No habiéndose adjudicado la nave 3 en tres subastas sucesivas, se procede a la venta directa de la nave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se trata de una nave modular adosada para uso empresarial, integrada en una promoción de 16 naves de dimensiones similares, ubicadas en el polígono industrial des Mercadal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La compraventa se formalizará en escritura pública en el plazo de dieciocho meses desde la comunicación de la resolución de adjudicación. El adjudicatario y el IDI firmaran un contrato de alquiler con opción de compra con un alquilar mensual de 300 €, finalizando su vigencia el día en que se firme el contrato de compraventa. Los alquileres abonados serán descontados del precio de compra ofrecido por el adjudicatario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;3. Forma de adjudicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Venta directa por el precio indicado en el apartado anterior, no siendo admisibles las proposiciones que contengan una propuesta económica inferior al precio indicado en el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;La nava se adjudicará al primer postor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Pueden participar en la subasta todas las personas físicas y jurídicas, que tengan una actividad empresarial, capacidad para contratar y no estén sometidas a prohibición de contratar con la administración pública, siempre que no estén dadas de alta en el IAE por actividad empresarial en los siguientes epígrafes: 811; 812; 819; 831; 833; 834, 861 i 864&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;a) Fecha límite: 3 meses a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del anuncio de la subasta en el BOIB, hasta las 12.00 horas. Si las proposiciones se envían por correo, el licitador tiene que justificar la fecha de imposición del envío en la oficina de Correos y anunciar al órgano de contratación mediante fax o correo electrónico, el mismo día, el envío de la oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
