    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión celebrada el pasado día 04/23/2019 08:00:00, tomó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aprobación Oferta Empleo Público 2019&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, por unanimidad, declara la urgencia del presente punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobado definitivamente el Presupuesto General del Ayuntamiento para el 2019, y comprensivo aquel del Presupuesto General de este Ayuntamiento, Bases de Ejecución, plantilla de Personal funcionario y laboral, y publicada en el BOIB número 048, de 13 de abril de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Artículos 37.1 l) y 70 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre por el que se aprueba el texto refundido del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Artículo 21.1 g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, por unanimidad, acuerda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1º. Aprobar la Oferta de Empleo Público del Ayuntamiento de Muro para el año 2019, donde constan las vacantes que deben ser objeto de provisión en el presente ejercicio, con el siguiente detalle:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Denominación: Oficial de Policía Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Número plazas vacantes: 1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Escala: Administración Especial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Subescala: Servicios Especiales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
