    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La finalidad de estas ayudas es ayudar las familias de los niños y jóvenes con dificultades económicas con objeto de hacerlos posible el acceso a la práctica deportiva a través de los clubes deportivos u otras entidades que&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; tengan &lt;/span&gt;como objetivo el fomento de la práctica deportiva, siempre dentro de un marco de formación integral, así como el fomento de los valores sociales y educativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El año 2018 se convocaron las ayudas para la práctica deportiva en la infancia y juventud y dentro de esta convocatoria se presentaron peticiones por un valor mayor del previsto en el presupuesto correspondiente, mientras que las bases no preveían criterios de exclusión y tampoco de minoración. Además, las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto especificaban que no se podía aumentar el importe máximo establecido, y la base de ejecución 22.ª establecía que se podían dar ayudas directas cuando las ayudas individuales fueran inferiores en 600 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todos estos motivos se anuló la convocatoria de ayudas de 2018 y se concedió una ayuda directa a cada uno de los solicitantes que se especificaban en la propuesta, ayudas que permitieron que un total de 226 niños tuvieran acceso a la práctica deportiva durante la temporada 2017-2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por otro lado, una muestra más de la idoneidad de esta convocatoria es el gran interés mostrado por los clubes deportivos y las familias que piden información sobre la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todos estos motivos el Consejo Insular de Menorca tiene la intención de abrir nuevamente la convocatoria de ayudas a la práctica deportiva en la infancia y la juventud con el objetivo de ayudar las familias con dificultades económicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con la normativa básica aplicable al Consejo Insular de Menorca en materia de subvenciones y en el marco del que establecen las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto de esta administración;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atendida la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Ocupación, Proyección &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Económica&lt;/span&gt;, Juventud y Deportes;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar las bases que tienen que regir la concesión de las ayudas del Consejo Insular de Menorca para la práctica deportiva a la infancia y juventud ( 3-30 años) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar simultáneamente la convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas para la práctica deportiva a la infancia y juventud (3-30 años) correspondiendo a la temporada 2018/19, de acuerdo con las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Las ayudas concedidas se atenderán con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias y con los importes máximos que se indican más abajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se destinará la cantidad máxima de veinte mil euros (20.000 euros) con cargo a la partida 34100.4890088 y veinte mil euros (20.000 €) más con cargo a la partida 33450 4890000 del ejercicio presupuestario del año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Esta cantidad se desglosa en los apartados siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;-Línea 1&lt;/strong&gt;. Ayudas para niños y jóvenes de 3 a 16 años: veinte mil euros (20.000 €) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;-Línea 2&lt;/strong&gt;. Ayudas para jóvenes de 17 a 30 años: veinte mil euros (20.000 €)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) La ayuda máxima individual por solicitud para la presente convocatoria es la siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Línea 1: la cantidad máxima de la subvención se establece en 325 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Línea 2: la cantidad máxima de la subvención se establece en 325 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c) El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es de 60 días desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d) La Instrucción del procedimiento corresponde a Josep &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Juaneda Mercadal&lt;/span&gt;, técnico de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Comunicar esta resolución a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones previamente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;(BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE RIGEN LA CONCESIÓN DE AYUDAS DEL CONSEJO INSULAR DE MENORCA PARA LA PRÁCTICA DEPORTIVA A LA INFANCIA Y JUVENTUD ( DE 3 A 30 AÑOS)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La importancia del deporte se recoge en el conjunto de principios rectores de la política social y económica de la Constitución española, y en este sentido el artículo 43.3 establece que los poderes públicos tienen que fomentar la educación física y el deporte, y facilitar la adecuada utilización del ocio. Por su parte, la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, del deporte de las Islas Baleares, ya en su exposición de motivos, destaca que "El deporte, entendido como la expresión de la actividad física, reglada o no, es un bien para la sociedad y hay que tener cura, potenciarlo y posibilitar que toda la ciudadanía de las Islas &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;tenga&lt;/span&gt; opciones de practicarlo, de forma individual o formando parte de las diferentes y necesarias organizaciones deportivas que lo gestionan y que son igualmente valoradas y necesarias en la sociedad".