&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Iniciar y aprobar el expediente del campamento de verano en la Victoria 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;»Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar esta resolución en el BOIB incluyendo el anexo que determina los requisitos de la convocatoria del campamento de verano en la Victoria 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de recibir esta notificación. El recurso se puede interponer formalmente ante&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[ante|delante de]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; este consejero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ejecutivo/consejera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejera|consellera]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ejecutiva o ante la presidencia del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no se ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»No obstante lo anterior, se puede interponer, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Posteriormente, teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias existentes, el consejero&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[consejero|conseller]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; ejecutivo del Departamento de Desenvolupament Local, en fecha 3 de abril de 2019 dictó resolución de urgencia, por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; lo cual los plazos para realizar los diferentes trámites, menos el de presentación de solicitud de preinscripción y el de recurso de alzada, se han reducido a la mitad y la convocatoria ha quedado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;ANEXO CONVOCATORIA DE LOS CAMPAMENTOS DE VERANO EN LA VICTORIA 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Contenido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell de Mallorca a través de la Dirección Insular de Juventud organiza los campamentos de verano en la Victoria 2019, con la finalidad de promover actividades de ocio y de tiempo libre en Mallorca.&amp;nbsp; Con este procedimiento se pretende formular la convocatoria pública para que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[porque|para que]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la ciudadanía tenga acceso a esta actividad, por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ello procede fijar las condiciones para planificar, estructurar y participar en los campamentos de verano 2019. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Puede pasar de que, por causas internas de esta Administración, se pueda cancelar el desarrollo del campamento. En este caso, si todavía no se ha producido el trámite de inscripción, se notificará de manera conjunta a través de las webs oficiales del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si ya se ha producido la inscripción y la cancelación del campamento no es por causas de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, se devolverá el importe abonado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Descripción del lugar&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El campamento de &lt;strong&gt;la Victoria&lt;/strong&gt; está situado en la península de Alcudia, en un entorno de mar y montaña de destacable interés paisajístico; el campamento está a unos 200 metros del mar. La zona litoral deja paso a un pinar que presenta una zona de acebuche, con plantas propias de vegetación de montaña. Las instalaciones, muy completas, ocupan una superficie de 22.000 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. La zona de la Victoria, junto con el Cap&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cabeza|cabo|jefe]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del Pinar, está declarada área natural de especial interés (ANEI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dispone del equipamiento siguiente: comedor cubierto, tiendas de 5 plazas con plataforma de hormigón, duchas interiores y exteriores, servicios higiénicos, zona deportiva, mesas&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[mesas|tablas]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; exteriores para talleres y veladas, instalación eléctrica en todas las zonas, zona de sombras con porches y zona de bosque. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Estructura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Número de lotes / turnos de campamentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10 turnos&lt;/strong&gt; o lotes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Número de plazas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;60 plazas por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; cada uno de los turnos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de campamentos organizados, de las cuales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;55 plazas son regulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;5 plazas son bonificadas, destinadas para niños y jóvenes en situación de especial vulnerabilidad. Si estas plazas no se ocupan, pueden pasar a plazas regulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se entiende como plaza regular aquella en la cual la persona interesada participa por la vía ordinaria y que implica el pago total por día/participante del campamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se entiende como plaza bonificada aquella en la cual la persona interesada participa a través de una solicitud presentada por un servicio social de una administración pública, que, además, supone una bonificación del 50% del pago total por día/participante del campamento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De las 55 plazas regulares, como máximo 2 plazas se destinan a niños y/o a jóvenes con discapacidades. Si estas plazas no se ocupan, pueden pasar a ocuparse por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; otros participantes que hayan optado por la vía regular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cada turno/lote se añaden 4 plazas más, regulares (que no están bonificadas), destinadas a cubrirse por motivos extraordinarios.