    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación &lt;/span&gt;establece en el artículo 3.9 que, para garantizar el derecho a la educación de los que no puedan asistir de manera regular a los centros docentes, debe desarrollarse una oferta adecuada de educación a distancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La misma Ley establece, en el artículo 69.3, que, igualmente, corresponde a las administraciones educativas organizar la oferta pública de educación a distancia con la finalidad de dar una respuesta adecuada a la formación permanente de las personas adultas y que esta oferta debe incluir el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Decreto 24/2015, de 7 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica &lt;/span&gt;de las consejerías &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, según la redacción del Decreto 18/2017, establece que las competencias de la educación a distancia no universitaria deben ejercerse por medio de la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros y las competencias sobre la &lt;/span&gt;gestión del personal docente, por medio de la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dirección General de Personal Docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante el Decreto 10/2018, de 13 de abril, se creó el Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes &lt;/span&gt;Balears (IEDIB) y la&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Orden &lt;/span&gt;del consejero de&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Educación y Universidad de 20 de abril regula la puesta en funcionamiento de este centro a partir del curso 2018-2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vistas la creación y la puesta en funcionamiento &lt;/span&gt;del IEDIB, que&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; pretende unificar y ampliar la oferta de enseñanzas a distancia, y mientras no se apruebe la normativa correspondiente, es necesario dictar una &lt;/span&gt;resolución por la que se&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; establezcan la organización, el funcionamiento y la evaluación de este centro, así como otros aspectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, y en virtud de lo que se establece en el artículo 36.2 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Illes Balears y en la disposición final primera del Decreto 35/2015, de 15 de mayo, por el que se establece el currículum del bachillerato en las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aprobar las instrucciones que regulan la organización, el funcionamiento y la evaluación, así como otros aspectos, del Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes Balears (IEDIB), que se establecen en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprobar las normas de convivencia y las normas para la realización de las pruebas presenciales del IEDIB, que figuran en los anexos 2 y 3 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Establecer que esta Resolución será de aplicación a partir del curso 2019-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estas instrucciones tienen por objeto regular la organización, el funcionamiento y la evaluación, así como otros aspectos, del Instituto de Enseñanzas a Distancia de las Illes Balears (IEDIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el IEDIB es de aplicación toda la normativa vigente para los institutos de educación secundaria y las escuelas oficiales de idiomas (EOI), teniendo en cuenta las especificaciones que figuran en estas instrucciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I. Estructura organizativa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Órganos de gobierno y coordinación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los órganos de gobierno y de coordinación del IEDIB deben regirse de forma general por el Decreto 120/2002, de 27 de septiembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento orgánico de los institutos de educación secundaria. En este sentido, el IEDIB dispone de los órganos de gobierno siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Unipersonales: un director, un jefe de estudios, un jefe de estudios adjunto de formación profesional (FP) y un secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Colegiados: el Consejo Escolar y el Claustro de Profesores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Integran el Consejo Escolar del IEDIB el director del centro, que lo preside, el jefe de estudios del centro, dos profesores escogidos por el Claustro de Profesores, dos representantes de la dirección general competente en educación a distancia, un representante de la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Formación del Profesorado, un representante de la Dirección General de Personal Docente y un representante del personal no docente. También forma parte el secretario del IEDIB, con voz pero sin voto, que actúa de secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Claustro de Profesores del IEDIB está integrado por los profesores especialistas descritos en el apartado 7.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los órganos de coordinación del IEDIB son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Comisión de Coordinación Pedagógica (CCP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los ámbitos didácticos están integrados por profesores de varias especialidades del mismo ámbito. Los ámbitos y las especialidades correspondientes son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ámbito lingüístico (especialidades de lengua catalana y literatura, lengua castellana y literatura, latín, griego, inglés, francés y alemán).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ámbito social (geografía e historia, filosofía, economía y religión católica).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ámbito científico (matemáticas, física y química, biología y geología, informática, tecnología y educación física).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ámbito artístico (dibujo y música).