&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS Y SUBVENCIONES DE LAS ÁREAS DE CULTURA EDUCACIÓN Y JUVENTUD &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;PARA EL AÑO 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es regular las ayudas y subvenciones públicas que concede el Ayuntamiento de Andratx durante el año 2019 a entidades y organismos, cuyos servicios o actividades, completen o suplan los atribuidos a la competencia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDA.- PETICIONARIOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podrán solicitar subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Entidades y asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Asociaciones del Ayuntamiento, con domicilio social situado en Andratx y que se incluyan en alguno de los ámbitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A- CULTURA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B- EDUCACIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;C- JUVENTUD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERA.- REQUISITOS DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS DE LAS SUBVENCIONES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Entidades y Asociaciones, inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Asociaciones del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento, y no ser deudores del mismo por cualquier otro concepto no tributario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por ello, una vez finalizado el plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes, el Tesorero del Ayuntamiento expedirá de oficio certificación acreditativa de si los peticionarios están al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con este Ayuntamiento y no son deudores del mismo por cualquier otro concepto no tributario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los peticionarios que no estuvieran al corriente de sus obligaciones, tendrán 5 días hábiles para enmendar la deficiencia detectada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En general, no podrán ser beneficiarios de la subvención las personas que incurran en alguno de los puntos establecidos en el art. 13.2 de la Ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUARTA.- ACTIVIDADES OBJETO DE SUBVENCIÓN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Conforme al crédito previsto en el Presupuesto para el año 2019, serán subvencionables los proyectos de actividades que: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- De manera indudable respondan a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Se efectúen en el plazo establecido en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En ningún caso el coste de adquisición de los gastos subvencionables puede ser superior al valor del mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A.-Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Favorecer programas innovadores de actividades culturales y que comporten relación entre colectivos y/o entidades de la población.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Potenciar actividades de recuperación y mantenimiento de aspectos vinculados a la cultura popular y tradicional de la población.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Potenciar actividades de recuperación y/o conservación de aspectos del patrimonio cultural local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Apoyar a propuestas que complementen aspectos de la oferta cultural generada desde la administración, y que se puedan gestionar individual o conjuntamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Dar apoyo a actividades abiertas de carácter público, gestionadas por entidades, que supongan una aportación a la oferta cultural de la población.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Potenciar las actividades culturales con propiedades integradoras, que se caractericen por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar abiertas al conjunto de la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Favorecer la relación entre colectivos de procedencia diversa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Potenciar propuestas de carácter innovador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tener contenidos de talante creativo y dinámico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Favorecer la relación interdisciplinaria entre contenidos culturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Utilizar las redes telemáticas para la difusión de contenidos culturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B.- Educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Las actividades promovidas por las APIMAS de carácter educativo o formativo dirigidas al alumnado del centro docente y/o abiertas al público en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Las actividades promovidas por las APIMAS, que recojan y traten en su propio planteamiento la multiculturalidad, haciendo de la diversidad cultural un valor positivo de conocimiento y enriquecimiento personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Las actividades innovadoras y formativas, que impliquen relación y colaboración entre las diferentes APIMAS del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Las actividades o iniciativas recogidas dentro del Proyecto Educativo de Centro, que hayan sido generadas o promovidas por las APIMAS, y que por ejemplo tengan por objetivo el apoyo a la biblioteca de la escuela y/o a las aulas de música entre otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Actividades educativas y/o formativas para el conjunto de la población por parte de asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Las mejoras en cuanto a material lúdico/ formativo y/o que mejoren las infraestructuras del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;C.- Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Promover la educación en el ocio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Fomentar las actividades encaminadas al conocimiento y la integración en el medio natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Creación de las nuevas entidades y/o propuestas de dinamización de la gente joven del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Propuestas de actividades y/o actuaciones conjuntas entre varias entidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Favorecer las propuestas que complementen los proyectos y las actividades que se llevan a cabo desde el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Favorecer las propuestas que avancen en la implantación de las TIC (tecnologías, información y comunicación) como herramientas de relación y comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Favorecer propuestas y actividades que avancen en la formación con el objetivo de mejorar y promocionar el asociacionismo la participación ciudadana a la vida de la población o del barrio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Favorecer las propuestas que avancen en la publicación elaboración de materiales para la divulgación de los diferentes proyectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Promocionar la integración de jóvenes en actividades culturales, deportivas, educativas y de tiempo libre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si durante la ejecución del Proyecto o actividad financiado en esta convocatoria de subvenciones, a causa de fuerza mayor, se produjera la imposibilidad de ejecutar parte del mismo, se tendrá que comunicar con carácter inmediato al Ayuntamiento, a efectos de aprobación por parte de la Junta de Gobierno, si procede, el cambio de actividad propuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atendidas las disponibilidades presupuestarias, el importe máximo de la subvención a conceder a los peticionarios de las áreas de Cultura, Educación y Juventud no podrá ser superior a 6.000,00 euros, por cada entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINTA.