es ![CDATA[Bases de los premios Sant Jordi de Lteratura y de Puntos de Libro 2019]] es 2019-03-30 2019-03-28 CAIB 2019-03-30 550 2817 11860 text/html CAIB 11869 CAIB ![CDATA[<p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, a continuación se hacen públicas las bases reguladoras de los Premios Sant Jordi de Literatura y de Puntos de Libro 2019, aprobados por resolución del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Educación, Patrimonio, Cultura y Juventud del Consell Insular de Eivissa, de fecha 28 de marzo de 2019.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El Consell Insular de Eivissa (CIE) a través de su Departamento de Educación, Patrimonio, Cultura y Juventud, en virtud del que establece el artículo 70.18 de la LO 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares y desde que fue transferida por la Ley 6/1994, de 13 de diciembre, tiene como competencia el fomento de la creación literaria y de la creatividad artística, mediante la convocatoria y la concesión de premios, y es voluntad de esta corporación seguir fomentando las dos acciones y, a tal efecto, convocar la edición de 2019 de los Premios Sant Jordi de Literatura y de Puntos de Libro para alumnos de secundaria y de bachillerato que este año ya alcanza la 27a edición en relación a las categorías literarias y a la 4a en relación al diseño de puntos de libro.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">En este sentido, el Departamento de Educación, Patrimonio, Cultura y Juventud, visto el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 285/2015, de 6 de julio, de estructura de gobierno del Consell Insular de Eivissa y creación de departamentos (BOIB núm. 103, de 10-7-2015, y modificaciones posteriores), convoca los Premios Sant Jordi, de Literatura y de Puntos de Libro 2019, los cuales están previstos en el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Eivissa para los años 2018 y 2019, aprobado por acuerdo del Consell Executiu de fecha 16 de marzo de 2018 (publicado en el BOIB núm. 37, de 24 de marzo de 2018, modificado por resolución del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Economía y Hacienda de data 24 de mayo de 2018, publicada en el BOIB núm. 70, de 7 de junio de 2018).</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Primera. Objeto</span></span></strong></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Es el objeto de los premios Sant Jordi 2019 fomentar la creación literaria y artística entre los estudiantes de secundaria y bachillerato en el ámbito de la isla de Eivissa y, a la vez, conmemorar la fiesta de Sant Jordi.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Con esta finalidad, se convocan para el año 2019 dos modalidades de Premis Sant Jordi:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">- Modalidad A: Concurs Literari Sant Jordi para alumnos de secundaria y bachillerato de Eivissa con la finalidad de fomentar la creación literaria entre el alumnado ibicenco.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">- Modalidad B: Concurs Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre, con la intención de fomentar la creación artística. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Segunda. Participantes</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Podrán acceder a la convocatoria:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>a). En la modalidad A, Concurs Literari Sant Jordi</strong>, cualquier alumno/a que curse estudios de ESO y bachillerato en cualquier centro de la isla de Eivissa. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>b). En la modalidad B, Concurs de Punts de Llibre</strong>, solo el alumnado de 4º de ESO que curse estudios en cualquier centro de la isla de Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Tercera. Créditos presupuestarios</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El importe total de estos premios es de 2.880 euros provenientes de la aplicación presupuestaria 3340.48100 del presupuesto del ejercicio 2019, desglosados de la siguiente manera:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Modalidad A: Concurs Literari Sant Jordi</strong> para alumnos de secundaria y bachillerato de Eivissa con la finalidad de fomentar la creación literaria entre el alumnado ibicenco:<strong> 2.160 </strong>euros.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Modalidad B: Concurs Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre</strong>, con la intención de fomentar la creación artística: <strong>720 euros. </strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Cuarta.</strong> <strong>Obligaciones de las personas participantes</strong></span></span></span></p> <ol> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El hecho de participar en este certamen supone por parte de los y de las concursantes la aceptación de estas bases, de manera que quedarán excluidos los y las participantes que no cumplan los requisitos que se establecen.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Así mismo, la participación comporta la aceptación de las decisiones del jurado.</span></span></span></p> </li> </ol> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Quinta. Modalidad B: Concurso Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Hay una categoría única, dirigida solo a alumnos de 4º de ESO y con un total de seis premios, uno por cada uno de los seis puntos seleccionados por el jurado, dotado cada uno con 120 euros.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Sexta. Forma de presentación por el alumnado participante de los trabajos</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>6.1. Modalidad A: Concurso Literari Sant Jordi </strong>para alumnos de secundaria y bachillerato de Eivissa </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.1.1. </em>Requisitos formales generales:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">a). Las obras deberán estar escritas en catalán.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">b). No se pueden presentar manuscritas, sino impresas en letra de formato 12.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">c). Los originales deberán de presentarse solo con un título.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">d). El alumnado participante se responsabiliza totalmente de que no existen derechos de terceros sobre los trabajos literarios presentados (haberlos copiado) y se hacen responsables de cualquier reclamación que pudiera surgir por derechos.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">e). No se admitirán los poemas ni las narraciones que vayan firmados por el autor/a.