    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 14 de noviembre de 2018, el Tribunal Balear de l’Esport acuerda incoar el inicio del expediente sancionador (1/08-SANC) a la Federació de Bàsquet de les Illes Balears y al señor Jaime Estarellas Servera, presidente de la Federació en el momento de los hechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 14 de febrero de 2019, el instructor del expediente sancionador acuerda notificar el acuerdo de inicio del expediente sancionador a los miembros componentes de la Junta Directiva durante los años 2014 y 2015, en su condición de interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No ha sido posible realizar la notificación del acuerdo del Tribunal Balear de l’Esport de 14 de noviembre de 2018 a los miembros de la Junta Directiva de la Federació de Bàsquet en el momento de los hechos, anualidades 2014 i 2015, por ignorarse los domicilios de los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Según el artículo 44 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, cuando los interesados en un procedimiento sean desconocidos, se ignore el lugar de la notificación o bien, intentada ésta, no se hubiese podido practicar, la notificación se hará por medio de un anuncio publicado en el «Boletín Oficial del Estado».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por tanto, mediante este anuncio, y en aplicación del citado artículo, se notifica el acuerdo del Tribunal Balear de l’Esport de 14 de noviembre de 2018 a los miembros de la Junta Directiva de la Federació de Bàsquet en el momento de los hechos, anualidades 2014 i 2015, en su condición de interesados y que se relacionan con las correspondientes siglas a continuación, al no tener acceso a sus D.N.I:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Para conocer el contenido íntegro de este acto, las personas citadas pueden comparecer en las dependencias del Tribunal Balear de l’Esport, sita en la calle Uruaguay, s/n (Palma Arena), Palma, en horario de 9 a 14 horas, de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