- ACTUACIONES NO CONTEMPLADAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Particularmente, quedan excluidos los programas referidos a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias, los intereses y sanciones administrativas y penales y los gastos de procedimientos judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEXTA.- CUANTÍA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El importe de las ayudas y subvenciones a conceder dependerá del crédito previsto para las distintas áreas en el Presupuesto del año 2019, que está distribuido de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cultura, Educación y Juventud, partida: 330.48920 y con un crédito de 50.000€ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SÉPTIMA.- PLAZO PARA FORMULAR LAS SOLICITUDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez aprobada la presente convocatoria por la Junta de Gobierno Local, será objeto de publicación en el BOIB, seguidamente se publicará a la BDNS y se publicará el extracto nuevamente al BOIB y en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los plazos para presentar solicitudes será de &lt;strong&gt;15 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;OCTAVA.- LUGAR DE PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes de ayudas y subvenciones se tienen que presentar en el Registro General de entrada de documentos del Ayuntamiento de Andratx (S.A.C.) en horario de 8'30h a 13'30h de lunes a viernes. Así mismo también se podrán presentar en los lugares establecidos en el art. 16 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre 2015, Procedimiento Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;NOVENA.- DOCUMENTACIÓN A PRESENTAR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los peticionarios tendrán que presentar los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Instancia individualizada por cada actividad, firmada por el peticionario o representante legal de la entidad, en la cual se hará constar el proyecto, programa o actividad para la cual se solicita la subvención.&lt;strong&gt; (Anexo I).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Programa detallado del proyecto, actividad o servicio, con expresión de la finalidad que se persigue, el número de personas a quienes se dirige y los medios humanos y materiales, y subvención solicitada. &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo II).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Presupuesto total de ingresos y gastos, y desglosado por partidas de la actividad a realizar e indicación del importe de la subvención solicitada. &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo II).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; CIF de la entidad solicitante, y de la persona que firma la misma como representante de la entidad representada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Acreditación del representante de la entidad o asociación &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo III).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Declaración jurada de las subvenciones o ayudas que se vayan a obtener para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, o bien de la no obtención de ninguna ayuda con la misma finalidad. &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo IV).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Acreditar que se encuentra al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable de no incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiaria de una subvención.&lt;strong&gt; (Anexo V).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DÉCIMA.- PROCEDIMIENTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procedimiento ordinario de concesión de subvenciones se tramitará en régimen de concurrencia competitiva mediante la comparación de las solicitudes presentadas, con objeto de establecer una relación entre las mismas de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración previamente fijados en las bases reguladoras y en la convocatoria, y adjudicar, con el límite fijado en la convocatoria dentro del crédito disponible, aquellas que hayan obtenido mayor valoración en aplicación de los llamados criterios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Previa propuesta motivada de la regidora delegada competente, la Junta de Gobierno resolverá la concesión de las ayudas y subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;UNDÉCIMA.- CRITERIOS PARA LA ASIGNACIÓN DE SUBVENCIONES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De forma general, los criterios para el otorgamiento y fijación de la cuantía de las ayudas y subvenciones serán para todas las áreas los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Grado de interés o utilidad ciudadana de sus finalidades, sean de carácter general o sectorial (0-25 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Menor capacidad económica autónoma (0-15 puntos). (tiene que quedar justificada)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Actividad tradicional del municipio (0-15 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El hecho de colaborar asiduamente con el ayuntamiento en la promoción de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;actividades (0-25 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Proyecto innovador (0-10 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Proyección exterior del Municipio (0-10)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el % obtenido con el proyecto presentado, este mismo % será el que se recibirá de la subvención solicitada y nunca superior a 6.000.-€, en caso de no existir crédito presupuestario suficiente, todas las subvenciones se prorratearán para poder dar el máximo de cobertura a todas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DOCENA.- OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Son obligaciones de los beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Cumplir el objetivo, ejecutar la totalidad del proyecto, realizar la actividad o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Justificar ante el Ayuntamiento de Andratx el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones, la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinen la concesión o disfrutar de la subvención mediante la documentación establecida en su punto 14 de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, a efectuar por el Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) En el caso de adquisición de material inventariable incluido en el proyecto subvencionado, el periodo durante el cual el beneficiario tiene que destinarlo al fin concreto por el al cual se concedió la subvención, no podrá ser inferior a dos años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Comunicar en el Ayuntamiento de Andratx la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos que financien las actividades subvencionadas. Esta comunicación deberá de efectuarse tan pronto como se conozca y, en todo caso, con anterioridad a la justificación de la aplicación dada a los fondos percibidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Acreditar con anterioridad a dictarse la propuesta de resolución de concesión que se encuentra al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarías y de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Disponer de los libros contables, registros diligencias y otros documentos debidamente auditivos en los términos exigidos por la legislación mercantil y sectorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i) Hacer el reintegro de los fondos percibidos en los supuestos contemplados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;j) Las actividades o servicios subvencionados tendrán que estar realizados antes del 31 de diciembre del año de su concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;k) El beneficiario está obligado a hacer constar en la documentación y propaganda impresa, radiofónica o audiovisual que la actividad comporte, la expresión “con la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Andratx”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; El hecho de rendir cuentas al Tribunal de Cuentas, de los preceptos de subvenciones, se instrumentará mediante el cumplimiento de la obligación de justificación al órgano concedente o entidad colaboradora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECIMOTERCERA.- ÓRGANO COMPETENTE PARA CONCEDER LAS SUBVENCIONES Y FORMA DE PAGO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo para la prestación de las distintas solicitudes de subvención, previa propuesta motivada del Regidor delegad competente, la Junta de Gobierno Local resolverá en el plazo máximo de 3 meses, la concesión de las ayudas y subvenciones en conformidad con los criterios señalados en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo sin que la Junta de Gobierno Local hubiera resuelto, los interesados podrán entender desestimadas sus solicitudes por silencio administrativo, sin perjuicio de la resolución por parte del Ayuntamiento con posterioridad al vencimiento del plazo para resolver.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En ningún caso, el importe de las subvenciones podrá ser de tal cuantía que, aislada o en concurrencia con subvenciones o ayudas de otras Administraciones Públicas, u otros entes públicos o privados, supere el coste de la actividad a desarrollar por el beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECIMOCUARTA.- FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LAS SUBVENCIONES.- LA CUENTA JUSTIFICATIVA DEL GASTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Aportaciones de financiación del proyecto subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El presupuesto de la actividad presentado por el solicitante, sirve de referencia para la determinación final del importe de la subvención, que se calcula como un porcentaje del coste final de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Forma y plazo de justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Toda la documentación relativa a la presente convocatoria se presentará al Servicio de atención al ciudadano (SAC) en horario de 8'30h a 13'30h de lunes a viernes. Así mismo también se podrán presentar en los lugares establecidos en el art. 16, de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre 2015, Procedimiento Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con anterioridad al 31 de octubre del año en curso, hay que presentar al SAC mediante instancia de justificación,según modelo, &lt;strong&gt;adjuntando a la misma la cuenta justificativa del gasto efectuado (Anexo 6)), que contenderá :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A) MEMORIA detallada de la actividad realizada y declaración que no han percibido ni se ha solicitado ninguna otra subvención pública o privada por la actividad objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;B) JUSTIFICANTES DEL GASTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Facturas u otros documentos de valor probatorio equivalente con validez en el tránsito jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa. La fecha de las facturas puede ir de octubre 2018 a octubre 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Requisitos que tienen que reunir las facturas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ser originales o fotocopias compulsadas por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Tener el concepto del gasto relacionado con el presupuesto presentado en base al cual la Junta de Gobierno concede la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Estar datadas entre octubre 2018 a octubre 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Contener el código o número de identificación fiscal del preceptor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Presentar justificando de pago donde quede claramente especificado o demostrado que las facturas están pagadas, mediante transferencia o tícket que especifique claramente que está debidamente pagado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el supuesto de que el total de los documentos justificativos presentados fuera inferior al proyecto presentado por el solicitante de forma que se dedujera que la cuantía de la subvención concedida fuera superior al gasto real del proyecto, el Ayuntamiento podrá reducir proporcionalmente el importe de la subvención concedida conforme a los justificantes presentados y al porcentaje concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;C) DECLARACIÓN RESPONSABLE DE LA REALIZACIÓN DEL PROYECTO SUBVENCIONADO Y OTRAS SUBVENCIONES RECIBIDAS &lt;strong&gt;(Anexo 7). &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINCENA.- INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en estas bases o en la normativa de aplicación da lugar a la aplicación del régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecido a los capítulos noveno y décimo de la ordenanza municipal reguladora de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECIMOSEXTA.- RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO APLICABLE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En todo el no previsto en la presentes Bases, será de aplicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Ley Decreto 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. (BOE núm.276 de 18-11-2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (BORO núm.176, de 25-07-2006).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ley 39/2015, de fecha 1 de octubre 2015 del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
