    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 14/2019, de fecha 9 de abril, el Alcalde aprobó la oferta de empleo público para 2019, de conformidad con el artículo 91.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, el artículo 70 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, mediante el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público y el artículo 47 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares y teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones impuestas por la Ley 6/2018, de 3 de julio, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La misma se publica de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 70.2 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, mediante el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Dentro de las limitaciones derivadas de la tasa de reposición de efectivos establecidas al apartado Uno.2 del artículo 19 de la Ley 6/2018, de 3 de julio, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para 2018 se incluyen en la presente oferta aquellas plazas la provisión de las cuales se consideran inaplazables o que afectan al funcionamiento de los servicios públicos esenciales y que no pueden cubrirse con los efectivos de personal existentes, así como aquellas plazas reservadas a funcionarización de personal laboral que desarrolla funciones o lugares clasificados como propios de personal funcionario, al amparo de la disposición transitoria segunda las Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, mediante el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público. Todo ello de conformidad con la siguiente cuantificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
