    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 47 del Reglamento de Organización Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales vigente, se publica el decreto sobre delegación de la Alcaldía, que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Decreto de la Alcaldía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nombramiento Alcalde Accidental&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dada mi ausencia del municipio durante el período comprendido entre los días comprendidos entre el 05 de marzo de 2019 al 07 de marzo de 2019 (ambos incluidos) por motivos personales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mediante el presente y conforme con lo que disponen los artículos 23.3 de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y 47.1 del ROF, vengo en emitir lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Delegar la totalidad de las funciones de la Alcaldía, a favor del Teniente de Alcalde Primero, señor Miquel Cabot Rodríguez, durante los días antes referidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Que se comunique este Decreto a la persona interesada y al BOIB a los efectos procedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Que prosiga el expediente los trámites reglamentarios para su conclusión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Marratxí.- Doy fe”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