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ámbito lingüístico EOI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La CCP está integrada por el director, el jefe de estudios, el jefe de estudios adjunto de FP, los jefes de los ámbitos didácticos y de familia profesional y los diferentes coordinadores del centro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El coordinador del aula virtual es el encargado de proponer el modelo de aula virtual y de asesorar a los diferentes ámbitos para conseguir que las aulas virtuales sigan el modelo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Centros colaboradores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los centros colaboradores son los institutos de educación secundaria y los centros integrados de formación profesional que colaboran con el IEDIB en las tareas que se les encomiendan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros y la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Formación del Profesorado determinarán, para cada curso y tipo de estudio, los centros colaboradores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las tareas de los centros colaboradores son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Facilitar las tareas asignadas a los profesores colaboradores que se describen en el apartado 7.2 y velar para que se cumplan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asesorar, si procede, a los alumnos del IEDIB a la hora de formalizar la matrícula en el Espai IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ceder las instalaciones para la organización de actividades presenciales, como pruebas de evaluación, presentaciones de estudios, acogida de los alumnos asignados, actividades de información dirigidas a estos alumnos o prácticas presenciales de los módulos correspondientes de FP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Otras tareas que les pueda atribuir la Consejería de Educación y Universidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Horario general del centro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Preferentemente, el horario del IEDIB será en turno de tarde. El equipo directivo, con las aportaciones del Claustro y el Consejo Escolar, debe elaborar y aprobar el horario general del centro, que, una vez decidido, se introducirá en el GestIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. El Espai IEDIB&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los alumnos tienen acceso a un entorno virtual a través del cual se puede acceder a todos los sitios, los recursos y la información necesarios para su formación. Este entorno es el Espai IEDIB y es el único medio a través del cual se establece la comunicación cotidiana entre todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La presencia de los alumnos sólo es necesaria en las pruebas de final de cuatrimestre y en las recuperaciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En los estudios de formación profesional, algunos módulos incluyen también prácticas presenciales en los centros colaboradores, a las que se tiene que asistir obligatoriamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A principios de curso, el IEDIB y los centros colaboradores deben realizar actividades, tanto colectivas como individuales, si es necesario, para facilitar el conocimiento del entorno y de las herramientas que permiten comunicarse con todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa, acceder a las aulas, ver los materiales, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los alumnos se comprometen a conectarse habitualmente al entorno, ya que es la única vía de comunicación con la comunidad educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. Comunidad educativa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A. Profesores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;7.1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El profesor especialista es el responsable de la materia que tiene asignada, la imparte y coordina la tarea de los otros profesores que la imparten. Esta coordinación incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Coordinar la relación con el IEDIB de los alumnos asignados al centro colaborador y orientarlos en las tareas administrativas, de acceso y uso del Espai IEDIB y de orientación académica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Informar a los alumnos de las aulas asignadas a las diferentes pruebas presenciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Realizar las tareas de vigilancia y distribución de los exámenes recibidos del IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Enviar al IEDIB los exámenes de los alumnos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.3. El profesor consultor tiene las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Impartir la materia de acuerdo con las indicaciones del profesor especialista respecto a la docencia y a la aplicación de los criterios de evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Favorecer el aprendizaje de los alumnos a partir de la transmisión de contenidos por medio de los materiales didácticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además, debe tener una especial consideración a la hora de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Motivarlos para mantener y reforzar su constancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Resolver dudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Evaluar la consecución de los objetivos y el desarrollo de las competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Proponer medidas de mejora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Toda la actividad docente tiene lugar de forma virtual. La atención presencial o telefónica se debe evitar y sólo se recurrirá a ella en casos excepcionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Selección y designación de los profesores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;8.1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los profesores especialistas deben seleccionarse por medio del procedimiento de comisión de servicios. Estos profesores deben realizar una formación específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.2. La designación de los profesores colaboradores va ligada a los centros colaboradores. Estos profesores deben realizar una formación específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.3. La designación de los profesores consultores se tiene que llevar a cabo de acuerdo con las necesidades de la cuota del centro. Estos profesores deben realizar una formación específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Horario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El horario de los profesores es el mismo que el de los profesores de secundaria, que se determina en las Instrucciones sobre el horario general de los centros, de los alumnos y de los profesores de los centros de educación infantil, primaria y secundaria de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A la hora de asignar las diferentes materias a los profesores especialistas, cada ámbito tiene que intentar llegar a un consenso. En caso de que eso no sea posible, se aplicará lo que decida el director.