&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1.- Aprobar las bases que se transcriben a continuación y aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas económicas para estancias en centros terapéuticos o residenciales ubicados fuera de Menorca y para desplazamientos y alojamientos derivados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"BASES QUE REGULAN LA CONCESIÓN DE AYUDAS DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE ES MIGJORN GRAN PARA ESTANCIAS EN CENTROS TERAPÉUTICOS O RESIDENCIALES UBICADOS FUERA DE MENORCA Y PARA DESPLAZAMIENTOS Y ALOJAMIENTOS DERIVADOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.1 El objeto de estas bases es establecer y regular las ayudas económicas del Ayuntamiento de Es Migjorn Gran destinados a subvencionar estancias terapéuticas o residenciales en centros ubicados fuera de la isla de Menorca y a subvencionar desplazamientos y alojamientos de las personas usuarias de estos centros o de sus familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las estancias terapéuticas o residenciales están dirigidas a la atención de personas con discapacidad psíquica, física o psiquiátrica.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1.2 Estas ayudas persiguen los siguientes fines:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Posibilitar la atención social o sociosanitaria a personas respecto de las cuales los servicios sociales o sanitarios públicos han valorado que necesitan una estancia en un centro residencial o terapéutico para el que no hay recursos disponibles en los sistemas públicos de protección social en Menorca .&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) Facilitar los desplazamientos y alojamientos de las personas usuarias de estos centros y de sus familias, que generan un gasto extraordinario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.3 La ayuda se concibe con una herramienta más para conseguir los objetivos definidos por los servicios sociales hacia la persona o familia destinataria, y no como un fin en sí mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La solicitud debe formar parte, por tanto, de un plan de intervención mediante el que la ayuda pueda evitar un retroceso en los objetivos alcanzados o un pérdida de la calidad de vida de los miembros del núcleo familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.4 Las solicitudes respecto a las estancias efectuadas durante el año 2019 se pueden presentar a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y hasta el 30 de diciembre de 2019 .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.5 Se procurará siempre que sea posible, que el solicitante, sus familiares y otras administraciones cofinancien parte del objeto o del servicio al que va destinado la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. TIPOLOGÍA DE AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estas ayudas abarcan la siguiente clasificación según las necesidades que se tengan que atender:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2.1 Ayudas para estancias en centros residenciales o terapéuticos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Centros terapéuticos o residenciales de atención a personas con discapacidad derivada de enfermedad mental. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Centros terapéuticos o residenciales de atención a personas con discapacidad intelectual. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Centros terapéuticos o residenciales de atención a personas con trastornos de conducta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2.2 Ayudas para transporte y desplazamientos y alojamientos derivado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Desplazamientos para la persona beneficiaria de la estancia en el centro terapéutico o residencial &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Desplazamiento y alojamiento para acompañantes, en aquellos casos en que sea necesario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Desplazamientos y alojamiento para visitas de familias, en caso de que sea recomendable para la adecuada evolución de la persona o para que participe en sesiones terapéuticas familiares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. REQUISITOS DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Para poder optar a estas ayudas deben cumplirse los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Estar empadronado/a en el municipio de Es Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Estar dentro de los sectores de población objeto de la convocatoria, es decir, personas con discapacidad psíquica, física o psiquiátrica.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Justificar, mediante informes profesionales, la necesidad de recurso residencial o terapéutico y la imposibilidad o no adecuación de acceder a un recurso adecuado a la red pública de servicios sociales o de salud de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. FINANCIACIÓN E IMPORTE MÁXIMO POR TRANSPORTE Y ALOJAMIENTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.1 La financiación de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;gastos para estancias en centros&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;se hará según la capacidad económica de los beneficiarios, teniendo en cuenta las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Si la unidad familiar está formada por un solo miembro, los ingresos mensuales no pueden superar el 150% del IPREM.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Para el año 2018, esta cantidad queda fijada en 939,95 euros mensuales.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Para unidades familiares con más miembros se incrementará en un 30% para el segundo miembro, en un 20% por el tercer y el 10% a partir del cuarto miembro, todos ellos sobre el baremo del importe máximo de ingresos según recoge la siguiente tabla:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Para calcular los ingresos económicos de la unidad de convivencia se hará la media de los ingresos obtenidos en los últimos seis meses anteriores a la fecha de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En caso de que se valore necesario y por motivo de la estacionalidad se podrán tener en cuenta los ingresos de los últimos doce meses.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Excepcionalmente, si no se cumple alguno de los requisitos, se puede conceder una ayuda si desde la unidad de trabajo social se considera justificada la situación de necesidad.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;También debe estar debidamente justificada con los informes técnicos o médicos que correspondan en cada caso.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Se financiará como máximo el 35% del coste total de los gastos para estancias en centros.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.2 La financiación de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;gastos de alojamiento, transporte y desplazamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;de las personas usuarias y familiares, tutores o similares será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Las personas que pueden tener derecho a los gastos de transporte y desplazamiento y alojamiento son los familiares hasta el segundo grado de consanguinidad y afinidad.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Excepcionalmente, también tienen derecho otros familiares cuando un informe social justifique la necesidad de la visita de esta persona.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Serán subvencionados los gastos realizados entre el 1 de enero y el 30 de diciembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las ayudas tanto de estancias en centros, como de transporte, desplazamiento y de alojamiento son importes máximos.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El pago de las ayudas se efectuará en función del gasto justificado para cada concepto.