    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se hace público que, en el Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el 27 de febrero de 2019, se dio cuenta de la elevación a definitivo del acuerdo de establecimiento del Servicio público de tanatorio y de la elevación a definitivo del acuerdo de aprobación del Reglamento del Servicio Municipal del Tanatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En consecuencia, de conformidad con el artículo 102.&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, se publica el texto íntegro refundido, tal y como dispone el artículo 103.1 de la citada ley, a los efectos de entrada en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objecto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El presente reglamento tiene por objeto regular las condiciones de prestaciones de los servicios funerarios y actividades que se desarrollan en el Tanatorio de Formentera, la organización, las empresas funerarias autorizadas, el uso y los precios públicos para la prestación de los servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El servicio público desarrollado en el Tanatorio tiene por objeto fundamental facilitar a los familiares y personas afines a las personas difuntas unas instalaciones en condiciones higienicosantarias y dignas para el depósito y velatorio de los cadáveres hasta el momento de su inhumación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Tanatorio de Formentera, situado en el polígono 7, parcela 74, venda des Brolls, San Francisco Javier, Formentera, es un establecimiento funerario de titularidad del Consell Insular de Formentera, y se rige en su funcionamiento por la normativa autonómica reguladora de la Policía Sanitaria Mortuoria, así como por la normativa jurídica sectorial aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Principios generales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Las actividades que se desarrollen en el Tanatorio municipal de Formentera se realizaran orientadas por los siguientes principios generales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;1. Principio de igualdad o de no discriminación hacia las personas usuarias, que garantice el libre acceso a los servicios e instalaciones del establecimiento en idénticas condiciones, se trate de empresas funerarias o de público en general, sin perjuicio de la aplicación de los precios públicos que correspondan en cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;2. Principio de transparencia, que garantice la publicidad y el acceso a la información relativa a los precios, los horarios, los servicios y las instalaciones del establecimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;3. Principio de legalidad o de respeto a la normativa que, con carácter obligatorio, resulta de aplicación a todas las actividades que se desarrollen en el Tanatorio municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;4. Principio de buenas prácticas profesionales que supone respeto a la dignidad y honor de&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;la persona difunta y sus afines, y el establecimiento de reglas de conducta obligatorias para el personal, las empresas funerarias autorizadas y las personas usuarias que garanticen este respeto y el mantenimiento del orden en todo momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El servicio de Tanatorio es un servicio público de titularidad municipal que se gestionará de forma directa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Los servicios prestados en las instalaciones del tanatorio de Formentera son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Instalaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Tanatorio municipal dispone de las dependencias e instalaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;a) Salas de velatorio 1 y 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;b) Sala de tanatopraxia, tanatoestética y autopsias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;c) Sala de acceso y ceremonias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;d) Aparcamiento público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;e) Oficina de administración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;f) Almacén&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;g) Lavabos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Organización y gestión del servicio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera es el responsable directo de la organización y gestión del servicio, de las operaciones desarrolladas en el Tanatorio municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;De los solicitantes del servicio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Cualquier persona, ya sea física o jurídica, podrá solicitar los servicios del Tanatorio, habiendo de obtener información sobre las dependencias, servicios y atenciones disponibles, así como de las tarifas aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Las empresas funerarias autorizadas, en el caso de existir una demanda por parte de un cliente, solicitaran al Consell Insular de Formentera la prestación del servicio solicitado. Una vez autorizados y prestados, los servicios se liquidarán al Consell Insular de Formentera según el régimen de precios aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;La empresa funeraria autorizada se compromete a dejar en perfecto orden los materiales, instalaciones e instrumentales utilizados durante los servicios prestados, respondiendo directamente de las prácticas y usos inadecuados o mala praxis profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Servicio de sala de acceso y ceremonias, en los cuales no se necesitará empresa funeraria autorizada para la realización del servicio, una vez solicitado el servicio y abonada la tasa correspondiente, el particular podrá hacer uso de las instalaciones en las condiciones establecidas en la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo IV&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Las empresas funerarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Autorización&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Las empresas que deseen prestar servicios funerarios en el término municipal de Formentera, y en el Tanatorio en particular, deberán acreditar que tienen todas las autorizaciones y permisos necesarios para desarrollar esta actividad, así como los requisitos previstos en el Decreto 11/2018, de 27 de abril, por el cual se regula el ejercicio de la sanidad mortuoria de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Una vez la empresa funeraria haya estado autorizada, podrá prestar los servicios en el término municipal en las condiciones establecidas para el desarrollo de esta actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Características de los servicios prestados y mantenimiento de la autorización&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Será obligatorio el uso del Tanatorio siempre que lo disponga la normativa autonómica reguladora de la Policía Sanitaria Mortuoria, por disposición legal o por resolución explicita de las autoridades sanitarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Se respetará en todo caso el principio de igualdad de acceso de todas las empresas funerarias autorizadas que deseen prestar servicio en las instalaciones del Tanatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cobertura de riesgos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Las empresas funerarias son las responsables del pago de todos los servicios prestados en el Tanatorio a instancias suyas o de sus clientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;En los supuestos de daños o reclamaciones que las personas usuarias puedan presentar, y que sean imputables a la empresa funeraria, esta responderá de los mismos por medio del seguro que tengan concertado y, si no lo cubriera, directamente, eximiendo en todo caso de responsabilidad al Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Usos del tanatorio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Actividades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Las actividades que se pueden desarrollar en el Tanatorio son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;a) La recepción de las personas difuntas, los traslados y el depósito en las cámaras y/o en las Salas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;b) El acondicionamiento, amordazamiento, vestimenta u otras operaciones a las personas difuntas a demanda de la parte interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;c) Facilitar los medios del tanatorio para las operaciones de tanatopraxia, las autopsias y otras que resulten pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;d) La exposición de las persones difuntas en las salas de velatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;e) Cualquier actividad relacionada con los servicios funerarios que se realicen, contraten o gestionen, en o desde el propio tanatorio por el Consell Insular de Formentera o por la empresa funeraria autorizada o su personal, y que tengan por objeto proporcionar a las personas difuntas la destinación que la legislación sanitaria mortuoria prevé.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Queda prohibida la utilización de las instalaciones para otros fines diferentes a los nombrados con anterioridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Registros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Se realizarán las inscripciones, y se mantendrá actualizado el Libro de Registro de Tanatorio, según lo que establece el Decreto 11/2018, de 27 de abril, por el cual se regula el ejercicio de la sanidad mortuoria de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 13&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Horarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Tanatorio permanecerá abierto y en servicio desde el momento en que sea requerido el depósito de cadáveres y hasta que tenga lugar su inhumación o traslado a otro municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Tanatorio permanecerá cerrado y sin personal de atención al público siempre que no se esté prestando ningún servicio, si bien existirá un teléfono de atención las 24 horas en el que se podrá solicitar la prestación del servicio. Tanto los horarios de apertura, como el teléfono de contacto, estarán expuestos en los accesos a las instalaciones y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 14&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reserva de salas y servicios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera dispondrá de un mecanismo de contacto para que las empresas funerarias reserven, con una antelación mínima de cuatro horas, las salas y los servicios del Tanatorio que precisen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;La solicitud de reserva se formulará con una antelación mínima de 4 horas en el modelo establecido por el Consell Insular de Formentera e irá acompañada de la documentación establecida en la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 15&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recepción de personas difuntas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;La recepción de las personas difuntas se acompañará de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Documento de identidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Certificado médico de defunción debidamente firmado por el personal facultativo que corresponda si hubiese muerto de causa natural o por orden de inhumación del pertinente Juzgado de Instrucción en caso de muerte accidental o violenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Las empresas funerarias facilitaran las tareas del personal del tanatorio limitando su intervención y actuaciones en las dependencias autorizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Articulo 16&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Movilidad para las dependencias del tanatorio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;1. Será público el acceso y la permanencia en las siguientes dependencias del tanatorio durante el horario de apertura: salas de velatorio y sala de ceremonias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;2. El acceso, circulación y permanencia por las dependencias del tanatorio que no son de acceso libre requerirán la autorización expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;3. Las empresas funerarias, las empresas proveedoras y en general las personas la presencia de las cuales en el tanatorio esté justificada por razones profesionales deberán circunscribir su movilidad en las zonas donde este autorizada su presencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;4. El personal del tanatorio tendrá restringido el acceso a aquellas dependencias donde no esté justificada su presencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 17&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Comportamiento público&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Las personas visitantes se comportarán con respeto, pudiendo el Consell Insular de Formentera expulsar del recinto a quien no guarde un comportamiento adecuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 18&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Prohibiciones especiales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;No se podrán obtener imágenes sin autorización previa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Con carácter general, no se permitirá el acceso de animales, a excepción de perros de asistencia y autorizaciones expresas, en el interior de las instalaciones del tanatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo VI&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Costes y tasas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 19&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coste de los Servicios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Los diferentes servicios y actividades que se llevan a cabo en las dependencias del Tanatorio se ajustaran a las siguientes reglas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;1. Los servicios prestados por el Consell, y los servicios prestados por la empresa funeraria autorizada, están sujetos a la aprobación de las tasas correspondientes por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;2.Todos los precios aplicables al Tanatorio serán públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposiciones adicionales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Situaciones de emergencia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;En situaciones de emergencia las instalaciones del Tanatorio podrán ser activadas por el Consell Insular o por otra autoridad competente para acoger personas difuntas hasta el límite de su capacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exposición de difuntos en otros lugares&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;En cuanto a la exposición de personas difuntas esta se ajustará a lo que establece el Decreto 11/2018, de 27 de abril, por el que se regula el ejercicio de la sanidad mortuoria de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entrada en vigor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 70 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, el presente Reglamento entrara en vigor una vez se haya publicado su texto íntegramente en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y haya trascurrido el plazo de quince días hábiles previsto en el artículo 65.2 del citado texto legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra este acuerdo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares con sede en Palma (Mallorca), en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente a la publicación del presente en el BOIB, todo esto en relación con los artículos 10.1, 25, 46.1 y 46.4 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
