    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 68/2012, de 27 de julio, por el que se regula el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, establece en el artículo 15 la competencia para ordenar la inserción de edictos en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) y, en el punto 4, especifica que las instituciones o entes públicos no citados en los tres primeros puntos deben acreditar los órganos y las personas que, de acuerdo con su normativa específica, están facultados para ordenar o solicitar la inserción de textos en el BOIB. Si no hay acreditación específica, se debe entender que corresponde a quien ejerza la representación del órgano, el ente o la institución de que emana el texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, de acuerdo con el artículo 27 de los Estatutos de la Fundación, el director gerente de la Fundación es la persona competente para desarrollar la política de personal aprobada por el Patronato y, con esta finalidad, seleccionar el personal, suscribir o rescindir los contratos, ejecutar los acuerdos del Patronato en materia de retribuciones, acordar las sanciones, ejercer la dirección superior del personal al servicio de la Fundación y mantener las relaciones con los órganos de representación de personal, además de todas aquellas actuaciones que en esta materia le sean encomendadas, sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponden al presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ordenar la inserción en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears de la convocatoria para la contratación de cinco investigadores predoctorales para el programa “JUNIOR” del proyecto “TALENT PLUS. Construyendo Salud, Generando Valor” (ver anexo adjunto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Construyendo Salud, Generando Valor” de la Fundació Institut d’Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Fundación tiene encomendadas, entre otras, la función de gestionar medios y recursos al servicio de ejecución de programas de investigación clínica, básica y aplicada, el desarrollo tecnológico y la innovación en el campo de la salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para poder llevar a término estas funciones, la Fundación necesita efectuar la incorporación temporal de cinco investigadores predoctorales para el programa “JUNIOR” del proyecto “TALENT PLUS. Construyendo Salud, Generando Valor” de la Fundació Institut d’Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El proyecto TALENT PLUS tiene como objetivo establecer programas de captación de talento investigador que impulse la contratación en la Fundació Institut d’Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears (IdISBa), en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, de personal investigador y de apoyo a la investigación que puedan contribuir a la generación de valor y la producción de resultados en salud en la Fundació IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 23.2 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, establece los criterios que han de seguir los entes públicos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares en la contratación de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los artículos 17 y 18 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, disponen que se tienen que aplicar los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad en las contrataciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decreto 17/2019, de 15 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Estatuto del Personal investigador laboral al servicio de los institutos de investigación sanitaria de las Illes Balears, establece el régimen jurídico del personal investigador de los institutos de investigación sanitaria de las Illes Balears integrados en el sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El apartado segundo B del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 23 de febrero de 2007, de modificación del ámbito de aplicación y de determinación del alcance de control del punto 5 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de diciembre de 1995, prevé la compatibilidad y la rendición de cuentas de las empresas públicas de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en lo referente a la selección de personal de los entes públicos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y en el ejercicio de las competencias que me atribuye el artículo 28.1 y de los Estatutos fundacionales vigentes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Convoco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El proceso para la contratación de cinco investigadores predoctorales para el programa “JUNIOR” del proyecto “TALENT PLUS. Construyendo Salud, Generando Valor” de la Fundació Institut d’Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears con los requisitos, las características y los criterios de selección siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Requisitos de la plaza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Estar en posesión de un título universitario que dé acceso al doctorado, y estar en disposición de ser admitido o matriculado en un programa de doctorado oficial para el curso académico 2019-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tener la nacionalidad española, u otra nacionalidad en los casos en que el artículo 57 del EBEP se permita el acceso a la ocupación pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desempeño de las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No haber sido despedido mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las Administraciones Públicas o de los órganos constitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas, ni hallarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que desempeñaban en el caso del personal laboral, en el que hubiese sido separado o inhabilitado. En el caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no hallarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en los mismos términos el acceso al empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No haber disfrutado previamente a la presentación de la solicitud, de un contrato predoctoral por tiempo superior a doce meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Compromiso de acogida del grupo de investigación, firmado por todas las partes, de acuerdo con el modelo establecido en el anexo III de la presente convocatoria. Sólo se aceptará un compromiso de acogida por candidato y grupo de investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No podrán participar quienes estén en posesión del título de doctor por cualquier universidad española o extranjera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Formulario de autoevaluación cumplimentado (anexo IV de la convocatoria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquellas personas que no cumplan con los requisitos no se les valorará el CV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Procedimiento de selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Valoración de méritos acreditados por los aspirantes, de acuerdo con el baremo que se detalla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Baremo de méritos y valoración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se valorará la excelencia académica y la trayectoria científica de los candidatos. También se valorarán los proyectos que impulsen nuevas líneas de investigación que den respuesta a la demanda en salud de la población de las Islas Baleares así como los proyectos que consoliden líneas de investigación en salud que ya sean existentes pero que sea necesario su refuerzo y proyección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La evaluación se realizará conforme a los siguientes criterios y baremos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Formación académica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Máximo 4,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Nota media, en base 10,&amp;nbsp; del expediente académico de los estudios por los que se accede al programo de doctorado (excluido el máster), calculada de acuerdo con el Real Decreto 1125/2003, de 5 de septiembre, por el que se establece el sistema europeo de créditos y el sistema de cualificaciones en las titulaciones con carácter oficial (máximo 4 puntos; para el cómputo, se dividirá la nota media entre 2,5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Estudios completados de Grado, Licenciatura o Máster adicionales a los de acceso al título de doctorado (máximo 0,5 puntos; 0,25 puntos por titulación adicional).