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. Alumnos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.&amp;nbsp; Información y orientación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el Espai IEDIB se encuentra la información relacionada con la oferta de estudios, los requisitos para acceder a los estudios, la organización de cada uno de los estudios, el funcionamiento específico de cada plan de estudios, una selección de las preguntas más frecuentes y un buzón de correo electrónico para aclarar las dudas que puedan surgir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;También se informa del horario de atención al público de la secretaría, de los precios públicos, de los plazos y de las instrucciones para formalizar la matrícula y de los posibles reconocimientos de estudios previos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La orientación de los alumnos matriculados en el IEDIB se lleva a cabo por medio de los profesores colaboradores y de la información disponible en el Espai IEDIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El horario para la atención presencial en los centros colaboradores se puede consultar en el Espai IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Admisión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centro admite a los alumnos de acuerdo con la oferta de plazas vacantes y de acuerdo con las disposiciones que dicte la Consejería de Educación y Universidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para que un alumno pueda ser admitido al centro deben cumplir las condiciones mínimas de edad y académicas exigidas por el ordenamiento jurídico vigente respecto del nivel educativo ¾curso, ciclo o etapa¾ del que se quiera matricular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Concretamente, se pueden inscribir en el IEDIB:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp; Las personas mayores de 18 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp; Los alumnos matriculados al bachillerato ordinario que tengan que cursar algunas materias a distancia, con un máximo de 3 materias, siempre que no las puedan cursar en su centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp; Previa autorización de la Comisión de Admisión del IEDIB, las personas que tengan entre 16 y 18 años y que acrediten encontrarse en alguna de las circunstancias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tener alguna discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Formar parte de colectivos especiales, como deportistas o músicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tener un contrato laboral que les impida la asistencia a clase en régimen ordinario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Otras circunstancias de carácter extraordinario (sufrir una enfermedad de larga duración, tener dificultades para acceder a la oferta presencial de FP o de EOI por falta de transporte público o de oferta en el lugar de residencia, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Los alumnos menores de 16 años sólo se pueden inscribir en el IEDIB de forma extraordinaria, previa autorización de la Dirección General de Planificación, Ordenación y Centros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aunque no se exige ninguna acreditación al respecto, para poder cursar estudios a distancia en el IEDIB también se debe tener acceso a un ordenador con conexión a Internet y unos mínimos conocimientos informáticos que permitan utilizar un procesador de textos, navegar por Internet, enviar y recibir mensajes de correo electrónico y utilizar el entorno virtual del IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para la renovación de la matrícula en los periodos posteriores al alta, es necesario que el alumno haya mostrado la voluntad de continuar con los estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centro se reserva el derecho a denegar la renovación de la matrícula a los alumnos que, durante el curso académico, no superen al menos un módulo o una materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Comisión de Admisión &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Comisión de Admisión del IEDIB está formada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El jefe de Departamento de Planificación y Centros, o la persona que delegue, que la preside y que resuelve los posibles empates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Matriculación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La matrícula de los alumnos debe realizarse telemáticamente en el Espai IEDIB. Los alumnos que tengan dificultades o dudas a la hora de formalizarla pueden solicitar ayuda en la sede del IEDIB o en los centros colaboradores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los alumnos que cursen el bachillerato ordinario también deben formalizar la matrícula telemáticamente por medio del Espai IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cada persona se puede matricular de las materias o los módulos que considere adecuados a sus posibilidades de dedicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En los estudios de formación profesional debe respetarse el número máximo de horas establecido en las instrucciones de FP a distancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El itinerario formativo recomendado marca el orden en el que se tienen que ir cursando las diferentes materias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La