&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB nº 31, de 10 de marzo) se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El carácter estimativo de las cuantías que se prevén en el Plan Estratégico y el tiempo transcurrido desde que se aprobaron, hace necesario ajustar las previsiones contenidas en el anexo, con respecto a determinadas líneas de ayudas que debe gestionar la Dirección General de Planificación y Servicios Sociales de la Consejería&lt;span style="color:green"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Consejería|Conselleria]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Servicios Sociales y Cooperación. Concretamente se añaden dos nuevas líneas, la 2.10 Igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres, dentro del Objetivo III, Lucha contra las desigualdades, y la 3.12 Programas de integración e inclusión sociales, dentro del Objetivo IV, Convivencia e instituciones sólidas. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El fundamento&lt;span style="color:green"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[fundamento|cimiento]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; de estas nuevas líneas obedece en el caso de la 2.10 del objetivo III, a la necesidad de contemplar dentro del actual Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;una convocatoria destinada a entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro que gestionan ayudas económicas para paliar la pobreza energética y para cubrir gastos de inversión en servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de la 3.12 del objetivo IV, hay que mencionar que en aplicación del artículo 90 de la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Illes Balears, así como el artículo 21 de la Ley 3/2018, de 29 de mayo, del tercer sector de las Illes Balears, que establecen que las administraciones públicas de las Illes Balears procurarán adoptar medidas con el fin de facilitar que las organizaciones y redes del tercer sector social de las Illes Balears puedan disponer de instalaciones e infraestructuras adecuadas afectas al desarrollo de actividades sociales de interés general, &lt;/span&gt;por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;lo cual se tiene la intención de publicar una convocatoria destinada a fomentar las inversiones de las entidades del tercer sector de acción social en centros de servicios sociales, con la finalidad última de aumentar el número de plazas de la Red Pública de Servicios Sociales para la cobertura de las necesidades sociales. Con esta convocatoria se fomentará la construcción, reforma y/o adaptación de plazas de servicios residenciales, servicios de estancias diurnas y de atención temprana para los años 2019-2039.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En el apartado 3 del Acuerdo mencionado se delega la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones en la persona titular de la consejería&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejería|conselleria]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la persona titular de la Consejería&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Consejería|Conselleria]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas la aprobación y/o modificación del anexo al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:green"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Fundamentos|Cimientos]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decreto 8/2015, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decreto 9/2015, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; el cual se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, mediante el cual se nombra la señora Catalina Cladera i Crespí, consejera&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejera|consellera]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por todo eso, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación del anexo al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018, con las nuevas líneas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBJETIVO III&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LUCHA CONTRA LAS DESIGUALDADES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objetivos y efectos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;financiar los gastos derivados de la gestión de ayudas económicas &lt;/span&gt;para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; p&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;aliar la pobreza energética de personas en situación de vulnerabilidad, prevista por la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Illes Balears, con el fin de garantizar la continuación del suministro eléctrico en estos hogares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Coste: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;270.000,00 € ( 2019: 108.000,00 €; 2020: 108.000,00 €; 2021: 54.000,00 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Convocatoria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;plurienal (2019-2021)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Incidencia sobre el mercado: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;sin incidencia sobre el mercado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
