&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A esta convocatoria podrán acogerse las entidades locales y las empresas públicas que se dediquen a la gestión de residuos, en el ámbito territorial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segundo. Objeto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para el ejercicio 2019 serán objeto de financiación las actuaciones que se detallan a continuación previstas en los artículos 5.1. y 5.4.&amp;nbsp; de la presente convocatoria y que se hayan iniciado a partir de día 1 de enero de 2018:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Redacción del proyecto del centro de reciclaje, según la Ley 22/2011 y el Real decreto 110/2015, y otras normativas aplicables (art. 5.1.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Planes y programas de prevención y gestión de residuos municipales y campañas de sensibilización de residuos (art. 5.4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para el ejercicio 2020 serán objeto de financiación las actuaciones que se detallan a continuación previstas en los artículos 5.2. y 5.3.&amp;nbsp; de la presente convocatoria y que se hayan iniciado a partir de día 1 de enero de 2018&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Obras y/o adquisición de equipamientos para los centros de reciclaje de nueva construcción y/o ampliaciones y mejoras en los centros de reciclaje existentes. Se han dividido 11 actuaciones, que se f&lt;/span&gt;inanciarán por orden de prioridad y de acuerdo con lo que se establece al artículo 9 de esta convocatoria, hasta que quede presupuesto remanente (art. 5.2):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="decimal"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Almacén de residuos peligrosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Impermeabilización y recogida de lixiviados del almacén de residuos peligrosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pavimentación del centro de reciclaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cobertura de la zona de almacenaje de RAEE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Impermeabilización y recogida de lixiviados de la zona de almacenaje de RAEE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Oficina de recepción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Instalaciones destinadas a la preparación para la reutilización, ya sea para el almacenaje separado de RAEE susceptibles de ser preparados tanto para la reutilización como para la comprobación o el tratamiento: .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Elementos de información, como cartele&lt;/span&gt;s, paneles o señalización&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, incluida la identificativa para las instalaciones de gestión de residuos prevista en el anexo 8 de la Ley 8/2019, de 19 de febrero, de residuos y suelos contaminados de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mejoras en el control de acceso en la zona de almacenaje de residuos, como vallas, sistemas de control de acceso, cierres de zonas de almacenaje, sistemas de videovigilancia, alarmas, etc..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Espacio habilitado dentro de la instalación de gestión de residuos destinado a tareas de educación ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Equipamientos homologados para la gestión correcta de los residuos destinados a dar operatividad a la instalación (cubetas de retención, jaulas de almacenaje, contenedores, compactadores, trituradoras, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Centros de reciclaje móviles y mini centros de reciclaje (art. 5.3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Orden del Consejero de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca de 3 de octubre 2017 (BOIB núm. 123/2017, de 7 de octubre), que establece las bases reguladoras de subvenciones para la financiación de inversiones relativas a la prevención, la reducción y la gestión de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El importe máximo que se destina a esta convocatoria es de un millón cuatro cientos mil euros (1.405.000 €), con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las entidades locales y/o empresas públicas interesadas deben presentar la solicitud de acuerdo con el modelo que se adjunta Anexo I, que está disponible en la página web &amp;lt;http://residus.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes y la documentación indicada es de 20 días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. La presentación se realizará en el Registro de la Consejería de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca o por las vías que establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015 del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sexto: Otros datos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
