CAIB 2019-04-18 620990 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por Decreto de Alcaldía de 12 de abril de 2019, se ha resuelto lo siguiente:</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“<strong>DECRETO</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Antecedentes</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El 9 de abril de 2019 el tribunal calificador de la convocatoria para la selección de personal laboral temporal para cubrir con contrato de relevo, con un 50 % de jornada, una plaza de auxiliar de servicios por jubilación parcial de la persona que la ocupa en propiedad, propone a la Alcaldía la constitución definitiva de la citada bolsa de trabajo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por eso,</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>RESUELVO:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Publicar esta bolsa en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Manacor y en el BOIB.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Esta bolsa extraordinaria tendrá una vigencia máxima de 3 años des de que se publique la resolución de constitución en el BOIB. Una vez transcurrido este periodo de tiempo la bolsa pierde la vigencia y no se puede reactivar.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución - que pone fin a la vía administrativa – podéis interponer, de forma alternativa, recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que dictó el acto en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB, o recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si optáis para interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición, no podréis interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. En este caso, el plazo para interponer recurso contencioso administrativo será de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición.
