&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante la Resolución la Resolución del director del IEB, de día 12 de diciembre 2018, se conceden ayudas para la promoción del territorio como espacio para rodajes&amp;nbsp; (BOIB nº 157, de 15 de diciembre de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Se han detectado los siguientes errores en la Resolución de 12 de diciembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 2 de noviembre de 2018 &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;convoca ayudas para la promoción del territorio como espacio para rodajes, derivado del Acuerdo marco de colaboración entre la Consejería de Cultura, Participación y Deportes y la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;(&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;BOIB nº&lt;/span&gt; 140, de 8 de noviembre de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a Resolución del director del IEB, de día 12 de diciembre 2018, por la que se conceden ayudas para la promoción del territorio como espacio para rodajes&amp;nbsp; (BOIB nº 157, de 15 de diciembre de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de día 8 de abril de 2019, mediante la cual se modifica la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 2 de noviembre de 2018 por la cual se convocan ayudas para la promoción del territorio como espacio para rodajes, derivado del Acuerdo marco de colaboración entre la Consejería de Cultura, Participación y Deportes y la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;l artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015 dispone que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, asimismo, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo eso, dicto la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f8f8"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:14.25pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Modificar el importe subvencionable y el importe otorgado del expediente &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ROD-7/2018: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;También se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contencioso-Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
