    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en la sesión extraordinaria y urgente del día 27 de marzo de 2019, ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;"3.- PRP2019/215 PROPUESTA DE APROBACIÓN DEL TECHO DE VEHÍCULOS Y PERÍODO DE APLICACIÓN DE LA LIMITACIÓN DE ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓN Y EL ESTACIONAMIENTO EN LAS VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LA ISLA DE FORMENTERA PARA EL AÑO 2019&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sometido a votación de los 15 miembros presentes (de los 17 que forman el Pleno de la Corporación), con la siguiente composición y votación: el voto a favor de los 9 representantes del grupo político Gent x Formentera, que forman el equipo de Gobierno y de los 2 representantes del grupo político Socialistes de Formentera, lo que supone más de la mayoría absoluta, y con la abstención de los 2 representantes presentes del grupo político PP Formentera y la abstención de los 2 representantes del grupo político Compromís amb Formentera, adopta, sobre la base de la propuesta transcrita, el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acuerdo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Único.- &lt;/strong&gt;APROBAR EL TECHO DE VEHÍCULOS Y PERÍODO DE APLICACIÓN DE LA LIMITACIÓN DE ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓN Y EL ESTACIONAMIENTO EN LAS VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LA ISLA DE FORMENTERA PARA EL AÑO 2019, que figura anexado.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en cumplimiento de su Acuerdo de fecha 20 de diciembre de 2017 y al amparo del artículo 47.2 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, instó al Gobierno de las Illes Balears a tramitar una ley para poder implantar limitaciones de acceso a la isla, así como establecer un techo en el número de vehículos que circulan durante el período veraniego, todo lo anterior con un claro propósito, corregir la problemática derivada de la congestión del territorio insular en los períodos del año de más afluencia de personas y vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En este sentido, el Parlamento de las Illes Balears, aprobó el pasado 29 de enero la Ley 7/2019, de 8 de febrero, para la sostenibilidad medioambiental y económica de la isla de Formentera (publicada en el BOIB núm. 21, de 16 de febrero de 2019), en adelante LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Tal y como se dispone la exposición de motivos de dicha LSMEIF, "Las cifras de afluencia turística, y especialmente las de entrada y circulación de vehículos en la isla, son sin duda alarmantes porque evidencian la existencia de un riesgo elevado para el equilibrio medioambiental. No se puede dejar de valorar el hecho de que se trata de un territorio insular muy reducido en el que coexisten múltiples elementos, áreas y espacios naturales que ya disfrutan de varios niveles de protección ecológica, paisajística o urbanística, como las áreas integradas en la red ecológica europea de la Red Natura 2000 (ZEC, LIC y ZEPA), así como las declaradas área natural de especial interés (ANEI) por el Parlamento balear, todas inevitablemente afectadas por la saturación turística, dada la proximidad a los centros de población y a la red viaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las características biogeográficas especiales de Formentera ponen de manifiesto, en efecto, la fragilidad de la isla. Sus valores naturales, paisajísticos y patrimoniales se ven amenazados por la sobre carga de afluencia turística que sufre durante la temporada alta".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Con la aprobación de la LSMEIF, que faculta a la Corporación insular para la determinación del conjunto de las disposiciones necesarias para conseguir los objetivos perseguidos, con el establecimiento de un marco conforme a los principios de necesidad, eficacia, proporcionalidad y no discriminación, por el Consell Insular de Formentera se convocaron dos sesiones, de fecha 6 y 13 de marzo de 2019, para que el Consell d’Entitats pudiera validar, si fuera procedente, la propuesta para el período de aplicación y el techo a aplicar en las limitaciones en cuanto a la afluencia, la circulación y el estacionamiento para el año 2019 de los diferentes tipos de vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Habiéndose dado cumplimiento al preceptivo trámite de audiencia al Consell d’Entitats, por providencia del Conseller de Infraestructuras y Movilidad de fecha 22 de marzo de 2019 se ordenó iniciar los trámites para la aprobación de la propuesta para el año 2019 que incluyera las limitaciones en cuanto a la afluencia, la circulación y el estacionamiento y el techo de vehículos, medidas que de conformidad con el artículo 2 pueden consistir en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Limitar la afluencia de vehículos a motor en la isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Limitar la circulación en vías públicas para determinados tipos de vehículos de motor de acuerdo con criterios medioambientales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Establecer el número máximo de vehículos de alquiler en circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Potenciar el uso del transporte público y de la movilidad sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Fijar el número óptimo de títulos habilitantes para el servicio de taxi y