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Así mismo, su artículo 3 dice que "La actividad física y el deporte son funciones sociales que contribuyen al desarrollo y a la formación integral de las personas y a la mejora de su calidad de vida"; y el artículo 11 establece que una de las competencias de los consejos insulares es “definir, planificar y ejecutar los programas dirigidos a una mayor práctica deportiva en los diferentes ámbitos y sectores sociales, y participar”. Por otro lado, el artículo 16 dispone que, en el ámbito de sus competencias, las administraciones deportivas tienen que impulsar los mecanismos más apropiados para promover la práctica de la actividad física y el deporte entre los sectores sociales más vulnerables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo esto, el Consejo Insular de Menorca, quiere fomentar la práctica deportiva con esta convocatoria de ayudas la finalidad de la cual es la concesión de becas para el fomento de la práctica deportiva de los niños y jóvenes con menos recursos económicos, a través de la subvención en un porcentaje de las cuotas de los clubes deportivos y otros centros deportivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La finalidad de estas ayudas es ayudar las familias de los niños y jóvenes con dificultades económicas con objeto de hacerlos posible el acceso a la práctica deportiva a través de los clubes deportivos u otros centros deportivos que&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; tengan &lt;/span&gt;como objetivo el fomento de la práctica deportiva, siempre dentro de un marco de formación integral, y el fomento de los valores sociales y educativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se destinan dos líneas de ayudas con partidas diferentes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Línea 1: para niños y jóvenes de 3 a 16 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Línea 2: para jóvenes de 17 a 30 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDA. FINANCIACIÓN E IMPORTE MÁXIMO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El importe máximo y las partidas a las cual se aplicarán las ayudas (línea 1 y línea 2) que se otorguen en el marco de estas bases son los que se establecen en la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se priorizarán las solicitudes en función de los criterios objetivos para la concesión de las ayudas establecidas en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA. ACTIVIDADES SUBVENCIONADAS: REQUISITOS Y CONDICIONES&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Pueden ser objeto de subvención los gastos de matrícula y cuotas de las actividades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- La práctica deportiva a través de un club deportivo durante la temporada correspondiente (septiembre-junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- La práctica deportiva a través de un centro deportivo durante la temporada correspondiente (septiembre-junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las actividades tienen que tener un carácter continuo, el periodo de las cuales se especifica en la convocatoria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Las actividades subvencionadas tienen que cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Actividades dirigidas a &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;niños y niñas d&lt;/span&gt;e entre 3-6 años, fuera del horario lectivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Tienen que tener un carácter psicomotriz y tener como principal objetivo la mejora de los diferentes aspectos perceptivos implicados en la ejecución motriz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las actividades subvencionadas para esta franja de edad son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• Psicomotricidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Multideporte o predeporte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Actividades dirigidas a muchachos y muchachas de entre 7-18 años: fuera del horario lectivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Tienen que tener carácter multideportivo y formativo del deporte escolar, como marca el Decreto 38/2015 del deporte escolar. Además, tienen que cumplir las condiciones que proporcionen una formación integral del muchacho/a y, al mismo tiempo, tienen que tener como objetivos principales: conseguir una base motriz y cognitiva sólidas que favorezcan la práctica posterior de cualquier deporte; adquirir una buena conciencia de si mismo explorando las propias posibilidades y limitaciones, así como el propio cuerpo, y fomentar la práctica deportiva basada en la adquisición de valores educativos y formativos y valores sociales y solidarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las actividades subvencionadas para esta franja de edad son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• Cualquiera de las modalidades deportivas realizadas en un club deportivo o centro deportivo, siempre que cumplan la normativa vigente en materia de deportes (Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, y Decreto Ley 38/2015 del deporte en edad escolar)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c) Actividades dirigidas a jóvenes de entre 16 y 30 años. En el caso de la práctica deportiva a través de un centro deportivo, tienen que estar dirigidas a jóvenes de entre 16 y 30 años y tienen que tener como principal objetivo la mejora de salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las actividades subvencionadas para esta franja de edad son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• Fitness&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• Actividades dirigidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• Actividades acuáticas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• Deportes a la natura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• Deportes individuales y colectivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• Actividades de danza y expresión corporal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• Otras que sean equiparables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Las actividades deportivas objeto de subvención se tienen que efectuar en Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Solo se subvencionará una actividad deportiva por niño o joven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Las actividades deportivas subvencionadas se tienen que llevar a cabo a instalaciones con las correspondientes autorizaciones de dichas actividades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTA. RÉGIMEN DE COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Las ayudas que se otorguen en conformidad con estas bases son compatibles con la concesión otras ayudas, sin perjuicio de la obligación de los beneficiarios de comunicarlo al Consejo Insular de la forma establecida en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El importe de las subvenciones o ayudas que se concedan no puede superar en ningún caso, de manera aislada o con concurrencia con otras ayudas, el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTA. REQUISITOS DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. pueden ser beneficiarios los/las niños y niñas y jóvenes que tengan entre 3 y 30 años (a la fecha de finalización de presentación de solicitudes) y que practiquen algún tipo de actividad física o deportiva, como establece la base tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Para poder otorgarse la subvención es condición imprescindible que la unidad familiar cumpla los requisitos que se detallan en estas bases y en la convocatoria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. En cualquier caso, no pueden ser beneficiarias las personas en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el arte. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Sólo pueden ser beneficiarias las personas que estén empadronadas en Menorca, siempre que el empadronamiento se haya producido antes de la publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTA. PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Las solicitudes se tienen que formalizar mediante el modelo normalizado que se adjunta como anexo 1 de estas bases, el cual se facilitará en la sede del Consejo Insular de Menorca en Maó y a las oficinas administrativas de Ciutadella y que también se puede descargar en la sede electrónica del CIME.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El periodo por presentación de solicitudes se especificará en la correspondiente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;A la solicitud, se tiene que adjuntar la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A) Documentación administrativa general&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Copia del DNI del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Acreditación de la representación si la solicitud se presenta en nombre de otro, y DNI del representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c) Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal de no estar sometido a ninguno de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el arte. 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOE n.º 276 de 18 de noviembre de 2003), y que no tiene obligaciones fiscales pendientes con el Consejo Insular de Menorca, el modelo de la cual se adjunta como anexo 2 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d) Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal relativa a las subvenciones o ayudas obtenidas o solicitadas otras instituciones públicas o privadas para realizar la misma actividad (esta declaración se puede realizar rellenando el apartado correspondiente del impreso de solicitud, anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e) Acreditación de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado intermediando los correspondientes certificados, que se podrá sustituir por una declaración responsable de acuerdo con el artículo 11 f segundo párrafo del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, para tratarse de subvenciones de cuantía inferior a 3.000 euros (esta declaración se puede realizar rellenando el apartado correspondiente del impreso de solicitud, anexo Y). También se podrá autorizar el Consejo Insular de Menorca porque compruebe directamente el cumplimiento de las mencionadas obligaciones (se puede realizar rellenando el apartado correspondiente del impreso de solicitud, anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;f) Documento de designación de cuenta bancaria según modelo facilitado por el Consejo Insular de Menorca, en el supuesto &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que n&lt;/span&gt;o se haya cedido el derecho de cobro de subvención al club o centro deportivo (esta cesión se puede realizar rellenando el apartado correspondiente del anexo III). