    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell de Mallorca, reunido en sesión de 30 de abril de 2019, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente Acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“El Consejo Ejecutivo, reunido en sesión de 19 de diciembre de 2018, aprobó, entre otros, el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca para el 2019 (&lt;/span&gt;texto consolidado BOIB nº. 19, de 12.02.2019&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En este Plan, respecto de las líneas de subvenciones del Departamento de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia no figura la línea de subvención para la dinamización sociocultural del programa Promoción Sociocultural y Asociacionismo (23180), ya que, cuando se redactó el Plan estratégico inicial, la Dirección Insular de Promoción Sociocultural no contaba con crédito para financiar una línea de subvención específica para las actividades de dinamización de gran formato. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Posteriormente, a fecha de hoy, la Dirección Insular de Promoción Sociocultural dispone de un remanente sobrante de una licitación, y se valora la necesidad de recuperar esta línea de subvención específica, existente en el año 2018, para este tipo de proyectos relativos a la organización y realización de eventos que fomenten la promoción sociocultural al tiempo que potencian el espíritu y el sentimiento de pertenencia de formar parte de la comunidad de la isla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 5 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones de la Corporación, aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21, de 18.02.2017) y modificada por Acuerdo de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB nº. 96, de 04.08.2018), corresponde al consejero ejecutivo de Economía y Hacienda proponer al Consejo Ejecutivo la aprobación de los planes estratégicos de subvenciones conforme a la información y las propuestas que, con esta finalidad, presentan los departamentos del Consell de Mallorca, los organismos autónomos dependientes y los entes públicos otorgantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo esto, a propuesta del consejero ejecutivo de Economía y Hacienda, de acuerdo con la atribución conferida en el artículo 36.h) del Reglamento orgánico del Consell de Mallorca, se adopta el siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Modificar el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca para el año 2019, respecto a las líneas de subvenciones del Departamento de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia, de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Incluir la línea de subvención del área de Promoción Sociocultural:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
