&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDIA n.º99/2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que por Ley me son conferidas, y especialmente las señaladas al arte. 21 de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local 7/1985, de 2 de abril, y al arte. 41 del RD 2.568 de 28 de noviembre de 1986, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que en fecha 8 de mayo de 2017 la Policía Local levantó acta por la retirada del vehículo marca ROVER, modelo 25, matrícula 7072-*CGF, color verde, propiedad de JANET ASTLEY RUSSELL, con domicilio a efectos de notificación al apartado de correos 51, 07144-Costitx, el cual, de acuerdo con el arte. 47.3. de la ordenanza municipal de Policía, Buen Gobierno y Convivencia Ciudadana, fue retirado para constituir un peligro peatonal. Adicionalmente el vehículo presentaba desperfectos que hacían imposible el desplazamiento por sus propios medios y ha pasado un periodo superior a un mes en el mismo lugar, el mismo tendrá el tratamiento de residuo sólido urbano de acuerdo con la normativa ambiental correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Proceder a la destrucción del vehículo, el cual tiene consideración de residuo urbano, de acuerdo con el arte. 47.3. de la ordenanza municipal de Policía, Buen Gobierno y Convivencia Ciudadana, el arte. 2 de la ordenanza municipal de residuos urbanos y el arte. 3 de la Ley 22/2011, de 28 de julio, de residuos y suelos contaminantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Notificar la presente resolución al interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Que el presente Decreto se&amp;nbsp; informe al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que este celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Cosa que se hace pública para su conocimiento y efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