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) Documentación específica requerida para la concesión de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;g) Certificado de convivencia, emitido por el ayuntamiento de Menorca correspondiente, en el cual figuren todas las personas que conviven en el domicilio familiar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;h) En el caso de que uno de los progenitores no conviva en el domicilio familiar, sentencia de divorcio, acuerdo de separación o, si no existen los mencionados documentos, una declaración jurada del solicitante en que se indique si se recibe algún tipo de pensión y por qué importe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;i) Certificado emitido por la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria relativo a la declaración del IRPF presentada en 2018, referida a los ingresos del año 2017 de todos los miembros computables de la unidad familiar mayores de 16 años a 31 de diciembre de 2017. En el supuesto de que alguno de estos miembros no haya hecho declaración del IRPF se tiene que presentar certificado de imputaciones del IRPF. Estos documentos se pueden solicitar a través de la página web de la &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;AEAT &lt;/span&gt;www.agenciatributaria.es o bien directamente al enlace https://www.agenciatributaria.gob.es/aeat.sede/tramitacion/g306.shtml).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;j) Resolución o certificado que acredite el reconocimiento de grado de discapacidad emitido por el órgano público competente (solo en el supuesto de que a la unidad familiar haya algún miembro con discapacidad), si es el caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;k) En el caso de familia monoparental, se tendrá que aportar copia del libro de familia y así mismo prestar declaración responsable de que se cumplen las condiciones previstas a la Ley 8/2018, de 31 de julio, de apoyo a las familias (anexo IV)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;l) Impreso de justificación de plaza del club o centro deportivo de la actividad deportiva objeto de subvención (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se exime de presentar la documentación a que hacen referencia las letras a, b, f y j en el supuesto de que ésta ya conste en los archivos del Consejo Insular y se declare que continúa vigente. En este caso se tiene que hacer constar expresamente en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. De acuerdo con el artículo 28.3 y 53 c de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, las personas interesadas no tienen la obligación de presentar documentos originales, salvo que, con carácter excepcional, la normativa reguladora aplicable exija lo contrario. En cualquier caso, las personas interesadas son responsables de la veracidad de los documentos que presenten (arte. 28.7 de la Ley 39/2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con el arte. 28.5 del&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; LPACAP,&lt;/span&gt; excepcionalmente, cuando la relevancia de un documento del expediente aportado por el interesado así lo exija, o existan dudas derivadas de la calidad de la copia, el CIME puede solicitar de manera motivada la compulsa/autenticación de las copias aportadas por la persona interesada, por lo cual puede requerir la exhibición del documento o de la información original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Por el hecho de presentarse a esta convocatoria la persona interesada presta al CIME los consentimientos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Para consultar y comprobar la veracidad de la documentación y de los datos presentados por el interesado, principalmente mediante las plataformas de intolerabilidad, las redes corporativas u otros sistemas electrónicos habilitados al efecto y a los cuales el CIME&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; tenga &lt;/span&gt;acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Para consultar la existencia y la veracidad de la documentación y de los datos, que eventualmente el interesado haya considerado oportuno no presentar, acogiéndose al derecho de no hacerlo, por el hecho que se hayan elaborado por las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los mencionados consentimientos sólo se considerarán otorgados cuando no conste en el expediente la oposición expresa a la mencionada consulta o cuando la ley especial que sea aplicable al caso, requiera el consentimiento expreso, en este último caso será obligatorio que la Administración lo requiera y que el interesado lo preste. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Las solicitudes y toda la documentación transcrita en los apartados A) y B) se tienen que presentar, dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria, por medios electrónicos o presencialmente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Por medios electrónicos, de acuerdo con aquello establecido en el arte. 14.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, al Registro Electrónico del Consejo Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) o a cualquier otro registro y lugar de los establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la mencionada Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Pesencialmente&lt;/span&gt;, de acuerdo con el que establece el arte. 14.1 de la Ley 39/2015, para preservar el derecho las personas físicas de comunicarse con la Administración pública también por medios no electrónicos, en el Registro Electrónico del Consejo Insular de Menorca o a cualquier otro Registro y lugar de los establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la mencionada Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. Si la solicitud o la documentación fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el Consejo Insular de Menorca requerirá