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6. 1. 2.</em> Requisitos específicos de cada modalidad:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Premi Ramon Muntaner de Narrativa</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Las obras habrán de tener una extensión máxima de 5 hojas DIN A-4.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Podrán ser narraciones breves, diarios, memorias, relatos de viajes, cartas, etc., y deberán de llevar título.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Solo se admitirá la presentación de una obra por concursante.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Premi Marià Villangómez de Poesia</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Los poemas, encabezados por el título, deberán de ir escritos por una sola cara.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Su extensión no puede sobrepasar los cien versos.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Cada concursante solo podrá presentar un poema.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Se admite la diversidad en cuestión de forma (rima, verso libre, caligrama) y temática.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>6.2. Modalidad B: Concurs Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Formato del punto de libro y otros requisitos</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.2.1.</em><strong> </strong>Para ser admitidas al concurso las obras solo podrán hacerse sobre la plantilla que se presenta como <strong>anexo 3</strong> de estas bases, donde se ha de dibujar en el anverso y el reverso del mencionado punto, no se ha de retallar.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.2.2</em>. Cada alumno/a participante solo podrá presentar una obra. La temática de los puntos y la técnica que se utilicen son libres.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.2.3</em>. Los puntos de libro deberán de ser necesariamente originales, inéditos y no pueden haber sido premiados en ningún otro certamen.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.2.4.</em><strong> </strong>Los y las alumnos/as participantes en el concurso se responsabilizan totalmente que no existen derechos de terceros sobre los dibujos reproducidos (haberlos copiado) en los puntos de libro presentados a concurso, y se hacen responsables de cualquier reclamación que pudiera surgir por derechos de imagen o cualquier otro derecho alegado por terceros.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Séptima. Lugar y forma de presentación por el centro</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Cada centro de enseñanza secundaria y bachillerato que quiera participar deberá de presentar los trabajos (no hay establecido límite en el número de trabajos a presentar) de su alumnado de la siguiente manera en el Registro General de Entrada del Consell Insular de Eivissa o en las otras formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El centro participante deberá cumplimentar un <strong>documento de solicitud</strong> de participación en el concurso de los Premios Sant Jordi correspondiente al año 2019 que está incorporado en estas bases como <strong>anexo 1</strong>. Todos los trabajos deberán de ir acompañados obligatoriamente del<strong> </strong><strong>permiso</strong> de actividad, <strong>a</strong><strong>nexo 2</strong>.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Juntamente con esta instancia se presentaran copias de los DNI <span style="color:#000000">o NIE</span><span style="color:#bf0041"><strong> </strong></span>de cada alumno/a participante, los trabajos del concurso literario originales y los diseños de los puntos de libro utilizando la plantilla establecida, <strong>anexo 3.</strong> </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Como la base cuarta indica, así mismo el alumno/a mayor de edad o si no lo es, el padre, madre o tutor/a legal deberán rellenar y entregar al centro el <strong>anexo 4 </strong>(declaración responsable)</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Los anexos para participar en el concurso estarán a disposición del Departamento de Educación, Patrimonio, Cultura y Juventud o podrán descargarlos de la página web </span><span style="color:null">www.conselldeivissa.es.</span><span style="color:#000000"> </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><strong>Octava. Plazo para la presentación de los trabajos</strong></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Las secretarias de los centros de enseñanza tienen <span style="color:#000000"><strong>siete días hábiles</strong></span> desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del <strong>extracto de la convocatoria </strong>de este Premio en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> (BOIB) como <strong>fecha límite</strong> para presentar los trabajos de acuerdo con la base 7a.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Novena. Publicidad de la convocatoria </strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Una vez aprobadas las bases, <span style="color:#000000">se publicarán en el </span><em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>. Posteriormente se remitirá la convocatoria y el extracto de la convocatoria a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones que dará traslado al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> del<span style="color:#000000"> extracto para su publicación</span>, tal y como establece la normativa vigente de subvenciones. La eficacia de la convocatoria queda supeditada a la publicación del extracto en el BOIB. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Décima. Con fundamento en el acta de los jurados y en la propuesta del órgano instructor, los premios se concederán mediante resolución del conseller ejecutivo del Departamento de Educación, Patrimonio, Cultura y Juventud, todo de conformidad con el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 285/2015, de estructura de gobierno del Consell Insular de Eivissa y creación de departamentos, de fecha 6 de julio de 2015 (BOIB núm. 100, de 7 de julio de 2015, y modificaciones posteriores)<span style="color:#000000">.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Estas concesiones se comunicarán a los centros, se publicarán en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> y en la página web del Consell <span style="color:#0000ff"><span style="color:#000000">www.conselldeivissa.es</span></span>. Posteriormente, se comunicarán a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><strong>Decimotercera.