orientación de los alumnos en los procesos de matrícula se realiza mediante los tutoriales de matrícula y, desde los centros colaboradores, mediante las direcciones de correo de atención individualizada o presencialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Periodo de matriculación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El periodo ordinario de matriculación se realizará entre los meses de junio y octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En casos excepcionales y debidamente documentados, la Comisión de Admisión puede permitir la matriculación en un periodo extraordinario. Este periodo extraordinario no puede ir más allá de la primera semana lectiva del mes de enero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Convalidaciones y exenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Durante los periodos de matriculación se puede presentar una solicitud de convalidación o exención. La normativa prevé varios tipos de convalidaciones y exenciones. Las convalidaciones o las exenciones obtenidas por la aplicación de esta normativa se trasladan al expediente del alumno con la expresión «convalidado» o «exento» y no se tendrá en cuenta a efectos de determinar la calificación final de los estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las materias cursadas y superadas anteriormente que sean equivalentes a las actuales se consignan con la expresión «QA» (calificada anteriormente) y con la nota obtenida en el momento en el que se superaron.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Derechos y deberes de los alumnos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además de los derechos y los deberes establecidos en el Decreto 121/2010, de 10 de diciembre, por el que se establecen los derechos y los deberes de los alumnos y las normas de convivencia en los centros docentes no universitarios sostenidos con fondos públicos de las Illes Balears, los alumnos tienen los deberes siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Consultar la información publicada en el Espai IEDIB para estar enterados de todo lo que afecta a sus estudios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Respetar los derechos del resto de miembros de la comunidad escolar y las normas de convivencia establecidas en el anexo 2 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Realizar las tareas escolares que les han encargado los profesores y esforzarse en su trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Sugerencias y reclamaciones &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el Espai IEDIB los alumnos tendrán a su disposición direcciones de correo para hacer sugerencias o reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Con respecto a las reclamaciones en relación con las calificaciones, estas deberán presentarse de la misma forma establecida para los alumnos ordinarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las materias de los estudios de bachillerato i de EOI tienen una duración anual, pero se organizan de forma cuatrimestral. El primer cuatrimestre (Q1) empieza el mes de octubre y se acaba el mes de enero. El segundo cuatrimestre (Q2) empieza el mes de febrero y se acaba el mes de mayo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las actividades de recuperación y las pruebas presenciales de la convocatoria extraordinaria se llevan a cabo durante el mes de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los alumnos matriculados en el bachillerato presencial deben recibir trimestralmente información de la evaluación de cada materia, coincidiendo con las evaluaciones de los centros ordinarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19.&amp;nbsp; Atención a los alumnos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de ausencias previstas del profesor de más de 48 horas, este avisará a los alumnos desde el &lt;span style="display:none"&gt;tablón&lt;/span&gt; o foro de noticias para que los alumnos publiquen sus dudas en relación con la materia en el foro. En caso de ausencias no previstas, este aviso lo hará el IEDIB, que también se ocupará de organizar la atención de los foros de las aulas que queden desatendidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En caso de que durante la ausencia deba llevarse a cabo alguna tarea inaplazable, como la elaboración o la corrección de actividades, el jefe del ámbito tiene que hacer una propuesta de distribución del trabajo y la tiene que enviar a la dirección del IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La entrega de las actividades debe programarse, preferentemente, de forma que los alumnos puedan aprovechar las fiestas y los fines de semana para poder hacer las tareas encomendadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20. Utilización de software libre&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El IEDIB, en coherencia con su objetivo de extender las posibilidades educativas a todas las personas, considera que es necesario fomentar y desarrollar el software libre y de formatos abiertos dentro de la comunidad educativa, ya que potencia el trabajo en colaboración y las posibilidades de elección de los profesores y los alumnos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La utilización de software libre y de formatos abiertos aporta a la institución independencia e interoperabilidad para el funcionamiento de sus sistemas de información, así como independencia tecnológica respecto de terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Debe garantizarse la utilización de formatos estándar y abiertos de documentos para asegurar el libre acceso de la comunidad educativa a la información necesaria para hacer las actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En este sentido, deben utilizarse formados abiertos tanto para los documentos que se intercambien los profesores como para los documentos que estén a disposición de los alumnos. Asimismo, se recomienda a los alumnos que utilicen formados abiertos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Estru&lt;/strong&gt;ctura de las materias y evaluación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;21.