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se consideran motivos extraordinarios: hermanos, de edades incluidas en el mismo turno, que han quedado fuera de la convocatoria o situaciones de riesgo declaradas por las familias, demostradas documentalmente y valoradas por esta Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Personas destinatarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Niños y jóvenes nacidos entre el 2004 y el 2011&lt;/strong&gt;, ambos incluidos, empadronados en cualquier municipio de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Los niños y jóvenes con discapacidad igual o superior a 33% pueden participar en esta convocatoria ocupando reserva de plaza regular, con un máximo de 2 plazas por turno. Esta situación se tiene que acreditar con un informe del órgano competente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Los niños y jóvenes que están en situación de especial vulnerabilidad, cuando los propios Servicios Sociales de la Administración pública de Mallorca, con el visto bueno de la familia (si es posible), hacen reserva de plaza, tienen derecho a plazas bonificadas, con un máximo de 5 por turno, siempre que desde el servicio se presente un informe de Servicios Sociales o resolución administrativa acreditativa de la situación de especial vulnerabilidad o análogo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no se cubre el número de plazas previstas en el apartado a y b, se pueden admitir niños y jóvenes que se han presentado por vía ordinaria.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Duración y fechas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Duración de 7 días por campamento, &lt;strong&gt;desde el 23 de junio hasta el 21 de julio&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Precio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tarifa de 16 € por día para las &lt;strong&gt;personas usuarias regulares&lt;/strong&gt;, con un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;precio total de 112 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; por campamento y de 8 € por día para las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;personas usuarias bonificadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, con un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;precio total de 56 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; por campamento. El precio incluye tanto la estancia y las comidas, así como cualquier actividad que se desarrolle durante el campamento. No está incluido el traslado del domicilio de los participantes al lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de desarrollo del campamento y viceversa, que tienen que hacerse con sus propios medios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Trámites &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PRIMERO.&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;Solicitud de preinscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La solicitud de preinscripción se tiene que hacer mediante una de las opciones siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Vía ordinaria para aquellos participantes que optan en plazas regulares (Anexo I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Vía bonificada para aquellos participantes que optan en plazas de Servicios Sociales (Anexo II) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;vía ordinaria&lt;/strong&gt; da lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a participar en la convocatoria de campamentos mediante la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;solicitud presentada y firmada por el padre, madre o tutor/a legal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Asimismo, atendiendo al régimen de guarda y custodia que se puede aplicar, tiene que presentar la solicitud quien ostente la guarda y custodia en el periodo de tiempo que dure la actividad a la cual opta el menor, salvo sentencia o convenio contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La &lt;strong&gt;vía bonificada&lt;/strong&gt; da lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a participar en la convocatoria de campamentos mediante la solicitud presentada y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;firmada por el órgano competente de Servicios Sociales de la Administración pública con el consentimiento de la familia, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los participantes, a la hora de hacer la solicitud de preinscripción pueden optar a apuntarse &lt;u&gt;sólo a un turno&lt;/u&gt; de su franja de edad para una de las dos opciones (regular o bonificada). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si se presentan diferentes solicitudes de preinscripción de un mismo participante en la misma opción, se entiende como una única solicitud, y se cogen los datos de la primera preinscripción registrada al Registro oficial del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si se presentan solicitudes de preinscripción de un mismo participante por&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; las dos opciones, regular y bonificada, quedan anuladas las dos solicitudes y se puede subsanar por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; una de las dos opciones dentro del plazo de subsanación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si la preinscripción es incompleta o incorrecta, se puede subsanar dentro del plazo de subsanación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si pasado este plazo no se aporta la documentación apropiada o se modifica la solicitud, el participante queda excluido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;strong&gt;Plazo de preinscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El formulario de solicitud se puede descargar desde la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca, así como el resto de documentos del procedimiento que el Consell de Mallorca tiene que tramitar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de preinscripción es del 8 al 24 de abril o desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; durante 10 días hábiles. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El formulario se tiene que dirigir a la Dirección Insular de Juventud del Departamento de Desenvolupament Local (Llar de la Joventut, c/ del General Riera, 111) del Consell de Mallorca, se tiene que presentar en cualquier Registro General del Consell Insular de Mallorca (Centro Cultural la Misericordia, plaza del Hospital, 4; sede del Consell, Palau Reial, 1; Llar de la Joventut: c/ del General Riera, 111; Llar de la Infància: c/ del General Riera, 113) o de otras oficinas oficiales, según establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;TERCERO. &lt;strong&gt;Lista provisional&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pasado el plazo de preinscripción, se publicará el &lt;strong&gt;listado provisional&lt;/strong&gt; de los participantes admitidos y excluidos de cada turno en las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;webs oficiales del Consell de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta lo que establece la normativa sobre protección de datos, las publicaciones de todos los listados de la presente convocatoria se harán con la identificación del menor a través del DNI/NIE/pasaporte/CIF del participante o padre/madre/tutor-a legal, si el menor no tiene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;CUARTO. &lt;strong&gt;Plazo de subsanación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez publicado el listado provisional de participantes admitidos y excluidos, en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;cinco días&lt;/strong&gt;, se podrán hacer las subsanaciones que se consideren por parte de los interesados (Anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El documento de subsanación se tendrá que presentar ante cualquier registro del Consell de Mallorca o en otras oficinas oficiales, según establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las subsanaciones serán presentadas y firmadas por la misma persona/servicio que realizó la solicitud de preinscripción. De no ser así, se tendrá que aportar un documento acreditativo en representación de la persona/ servicio.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;QUINTO. &lt;strong&gt;Lista definitiva de admitidos de preinscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pasado el plazo de subsanación, se publicará el &lt;strong&gt;listado definitivo&lt;/strong&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;preinscritos admitidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de cada turno &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en las webs oficiales del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A &lt;strong&gt;cada participante admitido&lt;/strong&gt; se le &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;asignará un número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de acuerdo con el registro interno en la Dirección Insular de Juventud que corresponderá al de referencia para el sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SEXTO- &lt;strong&gt;Sorteo de adjudicación de plazas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicado el listado definitivo de los preinscritos se realizará un sorteo, que será público y tendrá lugar en el salón de actos del edificio del Llar de la Joventut, c/ General Riera, 111.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El día y la hora del sorteo se publicará con los listados definitivos de preinscritos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procedimiento consistirá en extraer un número aleatorio de entre todos los números asignados a los participantes, diferente para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; cada turno según el número de participantes, que establecerá el orden de adjudicación (a partir del número extraído siguiendo los números consecutivos hasta completar todas las plazas disponibles). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El resultado del sorteo (el número extraído para cada turno) se publicará al día siguiente en las webs oficiales del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SÉPTIMO. &lt;strong&gt;Lista provisional de adjudicación de plazas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez hecho el sorteo, se elaborará el listado provisional de adjudicación de plazas de cada turno y se publicará en las webs oficiales del Consell de Mallorca de la realización del sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los participantes que no hayan sido seleccionados, pasarán a una lista de espera para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; cada turno y podrán optar en una plaza que no haya sido ocupada o quede desierta por diferentes motivos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ningún caso, los participantes que han obtenido una plaza podrán solicitar un cambio de turno o solicitar una permuta.