style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;que se convocan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;para las Inversiones en la Transformación y la Comercialización de &amp;nbsp;productos agrícolas, correspondientes a los años 2015-2019, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;especifica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;que la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;expresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;se notificará&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;los interesados mediante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en la transformación y la comercialización de productos agrícolas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes terminó el di a &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;30/&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;06/2017, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 56 solicitudes de ayuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes de ayuda por los órganos gestores, y de acuerdo con los criterios de elegibilidad establecidos, los interesados señalados en el Anexo I adjunto no cumplen con alguno de los requisitos previstos en la convocatoria para poder ser beneficiarios de la ayuda, por los motivos indicados en el citado anexo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:3,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;15.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