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. RÉGIMEN DE COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las subvenciones que se otorguen de conformidad con estas bases son compatibles con la concesión de otras ayudas, sin perjuicio de la obligación de las personas beneficiarias de comunicarlo al Ayuntamiento de Es Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones que se concedan no puede superar en ningún caso, de manera aislada o con la concurrencia con otras ayudas, el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En cualquier caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas para la misma finalidad, cuando el conjunto de ayudas recibidas supere el coste total de la actividad, podrá dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. SOLICITUDES Y DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las solicitudes se dirigirán al órgano administrativo municipal competente en materia de servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Los expedientes deben incluir la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Copia del DNI del beneficiario y/o de su representado.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Certificado de empadronamiento.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Justificación de los ingresos o las rentas de la unidad familiar del peticionario o, en su caso, copia de su declaración de la renta.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;d) Copia del libro de familia de la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;e) Informe social y propuesta de financiación emitida por la Unidad de Trabajo Social de Es Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;f) Los informes sociales, psicológicos y médicos que correspondan y justifiquen las circunstancias que motivan la petición de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;g) Copia del certificado oficial de grado de discapacidad o resolución del reconocimiento del grado de dependencia, en su caso, expedida por la Administración autonómica competente.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;h) Hoja de datos bancarios.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;i) Declaración responsable de no estar sometido a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario recogidas en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, publicada en el BOE núm.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;276 de 18 de noviembre de 2003.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;j) Cualquier otra documentación que ayude a valorar la situación de la persona o unidad familiar que solicita la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. INICIO DEL EXPEDIENTE Y EXAMEN DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las ayudas se concederán de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad, transparencia, igualdad, no discriminación y publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El inicio del expediente se efectuará mediante la aprobación de la convocatoria correspondiente por parte del órgano municipal competente del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. OBLIGACIONES QUE SE CONTRAEN POR LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Son obligaciones de los beneficiarios de las ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Destinar el importe de la ayuda al objeto para el que se ha solicitado esta.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación que efectúe la Administración que tenga atribuida la competencia de instruir las citadas ayudas.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Comunicar a la Administración que tenga atribuida la competencia de instruir las ayudas la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier ente público o privado, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;d) Justificar la ayuda concedida a petición de la Administración.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. MODIFICACIÓN DE LA RESOLUCIÓN DE CONCESIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para la concesión de la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones o entes públicos o privados, nacionales o internacionales, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. REVOCACIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS CONCEDIDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 37 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se debe revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de la concesión el beneficiario de esta incumpla totalmente o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Como consecuencia de la revocación de la subvención, queda sin efecto el acto de concesión y corresponde el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas indebidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. REINTEGRO DE LAS AYUDAS CONCEDIDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 37 y 38 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;general de subvenciones, el beneficiario deberá reintegrar total o parcialmente las cantidades recibidas y, en su caso, el interés de demora, en los casos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- El incumplimiento de la finalidad para la que se concedió la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- La obtención de la subvención sin que se cumplan las condiciones requeridas para ello, o cuando se alteren las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para concederla, siempre que sea por causas imputables al beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- El incumplimiento de la obligación de justificación o la justificación insuficiente, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 30 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La negativa a someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control previstas en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, o la obstrucción injustificada de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Para reintegrar las ayudas se aplicarán los procedimientos previstos para este efecto en los artículos 41, 42 y 43 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, en los que deben garantizar la audiencia a los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las cantidades reintegradas tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y se pueden exigir por la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. RÉGIMEN DE INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables será el establecido en el título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y, en su caso, a la normativa de desarrollo en materia de subvenciones que haya aprobado la entidad que tenga atribuida la gestión de estas ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El órgano competente para imponer las sanciones que se deriven de infracciones de lo establecido en estas bases y de la normativa aplicable a las entidades locales en materia de subvenciones se determinará, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos 66.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, que regula las bases del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. INSPECCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en estas bases, las subvenciones que se concedan se someterán a la inspección correspondiente según la normativa legal vigente que resulte aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En todo lo no previsto expresamente en estas bases regirán las disposiciones que sean aplicables a las administraciones públicas locales en materia de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.- Aprobar el gasto a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 231-48000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3.- Publicar estas bases en el BOIB para información pública, en el tablón de anuncios y en la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