la rectificación o el complemento necesarios. Si en el plazo de diez días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente del día que se reciba el requerimiento de enmienda de la solicitud, la persona interesada no hace la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la documentación requerida, se entenderá que ha desistido en su petición de conformidad con el artículo 68 del &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMA. CRITERIOS OBJETIVOS QUE SE TENDRÁN EN CUENTA PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Para&lt;/span&gt; la concesión de las ayudas se tendrá en cuenta la renta per cápita mediana de la unidad familiar de el/la solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Quedarán excluidos los solicitantes que formen parte de un núcleo familiar que &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;tenga &lt;/span&gt;unos ingresos que superen una renta per cápita mediana de 10.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Se consideran miembros computables de la unidad familiar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Padre, madre o tutor/a y cónyuge (o relación análoga) de los anteriores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Solicitante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Hermanos menores de 16 años a día 31 de diciembre de 2017&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Hermanos mayores de 16 años a día 31 de diciembre de 2017 y que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Convivir en el domicilio familiar (con excepción de los que residan fuera de la isla durante el curso escolar por estudios).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Tener unos ingresos económicos durante el año 2017 inferiores a 9.172,80 euros (salario mínimo interprofesional para el año 2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Ascendentes que convivan en el domicilio familiar y dependan económicamente otros miembros de la unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En caso de solicitantes con unidad familiar independiente, son miembros computables su cónyuge (o análoga relación) y los hijos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En caso de divorcio, separación legal o de hecho de los padres, no se considera miembro computable aquel que no conviva con el/la solicitante. En cambio, sí que es miembro computable el nuevo cónyuge o la persona unida por una relación análoga. Si el padre/madre que no convive con el/la solicitante pasara una pensión compensatoria o por manutención del hijo/a también se tiene que comunicar y se tendrá en cuenta a la hora de calcular la renta familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. En el supuesto de que el/la solicitante alegue su independencia económica, tiene que justificar que sus ingresos económicos durante el año 2017 no superaron el importe de 9.172,80 euros (salario mínimo interprofesional para el año 2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. La renta familiar a efectos de subvención se obtendrá por la agregación de las rentas del ejercicio 2017 de cada uno de los miembros computables del núcleo familiar antes mencionados que hayan obtenido ingresos de cualquier naturaleza calculados según se indica en los párrafos siguientes y en conformidad con la normativa que regula el impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4.1 Para determinar la renta de los miembros computables que hayan presentado declaración del impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas (se tiene que presentar un certificado emitido por la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria relativo a la declaración del IRPF presentada en 2018 referida a los ingresos del año 2017) se hará de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Primero. Se sumarán la base imponible general y la base imponible del ahorro (casillas 415 y 435)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Segundo. De este resultado, se restará la cuota resultante de la autoliquidación (casilla 557)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4.2 Para determinar la renta de los miembros computables que &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;obtengan &lt;/span&gt;ingresos propios y no hayan presentado declaración del impuesto sobre la renta de las personas físicas (se tiene que presentar un certificado de imputaciones del IRPF de 2017 emitido por la Agencia Tributaria):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Primero. Se sumarán las retribuciones, los rendimientos y las ganancias patrimoniales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Segundo. De este resultado, se restarán los gastos deducibles y los pagos por anticipado efectuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. La renta per cápita mediana de la unidad familiar se calculará dividiendo los ingresos anuales declarados de toda la unidad familiar entre el número total de miembros que forman esta unidad familiar, teniendo en cuenta que se suma un miembro más en los casos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Cuando un miembro de la unidad familiar &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;tenga&lt;/span&gt; una discapacidad, reconocida oficialmente por el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, con un mínimo del 33%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- En el caso de familia monoparental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Cuando el solicitante sea joven de entre 18 y 30 años sin tener ningún tipo de ingreso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVA. DETERMINACIÓN DEL IMPORTE DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se subvencionará un porcentaje de los gastos de la actividad (precio anual de la actividad deportiva) en función de la renta per cápita media.