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;OCTAVO. &lt;strong&gt;Plazo de presentación de inscripciones y alegaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicada la lista de los participantes con plaza, desde el día siguiente de la publicación éstos dispondrán de &lt;strong&gt;cinco días&lt;/strong&gt; para presentar el formulario de inscripción a los campamentos (Anexo IV) que se podrá &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;descargar desde la Sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, la documentación anexa, así como para hacer el pago del precio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La documentación adjunta que se tiene que aportar con el formulario de inscripción es la siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Original o copia compulsada de informe médico, educativo o social, sólo en el caso que el niño o joven presente una discapacidad igual o superior a 33%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informe médico, si procede&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La falta de documentos, el error o falsedad &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en la presentación de éstos puede &lt;strong&gt;dar lugar&lt;/strong&gt; a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la expulsión del listado de participantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y puede ser penalizado a no poder participar en la siguiente convocatoria de campamentos que convoque la Dirección Insular de Juventud del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si dentro de plazo no se presenta toda la documentación o no se realiza el pago del campamento el participante quedará excluido, sin que tenga derecho a la devolución de la posible cuantía entregada o plazo de subsanación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentación de inscripciones se tendrá que dirigir a la Dirección Insular de Juventud del Departamento de Desenvolupament Local (Llar de la Juventud, c/ del General Riera, 111) del Consell de Mallorca, presentándolo a cualquier Registro General del Consell Insular de Mallorca (Centro Cultural la Misericordia, plaza del Hospital, 4; sede del Consell, Palau Reial, 1; Llar de la Joventut: c/&amp;nbsp; General Riera, 111; y Llar de la Infància: c/ General Riera, 113) o de otras oficinas oficiales, según establece el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durante el plazo de inscripción se podrán presentar alegaciones ante esta Administración (anexo VI) para su valoración.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;NOVENO. &lt;strong&gt;Lista de espera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los &lt;strong&gt;participantes que no hayan obtenido plaza&lt;/strong&gt;, quedarán en una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lista de espera del turno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; solicitado siguiendo el orden establecido al sorteo que servirá para cubrir las plazas que queden vacantes por cualquier motivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En caso de que un turno quede incompleto y no se hayan cubierto todas las plazas, ni por sorteo ni por lista de espera, se cubrirán con participantes de la lista de espera del turno siguiente, siempre que sea de la misma franja de edad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ambos casos, el participante que haya obtenido plaza será &lt;strong&gt;avisado telefónicamente&lt;/strong&gt; a los números de teléfono que ha hecho constar en su formulario de preinscripción. De no responder, éste perderá el derecho a reserva de plaza y se avisará a la persona siguiente que está en lista de espera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si el interesado acepta la plaza, éste dispondrá de &lt;strong&gt;48 horas&lt;/strong&gt; para entregar toda la documentación requerida. Si dentro de este plazo no se presenta toda la documentación o no se realiza el pago del campamento el participante quedará excluido, sin que tenga derecho a la devolución de la posible cuantía entregada o plazo de subsanación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Puede pasar de que, por falta de tiempo, se tenga que presentar toda la documentación en menos 48 horas. En este caso, los participantes serán avisados en el momento que se les comunique la reserva de plaza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DÉCIMO. &lt;strong&gt;Posibles renuncias y devolución de la cuantía entregada&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuando&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Cuando|Cuándo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; por causas no imputables al participante y no sea debido a causas de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, la actividad de ocio no se desarrolle se procederá a la devolución del importe abonado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el supuesto de que sea el interesado quien solicite la devolución por no desear la actividad, siempre que lo comunique fehacientemente, el menos con una semana de antelación del inicio de la actividad, se procederá al retorno del precio. Si la causa es &lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; una cuestión médica debidamente justificada se podrá solicitar la devolución en cualquier momento antes del inicio de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ONCÈ. &lt;strong&gt;Ley de protección de datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales, se garantizará el tratamiento de datos basado en el consentimiento del afectado de toda la documentación aportada por los interesados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cuanto al tratamiento de los datos de los menores de edad, fundamentado en el consentimiento, tendrá que constar el consentimiento del titular de la patria potestad o tutela. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aunque en todo momento el responsable de estos datos es el Consell de Mallorca, durante el tiempo que dure la actividad estos datos estarán en poder de la empresa que la desarrolle, la cual, como encargada de los datos, sólo podrá hacer uso de las mismas para&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; esta actividad concreta, devolviéndolos al Consell de Mallorca una vez finalizado el campamento, con el fin de destruirlos cuando acabe la finalidad por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la cual fueron solicitados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;AVISO IMPORTANTE: ÚNICAMENTE SE ENTIENDE COMO PREINSCRIPCIÓN EL FORMULARIO REGISTRADO ANTE CUALQUIER REGISTRO OFICIAL, CUMPLIMENTAR LOS DATOS VÍA INTERNET NO IMPLICA LA REALIZACIÓN DEL TRÁMITE, EL CUAL TAN SOLO SE CONSIDERARÁ VÁLIDO SI SE REGISTRA DE MANERA OFICIAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
