&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Al amparo de lo previsto en el artículo 53.4 de la Ley 4/2014, de 20 de junio, de Transportes Terrestres y Movilidad Sostenible de las Illes Balears, y del Plan Regulador de Licencias Temporales de Taxi para los años 2018 a 2021, aprobado por Decreto de esta Alcaldía de 24 de abril de 2018, así como de la convocatoria de 2019, aprobada por Decreto de esta Alcaldía de 12 de marzo pasado, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el apartado B.5 del Plan de actuación aprobado para este año, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;APRUEBO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; la lista definitiva de licencias temporales de la convocatoria de 2019 que se transcribe a continuación, que hacemos pública mediante el tablón de anuncios y la página web del Ayuntamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;** NOTA&lt;/strong&gt;: Las dos últimas personas solicitantes de la lista son las únicas que &lt;strong&gt;no&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;son titulares&lt;/strong&gt; de licencias ordinarias, y quedarían como reservas para futuras vacantes, renuncias o revocaciones que pudieran producirse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
