El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en la sesión de carácter ordinario del 3 de diciembre de 2018, aprobó las bases y la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Menorca a las entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro para el desarrollo de programas de atención a personas en el ámbito social realizados durante el año 2018, por un importe máximo de 160.000 € (BOIB núm. 8 de 17.1.2019).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#212121">2. El 8 de abril de 2019 se reunió la Comisión Evaluadora, la cual emitió informe sobre la admisión y la inadmisión de las solicitudes que no cumplían los requisitos, examinó la documentación y evaluar las solicitudes de subvención que cumplían los requisitos de acuerdo con el informe de instrucción y la documentación recogida durante este trámite.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#212121">Por todo ello, tomando como base el informe de la Comisión Evaluadora; </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#212121">Dada la propuesta del consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Bienestar Social y Família;</span> </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#212121"><strong>ACUERDO:</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#212121"><strong>Primero.-</strong> No admitir las solicitudes de subvención de las entidades Menorcalab, S. Coop. con NIF núm. F16526188. y Sine Dolore. con NIF núm. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#212121">Asimismo, recordar a las entidades que no han presentado justificaciones sobre algunos de los criterios que han servido de base para las puntuaciones del cálculo de la ayuda, que éstas, además de especificarse y verse reflejadas en la memoria y justificación económica de la ayuda, también deben acreditarse. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#212121"><strong>Quinto.-</strong> Comunicar a la BDNS, como sistema de publicidad de subvenciones, la resolución de la concesión de subvenciones de esta convocatoria. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#212121"><strong>Sexto.-</strong> Publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares la resolución de la concesión de subvenciones de esta convocatoria. </span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#212121">Interposición de recursos</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra este acuerdo; que no agota la via administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes a partir del dÍa siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de los consejos insulares.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición.
