ninguna actividad privada incompatible o sujeta a reconocimiento de compatibilidad y que no percibe pensión de jubilación, retiro u orfandad, por derechos pasivos o por cualquier régimen de seguridad social público y obligatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona interesada manifiesta que no puede subscribir la referida declaración porque desarrolla alguna actividad pública o percibe alguna de las pensiones indicadas anteriormente, se le señalará que, de acuerdo con la normativa sobre incompatibilidades, deberá ejercer la opción que desee o, si las actividades públicas son susceptibles de compatibilidad, deberá solicitar la correspondiente autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el aspirante propuesto lleva a cabo alguna actividad privada para cuyo ejercicio se requiera el reconocimiento de la compatibilidad, deberá obtenerlo o cesar en la realización de la actividad privada antes de empezar el ejercicio de sus funciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En los supuestos en que se solicite la compatibilidad para el ejercicio de una actividad pública o privada, el plazo para la toma de posesión se prorrogará hasta que se dicte la resolución correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Las personas que ya tengan la condición de personal al servicio de la administración pública estarán exentas de justificar las condiciones y los requisitos ya acreditados para obtener el anterior nombramiento o contratación.
