    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En el BOIB nº17, de 6 de febrero de 2018, se publicó el anuncio de la oferta de ocupación pública 2017, del Ayuntamiento de Binissalem, en el cual se ha detectado dos errores numéricos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;1. La fecha del anuncio es de 31 de enero de 2018, y no de 2017&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;2. El plazo para la realización de los procesos de selección será hasta final del año 2020, y no 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;La corrección de estos errores no contradice los plazos señalados en el artículo 70 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público, ni los del artículo 19 de la Ley 6/2018, de 3 de julio, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Visto el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, con el fin de enmendarlo, se hacen las correcciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El plazo para la realización de los procesos de selección será hasta final del año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
