&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El presidente, mediante los Decretos de día 6 de julio de 2015 y de día 7 de junio de 2017 determinó las direcciones insulares y las secretarías técnicas en que se tenían que estructurar los departamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El consejero ejecutivo de Economía y Hacienda ha presentado la renuncia al cargo. Se considera necesario adscribir las funciones de las direcciones insulares de Turismo y de Fomento de la Economía Local al Departamento de Territorio e Infraestructuras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el art. 41 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobado por acuerdo del Pleno de día 22 de abril de 2018 (BOIB nº. 89, de 19 de julio de 2018) los departamentos se pueden estructurar internamente en secretaría técnica y direcciones insulares, que son órganos directivos a los que corresponde la gestión, bajo la dirección del consejero ejecutivo correspondiente, de las diversas áreas funcionalmente homogéneas que conforman el departamento respectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Por eso, resuelvo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. Modificar los Decretos de día 6 de julio de 2015 y de día 7 de junio de 2017 por los cuales se crean las direcciones insulares y las secretarías técnicas y adscribir la Dirección Insular de Turismo y la Dirección Insular de Fomento de la Economía Local al Departamento de Territorio e Infraestructuras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En consecuencia, la estructura interna de los departamentos que integran el Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamento de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretaría técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dirección Insular de Cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dirección Insular de Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dirección Insular de Patrimonio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamento de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretaría técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dirección Insular de Emergencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dirección Insular de Juventud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Departamento de Modernización y Función Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretaría Técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dirección Insular de Función Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dirección Insular de Modernización e Innovación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. El Departamento de Economía y Hacienda y el Departamento de Modernización y Función Pública tienen que adoptar las medidas necesarias de asignación y redistribución de medios humanos, económicos y materiales para hacer efectiva la estructura de la Administración que se establece en este Decreto y, a este efecto, pueden dictar las disposiciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, que empieza a regir el mismo día en que se publica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en la Sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5&lt;/strong&gt;. Derogar todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se oponen a lo que se establece en este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6&lt;/strong&gt;. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
