margin-top:0.21cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">«Visto que en la Plantilla y correspondiente Relación de Puestos de trabajo figuran vacantes i dotadas presupuestariamente diversas plazas, la cobertura de las cuales se considera necesaria en el presente ejercicio para el buen funcionamiento de los servicios municipales.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0.49cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Vistos los informes emitidos por la Técnica de Personal e Intervención de esta Corporación, así como lo dispuesto en los artículos 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y en el artículo 70 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público aprobado por Real decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm;