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El porcentaje se establecerá como un máximo del gasto subvencionable de acuerdo con la tabla siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Si la cantidad global de la convocatoria destinada a estas ayudas no es suficiente para satisfacer todas las peticiones, se establecerá el procedimiento siguiente para minorizar la aportación por cada ayuda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Se reducirá el porcentaje de cada ayuda aplicando un mismo porcentaje en cada uno de los tres tramos de renta per cápita mediana, para que la cantidad total concedida no exceda la cantidad económica establecida en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los gastos de la actividad que se tendrán en cuenta son el coste de la matrícula y/o las cuotas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Irá a cargo de la persona física solicitante la aportación del resto del coste, directamente o bien por cofinanciación de terceros (entes públicos o privados).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La cantidad máxima individual de la subvención, para cada línea, que se otorgará para cada solicitante será:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Línea 1 (niños y jóvenes de 3 a 16 años): la cantidad individual máxima de la subvención será de 325€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Línea 2 (jóvenes de 17 a 30 años): la cantidad individual máxima de la subvención será de 325€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA. PROCEDIMIENTO Y ÓRGANOS COMPETENTES PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Las ayudas se concederán, de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad, transparencia, igualdad, no discriminación y publicidad, por medio del procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El inicio del expediente se efectuará por medio de la aprobación de la convocatoria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El texto de la convocatoria y el resto de documentación que se requiera se tiene que comunicar en la Base de &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Datos Nacional de Subvencionas (de ahora en adelante BDNS) &lt;/span&gt;y se tiene que publicar el extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en cumplimiento del arte. 20.8 de la Ley general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. La instrucción corresponderá a técnico de deportes del Departamento de Ocupación, Proyección Económica, Juventud y Deportes, que tendrá que realizar de oficio todas las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, el conocimiento y la comprobación de los datos en virtud de las cuales se tiene que dictar resolución sobre la concesión de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Todas las solicitudes presentadas dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria se someterán al examen de la comisión evaluadora, si es obligatoria la constitución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Una vez examinadas las solicitudes por la comisión evaluadora correspondiente, y después de que esta haya emitido su informe, el consejero ejecutivo jefe del departamento elevará la correspondiente propuesta de resolución al órgano competente, que en este caso es el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, el cual dictará resolución sobre la concesión o denegación de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. Cuando la cuantía de la ayuda propuesta por la comisión evaluadora sea sustancialmente inferior al solicitado, se podrá instar el beneficiario a reformular su solicitud para ajustar los compromisos y las condiciones de la subvención otorgable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;7. La resolución del expediente de otorgamiento de las subvenciones tiene que ser exprés y motivada, y tiene que fijar, con carácter definitivo, la cuantía específica de cada una de las subvenciones concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8. Si la subvención implica un gasto plurianual, la resolución de concesión tiene que determinar el número de ejercicios a que se aplicará el gasto y la cantidad máxima qué se tiene que aplicar a cada ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;9. El plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución exprés de concesión de subvención será de seis meses contados desde el día que acabe el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, este plazo se podrá reducir si se establece expresamente en la convocatoria de las ayudas. El silencio administrativo tendrá carácter desestimatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;10. La resolución del expediente de concesión o denegación de las ayudas se remitirá a la &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;BDNS en cumplimiento del arte. 20.8 del LGS, y se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, publicación que servirá al mism&lt;/span&gt;o tiempo de notificación para los solicitantes. Así mismo, se publicará en la web del Consejo Insular de Menorca www.cime.es, donde figurarán los datos identificativos de los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La concesión de la ayuda se puede instrumentar mediante la formalización de un convenio de colaboración con la entidad beneficiaria donde se determinen los derechos y las obligaciones de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMA. COMISIÓN EVALUADORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. La comisión evaluadora es el órgano colegiado a quien corresponde examinar las solicitudes presentadas y emitir el informe que tiene que servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que tiene que formular el órgano instructor competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. La comisión evaluadora estará formada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Presidente/a: consejero/a del Departamento de Ocupación, Proyección Económica, Juventud y Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Secretario/aria: un auxiliar administrativo del departamento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Vocales (un número no inferior a tres):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• 2 técnicos de Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;• 1 técnico de Juventud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. La comisión evaluadora se tiene que constituir obligatoriamente cuando el importe global de los fondos públicos previstos en la convocatoria sea superior a 50.000 euros, o bien cuando el importe individual máximo de la subvención sea superior a 7.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Cuando no sea preceptiva su constitución, la existencia de la comisión evaluadora solo será necesaria si se prevé expresamente en la resolución de la convocatoria correspondiente, en la cual se tendrá que fijar en todo caso cuál es el órgano que tiene que examinar las solicitudes y tiene que emitir el informe que tiene que servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDÉCIMA. ABONO DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. La presentación de la solicitud puede llevar implícita la cesión del derecho de cobro de la subvención a favor del club o centro deportivo que imparta la actividad subvencionada, que se tiene que indicar en el anexo III. Cuando corresponda, el abono de las ayudas por parte del Consejo Insular se hará directamente al club o centro deportivo correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Las ayudas se abonarán, por norma general, contra la justificación previa de la realización de la totalidad de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No obstante, el pago de la ayuda se podrá hacer efectivo en pagos fraccionados en función de las justificaciones parciales que se presenten (como mínimo mensuales) relativas a la participación del beneficiario en la actividad subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Las subvenciones que se paguen a personas físicas restarán sujetos a retención de acuerdo con la normativa que regula el impuesto sobre la renta de personas físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUODÉCIMA. JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN Y CONTROL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Se tiene que justificar la realización de la actividad subvencionada y acreditar los gastos efectuados con cargo a la ayuda concedida antes del 30 de junio de la temporada correspondiente, salvo que haya causas excepcionales que lo impidan y que se tienen que alegar por escrito. A la vista del anterior el CIME podrá ampliar el plazo de justificación de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. La documentación acreditativa que se tiene que presentar es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Justificando de pago de la inscripción o matrícula y las cuotas correspondientes (transferencia&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; bancaria&lt;/span&gt; o recibo). En los casos de cesión de cobro a favor del club o centro deportivo, se aportará de oficio al expediente por el Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Justificando de asistencia que acredite haber asistido como mínimo al 80% de las sesiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Si la documentación presentada es incompleta o incorrecta, el servicio responsable pedirá al beneficiario que haga la rectificación oportuna en el plazo improrrogable de diez días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Si el gasto justificado excede del importe concedido, la posible desviación presupuestaria irá a cargo del beneficiario. Si, por el contrario, el gasto justificado es inferior al importe del presupuesto solicitado y subvencionado, se reducirá proporcionalmente la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. El Consejo Insular de Menorca podrá inspeccionar las actividades subvencionadas, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder, por normativa legal o reglamentaria, a otros organismos o instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECIMOTERCERA. OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS Y PERCEPTORES DE LA AYUDA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Son obligaciones de los beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Comunicar al CIME la aceptación de la subvención en los términos en que esta se conceda. En cualquier caso la subvención se entenderá aceptada tácitamente una vez transcurridos quince días hábiles a partir de que el beneficiario haya recibido la notificación de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Realizar la actividad objeto de subvención dentro de la temporada correspondiente (de septiembre a junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c) Llevar a cabo las actividades que fundamenten la concesión de las ayudas y justificar la realización en los plazos y en las condiciones establecidos en estas bases y en la resolución de concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;d) Acreditar, cuando el Consejo Insular se lo solicite, que se