Construyendo Salud, Generando Valor”]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>, establece en el artículo 15 la competencia para ordenar la inserción de edictos en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> (BOIB) y, en el punto 4, especifica que las instituciones o entes públicos no citados en los tres primeros puntos deben acreditar los órganos y las personas que, de acuerdo con su normativa específica, están facultados para ordenar o solicitar la inserción de textos en el BOIB. Si no hay acreditación específica, se debe entender que corresponde a quien ejerza la representación del órgano, el ente o la institución de que emana el texto.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Por otra parte, de acuerdo con el artículo 27 de los Estatutos de la Fundación, el director gerente de la Fundación es la persona competente para desarrollar la política de personal aprobada por el Patronato y, con esta finalidad, seleccionar el personal, suscribir o rescindir los contratos, ejecutar los acuerdos del Patronato en materia de retribuciones, acordar las sanciones, ejercer la dirección superior del personal al servicio de la Fundación y mantener las relaciones con los órganos de representación de personal, además de todas aquellas actuaciones que en esta materia le sean encomendadas, sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponden al presidente.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Ordenar la inserción en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> de la convocatoria para la contratación de cinco técnicos de apoyo en investigación para el programa “Tech” del proyecto “TALENT PLUS. Construyendo Salud, Generando Valor” de la Fundació Institut d’Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">La Fundación tiene encomendadas, entre otras, la función de gestionar medios y recursos al servicio de ejecución de programas de investigación clínica, básica y aplicada, el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación en el campo de la salud.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Para poder llevar a término estas funciones, la Fundación necesita efectuar la incorporación temporal de cinco técnicos de apoyo en investigación para el programa “TECH” del proyecto “TALENT PLUS. Construyendo Salud, Generando Valor” de la Fundació Institut d’Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El proyecto TALENT PLUS tiene como objetivo establecer programas de captación de talento investigador que impulse la contratación en la Fundació Institut d’Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears (IdISBa), en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, de personal investigador y de apoyo a la investigación que puedan contribuir a la generación de valor y la producción de resultados en salud en la Fundació IdISBa.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El artículo 23.2 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, establece los criterios que han de seguir los entes públicos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en la contratación de personal laboral.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Los artículos 17 y 18 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, disponen que se tienen que aplicar los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad en las contrataciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El apartado segundo B del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de febrero de 2007, de modificación del ámbito de aplicación y de determinación del alcance de control del punto 5 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de diciembre de 1995, prevé la compatibilidad y la rendición de cuentas de las empresas públicas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en lo referente a la selección de personal de los entes públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Por todo ello, y en el ejercicio de las competencias que me atribuye el artículo 28.1 y de los Estatutos fundacionales vigentes,</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Convoco</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El proceso para la contratación de cinco técnicos de apoyo en investigación para el programa “Tech” del proyecto “TALENT PLUS. Construyendo Salud, Generando Valor” de la Fundació Institut d’Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears con los requisitos, las características y los criterios de selección siguientes:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Requisitos de la plaza</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Estar en posesión de alguna de las siguientes titulaciones: título&nbsp;de&nbsp;técnico superior&nbsp;correspondiente&nbsp;a&nbsp;ciclos&nbsp; formativos&nbsp;de&nbsp;grado&nbsp;superior,&nbsp;título&nbsp;de&nbsp;técnico especialista&nbsp;correspondiente&nbsp;a&nbsp;formación&nbsp;profesional&nbsp;de&nbsp;segundo grado o título&nbsp;de&nbsp;bachillerato.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Tener la nacionalidad española, u otra nacionalidad en los casos en que el artículo 57 del EBEP se permita el acceso a la ocupación pública.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desempeño de las tareas.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">No haber sido despedido mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las Administraciones Públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas, ni hallarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que desempeñaban en el caso del personal laboral, en el que hubiese sido separado o inhabilitado. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no hallarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos el acceso al empleo público.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Poseer la titulación exigida.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Compromiso de acogida del grupo de investigación, firmado por todas las partes, de acuerdo con el modelo establecido en el anexo III de la presente convocatoria. font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Si la persona solicitante hubiera presentado la solicitud en un registro diferente al del IdISBa, deberá enviar a IdISBa por correo electrónico (idisba.rrhh@ssib.es) la solicitud con el sello de entrada dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la presentación en el registro de la solicitud. font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Un candidato puede presentar un único compromiso de acogida. La firma del presente convenio de acogida por parte del candidato imposibilita la presentación de un convenio de acogida para la convocatoria Talent Plus Junior.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El grupo de investigación tiene que tener en activo en el momento de presentación de la solicitud un proyecto de investigación competitivo público o privado, nacional o internacional, de duración igual o superior a dos años (se excluyen proyectos autonómicos e intramurales).</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
