&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por la aprobación de la sesión extraordinaria del pleno se han aprobado las bases de la convocatoria de la subvención nominativa&amp;nbsp; de los partidos políticos de&amp;nbsp; Sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- DICTAMEN APROBACIÓN ASIGNACIONES MIEMBROS CORPORATIVOS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“Propuesta de Alcaldía"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Asunto: Retribuciones y asignaciones por asistencias a los órganos colegiados de la Corporación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Gabriel Ferragut Mir, Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, Islas Baleares, en conformidad con el que dispone el apartado 4 del artículo 13 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, y el artículo 75 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, con la redacción dada por la ley 14/2000, de 29 de diciembre, de medidas fiscales, administrativas y de orden social, propone al Pleno Municipal la siguiente régimen de retribuciones y asignaciones al Alcalde y regidores de este Ayuntamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar por el Alcalde-Presidente, por su dedicación exclusiva en el Ayuntamiento, una retribución íntegro anual de 37.000,00 €, distribuida en 12 mensualidades de 3.083,33 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar 4 dedicaciones parciales, equivalentes a 20 horas de dedicación semanal, por importe íntegro de 825,00 € mensuales, durante 12 mensualidades cada de año, por los siguientes regidores del grupo del gobierno municipal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Guillem Crespí Barceló&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Joan Pérez Comas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. oan Crespí Garau&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.Antoni Simó Tomás Cañellas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Proceder a dar de alta al Régimen de la Seguridad Social que corresponda al sr.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Batle y a los 4 regidores con dedicación parcial del gobierno municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar por los regidores no relacionados en los apartados anteriores las siguientes asignaciones por asistencias a los órganos colegiados del Ayuntamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Por asistencias al Plenos Municipales, tanto sean&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 130,00 €/sesión ordinarias, extraordinarias como las urgentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Por asistencias a la Comisión Informativa de Plenos&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 85,00 €/sesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Por asistencias a la Junta de Gobierno&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 100,00 €/sesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Por asistencia a Juntas de portavoces&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 100,00 €/sesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Por asistencia a la Comisión Especial de Cuentas&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 75,00 €/sesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. Por asistencia a otras Comisiones Informativas&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 75,00 €/sesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La cantidad máxima anual que podrá meritar cualquier regidor por asistencias a los órganos colegiados será de 9.900,00 €. En el supuesto que el total de indemnizaciones que se meriten por este concepto sobrepasen el mencionado importe, no se percibirá ninguna cantidad y las diferencias no se podrán resarcir con cargo a los ejercicios futuros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Transitoriamente, y aplicable durante el presente ejercicio 2015, el límite anterior quedará establecido en la cantidad que resulte de redistribuir los remanentes de crédito de las partidas 01/9120/10000, aplicaciones 01,02,03,04, correspondientes a las retribuciones y asignaciones del Sr. Alcalde y los Sres. regidores, una vez dispuestos los remanentes de créditos destinados al Alcalde y a los regidores con dedicación parcial, pero siempre sin sobrepasar el límite de 9.900 €/año. por regidor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;A los efectos del punto cuarto anterior, mensualmente, de orden y con el visto y aprobado del sr. Alcalde, se expedirá relación nominal de las cantidades a percibir en concepto de asistencias a los diferentes órganos colegiados del Ayuntamiento. La mencionada relación pasará a la Intervención Municipal y a la Tesorería Municipal por su abono en la cuenta corriente bancaria que hayan indicado los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar que el régimen de retribuciones y asignaciones propuesto en los puntos anteriores tenga efectos y se apliquen desde el día 13 de junio de 2015. A estos efectos, que se proceda a determinar y liquidar las retribuciones y asignaciones meritadas hasta la fecha del acuerdo plenario de aprobación, si corresponde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.-&lt;/strong&gt; En concepto de asignaciones por grupos políticos con representación municipales, cada grupo político percibirá la cantidad proporcional de 891,67 € anuales por cada regidores que comprenda el grupo. El total crédito por este concepto será de: 891,67 € x 17 regidores&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;= 15.158,39 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La liquidación por este concepto se realizará anualmente, a la fecha de 31 de mayo, y se extenderá a todo el ejercicio corriente. Si por cualquier causa o motivo se tuvieran que celebrar nuevas elecciones municipales y el nuevo consistorio se tuviera que constituir antes de aquella fecha, se procederá a liquidar las cantidades por este concepto correspondientes a todo el ejercicio corriente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Este es al parecer lo que subscribe, no obstante el Pleno Municipal acordará el que más convenga a los intereses Municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se somete a votación la propuesta quedando aprobada la misma por 11 votos a favor correspondientes a 6 IxSP-PINO, 3 MES y 2 PSIB-PSOE y 6 abstenciones correspondientes a PP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