vehículos de alquiler con conductor, siguiendo la proporción establecida legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Favorecer el uso progresivo de vehículos eléctricos y no contaminantes tanto en el sector público como en el privado, así como garantizar la implantación progresiva de puntos de recarga eléctrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Financiar proyectos encaminados a conseguir más sostenibilidad medioambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Para garantizar los principios de necesidad, proporcionalidad y no discriminación en la adopción de medidas se han tenido en cuenta los informes siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Informe de fecha 5 de marzo de 2019, de la empresa IDOM. Este informe, basado en los flujos y densidades según trabajos de campo concluye que "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Con los datos de que actualmente se dispone hay que prever, en relación con las próximas temporadas de vacaciones, un elevado riesgo de saturación demográfica y de congestión de vías y espacios públicos que, sin duda, puede ir en aumento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Estas circunstancias ya están teniendo efectos negativos en el medio ambiente, en la salud y en la calidad de vida de la población isleña, así como en la imagen de la isla como destino turístico de primer orden.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por este motivo se propone, para los meses de julio y agosto del año 2019, que el número de vehículos en circulación en la isla de Formentera no aumente respecto al año anterior. De esta manera se cumple con lo establecido en la Ley 7/2019, de 8 de febrero, para la sostenibilidad medioambiental y económica de la isla de Formentera, donde se establece que las medidas de sostenibilidad deben de estar sujetas a los principios de necesidad, eficacia, proporcionalidad y no discriminación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- De eso resultarían las siguientes cuotas:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vehículos de alquiler:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Turismos: 2.700 veh.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Motos: 7.000 veh.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quads, caravanas y autocaravanas: 0 veh.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Vehículos de visitantes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Turismos: 2.280 veh.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Motos: 230 veh.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quads, caravanas y autocaravanas: 0 veh.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Vehículos de visitantes residentes en Eivissa:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Turismos: 220 veh.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Motos: 20 veh.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quads, caravanas y autocaravanas: 0 veh.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Resto de categorías de vehículos: exentas de limitación, excepto los propietarios de una segunda residencia que quedan limitados a un vehículo por propietario.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las cuotas de turismos y motos establecidas para el año 2019, primer año que se regula la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos en Formentera, son el número máximo estimado de vehículos de alquiler comercializados el año 2018, en cada categoría.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La cuota 0 para quads establece por los daños que estos tipos de vehículos ocasionan en la red viaria de Formentera, especialmente en los caminos de tierra y siendo las vías de estas características las mayoritarias en la isla.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La cuota 0 para caravanas y autocaravanas se establece al estar el camping prohibido en Formentera y no disponer la isla de espacios habilitados para esta actividad.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quedan exceptuados los vehículos sostenibles (eléctricos, cero emisiones y híbridos) para darles preferencia respecto a los vehículos térmicos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quedan exceptuados los vehículos de servicios de interés público para garantizar que estos servicios puedan desarrollar su actividad sin inconvenientes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quedan exceptuados los vehículos históricos asociados a clubes de vehículos clásicos ya que la utilización de estos vehículos es esporádica, al tener un uso recreativo y no de transporte habitual.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para garantizar la movilidad de los visitantes que no puedan disponer de un vehículo, el Consell Insular debería mejorar para este año 2019 el servicio de transporte público respecto al año anterior, reforzando frecuencias y mejorando horarios. &lt;/em&gt;"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Informe de fecha 25 de marzo de 2019, elaborado por el Técnico de Movilidad, que concluye que "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De las conclusiones del informe de la empresa IDOM de fecha 5 de marzo de 2019 se extrae que la cuota de vehículos y el período de aplicación que se pretenden fijar dan cumplimiento a lo establecido en la Ley de sostenibilidad, y por lo tanto se informa favorablemente la propuesta del techo de vehículos y periodo de limitación de la entrada, circulación y el estacionamiento en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera para el año 2019&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; ".