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Premio extraordinario de diplomatura, licenciatura, grado o máster (0,10 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Obtención de un programa de Formación Sanitaria Especializada (0,50 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Experiencia Investigadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Máximo 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Publicaciones de artículos de investigación (máximo 2,5 puntos):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Indexadas en el primer cuartil del Journal Citation Report 2017 (JCR):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-como primer firmante: 1 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-como firmante en otro orden: 0,3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Indexadas en el Journal Citation Report 2017 (JCR) diferentes del punto anterior, libros y capítulos de libros, protocolos, guías o informes técnicos con ISBN o ISSN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;-como primer firmante: 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;-como firmante en otro orden: 0,15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Participación acreditada en proyectos de investigación financiados en convocatorias competitivas nacionales o internacionales (máximo 0,50 puntos; 0,25 puntos por proyecto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Participación en congresos u otras reuniones científicas, con carácter nacional o internacional, mediante comunicación, ponencia, o póster como primer autor o ponente (máximo 0,50 puntos; 0,10 puntos por participación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Otros méritos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Máximo 0,30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Participación en actividades de divulgación científica: 0,1 puntos por actividad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Participación en patentes u otras figuras de protección de resultados: 0,1 puntos por patente o figura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Premios académicos, menciones y distinciones: 0,1 puntos por premio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Conocimientos de idiomas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Máximo 0,20 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presentación de una memoria del proyecto de investigación en salud que se propone llevar a cabo para la obtención del título de doctor. La memoria escrita tendrá una extensión máxima de 5 folios en formato Word, tipo de letra Arial a tamaño 11p e interlineado sencillo. El tamaño del papel será DIN A4 por una sola cara. Se valorará la calidad y viabilidad del proyecto de investigación en salud así como su transferibilidad de acuerdo con la siguiente puntuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Calidad científica de la propuesta: máximo 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Adecuación de la propuesta a las líneas estratégicas y áreas científicas del centro: máximo 0,5 puntos. Se considerará que este apartado se cumple en aquellos casos en los que el director de tesis propuesto sea un Investigador Emergente o un Investigador del ámbito del Sistema Nacional de Salud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Participación en proyectos de investigación, convocatoria y entidad financiadora y tipo de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Participación en congresos u otras reuniones científicas y tipo de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Documentación oficial acreditativa de los méritos aportados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Documento que acredite la matriculación, admisión o preadmisión en un programa de doctorado, expedido por la unidad responsable de dicho programa, o por la escuela de doctorado o postgrado en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificado académico, correspondiente a la titulación o titulaciones (licenciatura, ingeniería, arquitectura, grado y, en su caso, máster), que le permiten el acceso al programa de doctorado, en el que deberá figurar el sello de la unidad que lo expide y firma de su responsable, la fecha en la que se han finalizado los estudios y las materias que constituyen el programa completo de la titulación o titulaciones indicadas, así como las calificaciones obtenidas y fechas de obtención de las mismas. Alternativamente, en lugar de firma y sello, serán igualmente válidos los certificados que dispongan de firma electrónica o sistema de verificación seguro. Las calificaciones deberán estar expresadas en la escala de 0 a 10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el caso de estudios realizados en el extranjero deberá aportarse la “Declaración de equivalencia de nota media” de la ANECA (Agencia Nacional de Evaluación de la Calidad y Acreditación), acompañada del certificado académico oficial original o copia cotejada. La certificación académica deberá acompañarse, en su caso, de la traducción oficial al castellano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el caso de aportar como mérito la realización de un programa de Formación Sanitaria Especializada, deberá presentar la fotocopia del título de la Especialidad, certificación oficial de la misma o justificante de su solicitud. Si la especialidad ha sido realizada en el extranjero se deberá presentar la acreditación del reconocimiento de la misma en España si ha sido realizada en la Unión Europea o la homologación si ha sido realizada en otros países.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Casos de exclusión&lt;/strong&gt;: presentación de solicitud fuera de plazo; no reunir los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la persona solicitante hubiera presentado la solicitud en un registro diferente al del IdISBa, deberá enviar a IdISBa por correo electrónico (idisba.rrhh@ssib.es) la solicitud con el sello de entrada dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la presentación en el registro de la solicitud. De la misma manera, si se envía por correo certificado, se debe enviar por correo electrónico la hoja de solicitud, fechada y sellada por la oficina de correos en que conste&amp;nbsp; que se ha enviado en el plazo hábil para la presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corrección de deficiencias: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Un candidato puede presentar un único compromiso de acogida. Si el grupo de investigación presenta un convenio de acogida adicional al presente en el marco de la convocatoria Talent Plus Tech, deberá demostrar estar en posesión de un segundo proyecto de investigación que cumpla con lo dispuesto en el punto 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
