&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;HAGO SABER: Que en el procedimiento nº 0000275/2018 en materia de Reclamación de Cantidad a instancia de D./Dª. MARIA CANDELARIA GONZALEZ RODRIGUEZ, ANICETO MANUEL DARIAS DARIAS, JUAN MORALES ARTEAGA, JOSE MANUEL RODRIGUEZ PADILLA, IGNACIO JAVIER DARIAS HERRERA, ESTEBAN CHAVEZ CLEMENTE, JOSE DAVID BRITO DARIAS, CARMELO RAMON DARIAS HERRERA, MARIA DEL MAR ALMENARA HERRERA, JUAN CARLOS CABELLO CHINEA y JAVIER VERA ARZOLA, contra TRANSPORTES AÉREOS SANITARIOS ISLEÑOS S.A., SUPSAR INVEST S.L., CATERSALUD GESTORA S.L.U., TRANSPORT SANITARI DE CATALUNYA S.L.U., TSC MOVILIDAD SANITARIA S.L.U., CONTRATAS AMBULANCIAS EMERGENCIAS S.A., ASSISTALIA S.L., AMBULANCIAS DE LAS ISLAS&amp;nbsp;CANARIAS S.L., INVERSIONES SANITARIAS CANARIAS S.A. y FOGASA, por su SSª se ha dictado sentencia con fecha &amp;nbsp;17 de abril de 2019 , cuyo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fallo &amp;nbsp;es el tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debo estimar parcialmente la demanda presentada por los once actores y en consecuencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Condeno a TRANSPORTES AÉREOSSANITARIOS ISLEÑOS, S.A., a abonar a los actores las siguientes diferencias salariales, incrementadas en el 10% de demora, correspondientes al periodo del 1 de abril de 2017 al 30 de septiembre de 2018:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- D. JUAN CARLOS CABELLO CHINEA = 5.850,24€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- D. JAVIER VERA ARZOLA = 4.207,98€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- Dña. CANDELARIA GONZALEZ RODRIGUEZ = 5.645,59€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.- D. ANICETO MANUEL DARIAS DARIAS = 5.699,38€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.- D. JUAN MORALES ARTEAGA = 2.542,54€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.- D. JOSE MANUEL RODRIGUEZ PADILLA = 5.501,81€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.- D. IGNACIO JAVIER DARIAS HERRERA = 5.597,09€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.- D. ESTEBAN CHÁVEZ CLEMENTE = 5.709,65€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.- D. JOSE DAVID BRITO DARIAS = 6.073,50€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.- CARMELO RAMON DARIAS HERRERA = 4.334,31€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.- Dña. Mª DEL MAR ALMENARA HERRERA = 5.856,08€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Absuelvo a las entidades Supsar Invest, S.L., Catersalud Gestora, S.L.U., Transport Sanitari de Catalunya, S.L.U., TSC movilidad Sanitaria, S.L.U., Contratas ambulancias emergencias, S.A., Assistalia, S.L., Ambulancias de las Islas Canarias, S.L., Inversiones Sanitarias Canarias, S.A., de las pretensiones ejercitadas en el seno del presente procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- Todo ello sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad subsidiaria que pudiera corresponderle al FOGASA, en los términos previstos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes haciéndoles saber que contra la misma cabe interponer recurso de suplicación ante la Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Canarias, anunciándolo ante este Juzgado por comparecencia o por escrito en el plazo de los cinco días hábiles siguientes al de notificación del presente fallo, siendo indispensable que al tiempo de anunciarlo acredite la parte que no ostente el carácter de trabajador y no goce del beneficio de justicia gratuita haber consignado el importe íntegro de la condena en el Banco Santander con código IBAN ES55 0049 3569 92 0005001274 y debiendo insertar en el campo “concepto” los dígitos 4666/0000/30/0275/18.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán en los Estrados de este Juzgado&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a CONTRATAS AMBULANCIAS EMERGENCIAS S.A. en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para publicación en el Tablón de Anuncios de este Juzgado, en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a 17 de abril de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