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Parte resolutiva&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Prohibir desde el día 1 de julio al 31 de agosto de 2019, la afluencia, la circulación y el estacionamiento en vía pública en la isla de Formentera de cualquier vehículo que no disponga de la correspondiente autorización, a excepción de los vehículos recogidos en el artículo 3.2 de la LSMEIF y a las excepciones recogidas en el presente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Fijar en doce mil cuatrocientos cincuenta (12.450) el techo de vehículos de motor que pueden acceder a la isla, circular y estacionar en vía pública en la isla de Formentera en los períodos de limitación establecidos en el punto anterior y no excepcionados por la LSMEIF ni en el presente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Fijar las siguientes cuotas para cada categoría de vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Vehículos destinados a la actividad de alquiler sin conductor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para turismos: 2.700.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para motos (incluye motocicletas y ciclomotores): 7.000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para quads: 0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para caravanas y autocaravanas: 0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Vehículos destinados al uso particular:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para turismos: 2.280.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para motos (incluye motocicletas y ciclomotores): 230.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para quads: 0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para caravanas y autocaravanas: 0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Con las excepciones siguientes en cuanto a limitación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos históricos asociados a clubes de vehículos clásicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Una vez las cuotas estén agotadas, vehículos cuyos titulares dispongan de una reserva, de alojamiento en la isla y/o barco con destino a Formentera, previa a la aprobación y publicación en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) del acuerdo presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Vehículos destinados al uso particular para personas residentes en la isla de Eivissa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para turismos: 220.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para motos (incluye motocicletas y ciclomotores): 20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para quads: 0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cuota para caravanas y autocaravanas: 0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Vehículos destinados a la actividad de alquiler sin conductor: por orden de alta al DRIAT en relación con la actividad de alquiler de vehículos sin conductor en la isla de Formentera y hasta agotar la cuota.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Vehículos destinados al uso particular: por orden de petición hasta agotar la cuota.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Vehículos destinados al uso particular para personas residentes en la isla de Eivissa: por orden de petición hasta agotar la cuota.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Aprobar dos tipos de acreditaciones, de temporada y puntual, según el procedimiento de tramitación para la obtención de la autorización que figura en los anexos I y II. En el momento de adquirir la autorización, el peticionario deberá hacer efectiva la tasa correspondiente según la Ordenanza Fiscal vigente en cada momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditación de temporada&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. La acreditación de temporada autoriza a un vehículo a motor a acceder, circular y estacionar en la vía pública en la isla de Formentera a lo largo de todo el período de regulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La acreditación puntual autoriza a un vehículo de motor a acceder, circular y estacionar en la vía pública en la isla de Formentera para un número de días concreto durante el período de regulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Los canales de tramitación para la obtención de las acreditaciones de temporada son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano (OAC) del Consell Insular de Formentera, ya sea presencialmente, ya sea telemáticamente a través del portal web www.ovac.conselldeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Este acuerdo pone fin a la vía administrativa y se podrá interponer potestativamente recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el Pleno, todo ello de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, a contar a partir del día siguiente a la publicación en el BOIB o bien, interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears con sede en Palma (Mallorca), en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente a la publicación presente en el BOIB, todo ello en relación con los artículos 10.1. letra m), 25, 46.1 y 46.4 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
