&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Mediante la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de día 22 de febrero de 2019, publicada en el BOIB n.º 32, de 11 de marzo, se convocaron subvenciones para apoyar la proyección exterior de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares para el año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Los puntos 1, 4.2., 4.3., 5.1. y 5.2. de esta Resolución establecen los criterios por los que se otorgan las subvenciones. Sin embargo, los cambios en los criterios estratégicos por parte de la dirección del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos hacen necesario que dichos puntos se adapten a esta nueva realidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Es por eso que se considera conveniente modificar los criterios por los que se otorgan las subvenciones para la proyección exterior de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares para el año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con el artículo 43.b de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura, de 1 de julio de 2009, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura, haciendo uso de las atribuciones que tengo conferidas, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;1. Modificar los puntos 1, 4.2., 4.3., 5.1. y 5.2. de la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 22 de febrero de 2019, publicada en el BOIB n.º 32, por la que se convocaron subvenciones para apoyar la proyección exterior de las artes visuales para el año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Así, en este apartado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;ALLÍ DONDE DICE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los agentes culturales han de haber organizado o promovido al menos tres proyectos culturales de artes visuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;TIENE QUE DECIR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los agentes culturales de las Islas Baleares han de haber organizado o promovido al menos tres proyectos culturales con artistas visuales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;ALLÍ DONDE DICE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;4.2. Con respecto a las actividades a las que hace referencia el punto 1.2. a), relacionadas exclusivamente con la movilidad de los artistas y agentes culturales, las cantidades se otorgarán de acuerdo con lo que se indica seguidamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;a) Para movilidad entre las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 60 € por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—En caso de doble insularidad, un máximo de 150 € para el desplazamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 60 € para el alojamiento por persona y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 18 € para la manutención por persona y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 500 € para el transporte de carga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 350 € para la cuota de inscripción o acreditación a una feria, festival de arte, jornadas profesionales y/o residencias de artista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos en los que participen hasta 6 artistas, el límite por salida es de 1.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen entre 7 y 12 artistas, el límite por salida es de 2.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen más de 12 artistas, el límite por salida es de 3.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;b) Para movilidad a la España peninsular: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;— Un máximo de 150 € por persona para el desplazamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 60 € para el alojamiento por persona y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 18 € para la manutención por persona y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 1.000 € para el transporte de carga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo 350 € para la cuota de inscripción o acreditación en una feria, festival de arte, jornadas profesionales y/o residencias de artista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos en los que participen hasta 6 artistas, el límite por salida es de 2.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen entre 7 y 12 artistas, el límite por salida es de 3.500 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen más de 12 artistas, el límite por salida es de 5.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;c) Para movilidad a las Islas Canarias y Europa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 350 € por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 60 € para el alojamiento por persona y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 18 € para la manutención por persona y día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 1.500 € para el transporte de carga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo 350 € para la cuota de inscripción o acreditación en una feria, festival de arte, jornadas profesionales y/o residencias de artista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen más de 12 artistas, el límite por salida es de 7.000 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;d) Para movilidad fuera de Europa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Un máximo de 1.000 € por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Para movilidad entre las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;—&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un máximo de 60 € por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;—En caso de doble insularidad, un máximo de 150 € para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Con respecto a las actividades a las cuales hace referencia el punto 1.2.b), relacionadas con la promoción exterior de las artes visuales, las cantidades relacionadas con el desplazamiento, alojamiento y manutención se otorgarán de acuerdo con lo que se indica seguidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;a) Para actividades de promoción exterior en las Islas Baleares: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen entre 7 y 12 artistas, el límite por salida es de 2.500 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen más de 12 artistas, el límite por salida es de 4.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;c) Para actividades de promoción exterior en las Islas Canarias y Europa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;- Un máximo de 350 € por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen más de 12 artistas, el límite por salida es de 5.500 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;d) Para actividades de promoción exterior fuera de Europa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;- Un máximo de 1.000 € por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen más de 12 artistas, el límite por salida es de 7.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;TIENE QUE DECIR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3. Con respecto a las actividades a las cuales hace referencia el punto 1.2.b), relacionadas con la promoción exterior de las artes visuales, las cantidades relacionadas con el desplazamiento, alojamiento y manutención se otorgarán de acuerdo con lo que se indica seguidamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Para activitades de promoción exterior en las Islas Baleares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Un máximo de 60 € por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de doble insularidad, un máximo de 150 € para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para proyectos colectivos en los que participen entre 7 y 12 personas, el límite por salida es de 1.500 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Un máximo de 350 € por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Un máximo de 60 € para el alojamiento por día y persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Un máximo de 1.000 € por persona para el desplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;ALLÍ DONDE DICE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.1. Con respecto al apoyo a la movilidad de los artistas y agentes culturales de las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares al cual se refiere en el punto 1.2. a), son beneficiarios las empresas del ámbito de las artes visuales, así como los creadores o los agentes culturales en general, independientemente de su residencia fiscal, que producen y organizan proyectos de exposición y actividades artísticas relacionadas con creadores de las Islas Baleares, que estén dados de alta en una actividad económica con epígrafes relacionados con las artes visuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.2. Con respecto al apoyo a la promoción exterior en el ámbito de las artes visuales al que se refiere el punto 1.2. b), son beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Las empresas del ámbito de las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares y aquellas con residencia fiscal fuera de nuestra comunidad, que produzcan y organicen proyectos de exposición y actividades artísticas relacionados con creadores de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Las personas jurídicas que estén dadas de alta en una actividad económica con epígrafes relacionados con las artes visuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;TIENE QUE DECIR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.1. Con respecto al apoyo a la movilidad de los artistas y agentes culturales de las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares al cual se refiere en el punto 1.2. a), son beneficiarios las empresas del ámbito de las artes visuales, así como los creadores o los agentes culturales en general, independientemente de su residencia fiscal, que producen y organizan proyectos de exposición y actividades artísticas relacionadas con creadores de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.2. Con respecto al apoyo a la promoción exterior en el ámbito de las artes visuales al que se refiere el punto 1.2. b), son beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Las empresas del ámbito de las artes visuales de las Islas Baleares y aquellas con residencia fiscal fuera de nuestra comunidad, que produzcan y organicen proyectos de exposición y actividades artísticas relacionados con creadores de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Las personas físicas que estén dadas de alta en una actividad económica con epígrafes relacionados con las artes visuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Contra esta Resolución puede interponerse un recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la dicta en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado, de acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 123 i 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de les administraciones públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