encuentran al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la seguridad social. La acreditación de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias no será necesaria en el supuesto de que se haya autorizado expresamente el Consejo Insular a consultar estos datos a través de la Agencia Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e) Proporcionar la información sobre la actividad subvencionada que le requiera el Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;f) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación que efectúen el Consejo Insular de Menorca y el resto de organismos competentes para la fiscalización de las cuentas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;g) Comunicar al Consejo Insular de Menorca la solicitud y la obtención de subvenciones y ayudas con la misma finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;h) Hacer constar de manera expresa el apoyo del Consejo Insular de Menorca en la realización de las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;i) Comunicar inmediatamente al Consejo Insular de Menorca cualquier eventualidad que altere o que dificulte gravemente el desarrollo del proyecto subvencionado, en particular si se pueden derivar retrasos en la ejecución o si pueden afectar el coste total, y solicitar la autorización previa y expresa del Consejo Insular para hacer cualquier modificación sustancial del proyecto objete de ayuda. Las solicitudes de modificación tienen que ser motivadas, se tienen que formular inmediatamente a la aparición de las circunstancias que la justifiquen y tienen que especificar las repercusiones presupuestarias que impliquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;j) Destinar el importe de la beca a la finalidad para la cual se ha concedido, entendiendo que esto se cumple cuando el deportista se ha matriculado y asiste a los entrenamientos o las sesiones. Por lo tanto, se considerará que no han destinado la beca a la finalidad para la cual se ha concedido, y tendrán que reintegrar el importe de la beca concedida que ya haya sido abonada, las personas que hayan incurrido en alguna o algunas de las situaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Haber anulado la matrícula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- No haber participar en los entrenamientos/sesiones y/o competiciones en un porcentaje igual o superior a un 20%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECIMOCUARTA. REVOCACIÓN Y REINTEGRO DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el caso de incumplimiento total o parcial de las obligaciones de los beneficiarios de estas ayudas se iniciará el correspondiente expediente de revocación y consiguiente reintegro, si corresponde. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cuanto a la revocación y el reintegro de las ayudas se aplicarán los artículos 24, 43 y 44 de&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l TRLS y el resto de normativa que sea aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Para los casos que prevé el arte. 44 del TRLS, en que no corresponda la revocación total de la ayuda concedida, se podrá aplicar un porcentaje de minoración en función del incumplimiento. Este porcentaje se tiene que fijar&lt;/span&gt; con el informe previo del instructor y la notificación al beneficiario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Si se hubieran hecho unos pagos anticipados, la persona beneficiaria tendrá que reintegrar las cantidades que hayan acontecido indebidas más el interés de demora, contador desde que el pago se hizo efectivo hasta la fecha de la resolución mediante la cual se acuerde el reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las cantidades que se tengan que reintegrar tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y los es de aplicación la vía de constreñimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La obligación de reintegro establecida en este artículo es independiente de las sanciones que en su caso sean exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECIMOQUINTA. INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables es el que establece el título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El órgano competente para imponer las sanciones que se deriven de infracciones del que establecen estas bases y de la normativa aplicable en materia de subvenciones es la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Menorca, de acuerdo con el que establece el arte. 9 de la Ley 8/2000, de 28 de octubre, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECIMOSEXTA. OTRAS DISPOSICIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos administrativos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los acuerdos del Consejo Ejecutivo por los cuales se aprueban las bases y las convocatorias y se conceden o deniegan las ayudas no agotan la vía administrativa y son susceptibles de recibir recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa general aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En todo el que no prevén expresamente estas bases rigen las disposiciones que son aplicables al Consejo Insular de Menorca en materia de subvenciones, especialmente las contenidas en las normas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Ley 38/2003. de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones- Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; (BOIB n&lt;/span&gt;.º 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra este acuerdo; que no agota la via administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes a partir del dÍa siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