&amp;nbsp; Aulas virtuales estándar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las aulas virtuales se ajustarán a los modelos establecidos por el equipo directivo del IEDIB para cada uno de los estudios, que están disponibles para todos los profesores en la plataforma Moodle del IEDIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estos modelos deben tener, para cada uno de los estudios, la misma estructura, la organización temporal y de los recursos, actividades en línea, , indicaciones para la utilización del calificador y otros elementos y herramientas con la configuración correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;22.&amp;nbsp; La evaluación continua&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los profesores de cada materia tienen que poner a disposición de los alumnos el plan de trabajo o guía del alumno, a través del que se planifica el estudio de los contenidos y la realización de actividades para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. De esta manera, los alumnos pueden organizar su proceso de aprendizaje y planificar el tiempo de estudio personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El seguimiento de la evaluación continua supone presentar los ejercicios de evaluación continua en los plazos establecidos. Los profesores debe utilizar el calificador de Moodle para evaluar los ejercicios y las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;23.&amp;nbsp; La evaluación final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El IEDIB enviará los exámenes presenciales a los diferentes centros colaboradores de forma conjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las pruebas presenciales se llevarán a cabo de acuerdo con lo establecido en el anexo 3 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;23.1&amp;nbsp; La calificación de todas las materias del bachillerato i de los estudios de EOI se compone de dos partes diferenciadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La valoración de las tareas establecidas en el aula virtual, con un porcentaje que puede variar entre el 25&amp;nbsp;% y el 35&amp;nbsp;% de la nota final.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una prueba presencial, con el porcentaje complementario del anterior. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para poder presentarse a las pruebas presenciales de una materia es obligatorio haber realizado todas las tareas establecidas en el aula virtual de esta materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;23.2&amp;nbsp; La calificación de los módulos de FP se determinará de acuerdo con lo que se establezca en la resolución correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Normas de uso del Espai IEDIB&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El acceso al Espai IEDIB y la utilización de sus servicios están supeditados a la aceptación de las normas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp; Uso correcto del nombre y de la contraseña&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para acceder al Espai IEDIB todos los miembros de la red disponen de un nombre de usuario personal y de una contraseña inicial, que están obligados a cambiar la primera vez que acceden al Espacio y cada vez que lo consideren oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El acceso al Espai IEDIB incluye el uso de los contenidos y servicios de todo tipo que se ponen a disposición de los miembros según el perfil concreto que cada uno tenga asignado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El acceso al Espai IEDIB es personal, individual e intransferible. El usuario se compromete a mantener en secreto su identificación (contraseña) y es responsable de cualquier actividad o mal uso que un tercero lleve a cabo mediante esta identificación, ya sea con su consentimiento o por negligencia. El usuario se compromete a notificar al IEDIB, tan pronto como sea posible, el acceso no autorizado de terceros al Espai IEDIB. Igualmente, el usuario se compromete a no acceder, ni intentar acceder, a cuentas de correo ajenas ni a los espacios en los que no tenga acceso según su perfil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Buen uso del Espai IEDIB y respeto mutuo entre usuarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El usuario se compromete a utilizar los contenidos y los servicios del Espai IEDIB de una manera correcta, de acuerdo con lo que especifique la legislación vigente y evitando cualquier actuación ilícita o lesiva de derechos o intereses de terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todo usuario del Espai IEDIB se compromete a comunicarse con los otros usuarios con una actitud y un lenguaje respetuosos, tanto en espacios públicos como privados, y a no transmitir o difundir opiniones o contenidos ilegales, difamatorios, ofensivos o que atenten contra los valores y la dignidad de las personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todo usuario del Espai IEDIB se compromete a mantener la confidencialidad de las comunicaciones privadas que reciba y a no poner a disposición de terceros, con la finalidad que sea, datos obtenidos mediante listas de distribución o por medio de los espacios públicos del Espai IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Veracidad de los datos personales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El usuario se hace responsable de la veracidad y la actualización de la información y de los datos de carácter personal que pone en conocimiento del IEDIB y de los que se incorporan al Espai IEDIB y se compromete a no falsear su identidad haciéndose pasar por otra persona o produciendo engaño sobre su relación con otra persona o entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con el espíritu de la comunidad del Espai IEDIB, es recomendable que los usuarios incluyan una fotografía suya y el currículum personal en el espacio destinado a esta finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Uso correcto de los servicios y los recursos tecnológicos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado el carácter del IEDIB, los servicios que se prestan se tienen que utilizar únicamente para finalidades personales, no comerciales. El usuario se compromete a no utilizar el buzón de correo ni los espacios públicos del Espai IEDIB para finalidades