DE JUSTICIA DEL JUZGADO DE LO SOCIAL NÚM NUEVE DE LOS DE VALENCIA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Que en este Juzgado se siguen autos con el número 000952/2017, a instancia de BEATRIZ RUIZ FAULI contra FOGASA y BASICS GESTION ASISTENCIAL SL, en materia de Despidos / Ceses en general [DSP], y por el presente CITO al L. R. de BASICS GESTION ASISTENCIAL SL quien/es se halla/n en ignorado paradero, para que comparezca/n ante la Sala de Vistas nº 8, sita en la planta baja del número 14 de la Avda. del Profesor López Piñero (CIUDAD JUSTICIA) de Valencia, para que comparezca el día 27-5-19, a las 9,15 horas, conforme diligencia de Ordenación de fecha 7-3-19 que literalmente dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DILIGENCIA DE ORDENACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LTDA. ADMON. JUSTICIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SRA Dª CARMEN PILES GIMENO&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;En Valencia, a siete de marzo de dos mil diecinueve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;Habiendo presentado el Letrado MERCEDES CORRESA RAMIREZ en representación y asistencia de la trabajadora BEATRIZ RUIZ FAULI el anterior escrito exigiendo el cumplimiento por el empresario BASICS GESTION ASISTENCIAL SL de la obligación de readmisión, y habiéndose despachado auto de ejecución de la Sentencia, de conformidad al art. 280 de la LRJS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Citar de comparecencia a las partes&lt;/strong&gt;, con las advertencias legales y haciéndoles saber que deben asistir con los medios de prueba de que intenten valerse, y señalar para la celebración de la misma, &lt;strong&gt;el próximo día 27 de mayo de 2019, a las 9,15 horas&lt;/strong&gt;; sirviendo la notificación de la presente resolución a las partes, de citación en forma a dicho acto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;Apercibiéndoles que si el dia de la comparecencia no asistiese el trabajador o persona que lo represente, se le tendrá por desistido de su solicitud; y si no compareciese el empresario o su representante, se celebrará el acto sin su presencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN:&lt;/strong&gt; Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes haciéndoles saber que contra la misma cabe recurso de reposición, en el plazo de TRES DIAS, ante este Juzgado de lo Social, y en la forma prevista en el art. 187 de la LRJS, siendo requisito necesario que el recurrente que no gozare del beneficio de justicia gratuita presente en la Secretaría del Juzgado, al interponer el recurso, el documento que acredite haber consignado en cualquier oficina de Banesto C/C nº 4474 0000 65 0952/17 la cantidad de 25 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.42cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LA LTDA ADMÓN JUSTICIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Igualmente, se le advierte que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán en estrados, salvo las que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
