&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha 23 de marzo de 2018, la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos (de ahora en adelante, IEB) dictó la Resolución por la que se convoca la concesión de subvenciones para la producción y coproducción de obras audiovisuales de contenido cultural balear para los años 2018 y 2019, modificada por la Resolución de corrección de errores y ampliación del plazo del día 25 de junio de 2018 para presentar las solicitudes de la Resolución de la presidenta del IEB de 23 de marzo de 2018. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante la Resolución del director del IEB del día 14 de diciembre de 2018, se concedieron ayudas para la producción y coproducción de obras audiovisuales de contenido cultural balear para los años 2018 y 2019 (BOIB, núm. 160, de 22 de diciembre de 2018). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Se ha detectado un error en la Resolución del director del IEB mencionada en el punto anterior, por lo que se hace necesario subsanarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Resolución de la presidenta del IEB de 23 de marzo de 2018 por la que se convoca la concesión de subvenciones para la producción y coproducción de obras audiovisuales de contenido cultural balear para los años 2018 y 2019 (BOIB núm. 39, de 29 de marzo de 2018). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Resolución de corrección de errores y ampliación del plazo del día 25 de junio de 2018 para presentar las solicitudes de la Resolución de la presidenta del IEB de 23 de marzo de 2018 por la que se convoca la concesión de subvenciones para la producción y coproducción de obras audiovisuales de contenido cultural balear para los años 2018 y 2019 (BOIB núm. 80, de 28 de junio de 2018). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La disposición adicional primera del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB núm. 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modificar el error detectado en el estado del expediente AUDPROD-14/2018, contenido en el anexo 1 de la Resolución del director del IEB del día 14 de diciembre de 2018 de concesión de ayudas para la producción y coproducción de obras audiovisuales de contenido cultural balear para los años 2018 y 2019, en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