comerciales o publicitarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Igualmente, el usuario se compromete a no perjudicar, directamente o indirectamente, ni a poner en peligro el buen funcionamiento del Espai IEDIB y los sistemas informáticos y los recursos tecnológicos compartidos que lo configuran y a no interferir en la utilización correcta que hacen los otros usuarios de estos sistemas y recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Protección de datos de carácter personal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El IEDIB garantiza la confidencialidad de los datos personales suministrados por los usuarios del Espai IEDIB y la adopción de medidas de seguridad en sus instalaciones, equipos, sistemas informáticos y ficheros, en cumplimiento de la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cumplimiento de esta normativa, todas las personas que forman parte del IEDIB y que tienen acceso a datos de carácter personal o intervienen en cualquier fase del tratamiento de este tipo de datos están obligadas a cumplir la normativa de protección de datos. Esta obligación subsiste incluso después de que haya finalizado la relación con el IEDIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado el uso que se hace de las tecnologías de la información como medio de comunicación de datos, todo el personal del IEDIB está obligado a garantizar el derecho a la intimidad y a la privacidad de los datos a los que tiene acceso, en soporte informático o de cualquier otro tipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Responsabilidad por contenidos, declaraciones y conductas de los usuarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El IEDIB no asume ninguna responsabilidad en relación con las conductas individuales de los usuarios del Espai IEDIB, tanto en los espacios públicos como en los privados, ni tampoco por los contenidos y las declaraciones del fórum de discusión que se pone a disposición de los usuarios de acuerdo con su perfil. No obstante, IEDIB velará por el cumplimiento de las normas de uso del Espai IEDIB y tomará las medidas necesarias para asegurar que se cumplan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El acceso al Espai IEDIB y el uso de sus servicios comportan necesariamente la aceptación plena y sin reservas de todas las disposiciones incluidas en sus normas de uso. En caso de que se incumplan estas normas de uso, el IEDIB podrá denegar, retirar, suspender o bloquear el acceso al Espai IEDIB y a los servicios que se prestan en él.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Medidas correctoras y sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las conductas contrarias a las normas de convivencia del centro pueden ser objeto de medidas correctoras y sanciones, de acuerdo con lo que establece el Decreto 121/2010, de 10 de diciembre, por el que se establecen los derechos y los deberes de los alumnos y las normas de convivencia en los centros docentes no universitarios sostenidos con fondos públicos de las Illes Balears. Las conductas gravemente perjudiciales para la convivencia en el centro pueden suponer la inhabilitación provisional o definitiva para cursar estudios en el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normas para la realización de las pruebas presenciales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Necesidades específicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Deben tomarse las medidas oportunas para atender a los alumnos con necesidades específicas para la realización de las pruebas, siempre que se avise el centro en el plazo previsto y las necesidades se acrediten documentalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Normas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los alumnos deben identificarse con el DNI o con cualquier otro documento oficial vigente en el que figure una fotografía suya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los alumnos deben dejar todas las pertenencias (mochilas, teléfonos móviles apagados, aparatos electrónicos apagados, abrigos, etc.) donde indique el profesor colaborador. Sólo pueden tener encima de la mesa una botella de agua, un bolígrafo negro o azul, un lápiz, una goma y corrector líquido o cinta correctora. De forma adicional, el examinando también puede llevar y utilizar el material permitido explícitamente en cada prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las respuestas del examen deben escribir con bolígrafo azul o negro. No se corregirá ninguna respuesta escrita con lápiz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No se dejará salir ningún alumno del aula hasta que no hayan pasado 30 minutos desde el inicio de cada prueba, con el fin de garantizar el secreto de las preguntas. Una vez pasados los 30 minutos, los alumnos podrán entregar el examen al personal colaborador y salir del aula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No se permitirá acceder al aula una vez transcurridos 15 minutos desde el inicio del examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cualquier retraso en el inicio de la prueba que sea consecuencia de la falta de previsión de un alumno es responsabilidad suya y, por lo tanto, no se le ampliará el tiempo para hacer la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los alumnos sólo pueden utilizar las hojas que les proporcionen para hacer las pruebas y en ningún caso pueden incorporar hojas propias. En todo caso, solicitará al profesor colaborador que le dé hojas de borrador. Todas estas hojas se tienen que entregar al final de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No se puede comer ni fumar dentro del aula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El profesor colaborador puede pedir a un alumno que abandone el aula si detecta que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Incumple las instrucciones detalladas en este documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Habla con otro estudiante durante la realización de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Utiliza herramientas o materiales no autorizados por el profesor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Copia o lleva material para copiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
