font-size:12px">De conformidad con la legislación vigente en materia de haciendas locales, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la sesión celebrada el día 25 de abril de 2019, aprobó inicialmente la <strong>Incorporación de Remanentes por Pleno número 2</strong> en el Presupuesto del Ayuntamiento para el ejercicio 2019 y se publicó en el BOIB núm.57, de 30 de abril de 2019.&nbsp; </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Habiendo transcurrido el término de exposición público, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 177.2 en concordancia con el artículo 169.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, no se ha presentado ninguna alegación ni reclamación a la <strong>Incorporación de Remanentes por Pleno número 2</strong>, por lo que queda aprobada definitivamente, transcribiéndose el detalle de la modificación: </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
