&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En la sesión extraordinaria de la Mesa General de Negociación de fecha 6 de marzo de 2019 se negoció y se llegó a un acuerdo, por unanimidad de las secciones sindicales con representación en la Mesa, CC.OO., STEI y UGT, de aprobar la Oferta de Empleo Público para 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;De acuerdo con el artículo 91.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, así como el artículo 128.1 del Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el cual se aprueba al Texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local, las corporaciones locales han de formular públicamente su oferta de empleo público, ajustándose a los criterios fijados en la normativa básica estatal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, haciendo uso de las atribuciones que en materia de dirección de gobierno y administración&amp;nbsp; municipal y de organización de los servicios me otorga el 21.1 de la Ley&amp;nbsp; 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, así como el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, dispongo la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
