&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo de la cual se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con las diferentes lineas pueden ser beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la línea 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;: Las personas físicas o jurídicas o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que tengan el domicilio social y un establecimiento operativo en Menorca, que sean fabricantes y productores y que estén dados de alta del impuesto de actividades económicas correspondiente. Quedan excluidos de esta línea los artesanos no agroalimentarios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la línea 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;: Las asociaciones empresariales la actuación de las cuales sea de ámbito insular de Menorca, agrupaciones de asociaciones empresariales de ámbito insular de Menorca, confederaciones de asociaciones empresariales de ámbito insular de Menorca o similares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la línea 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;: Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas ayudas las personas físicas o jurídicas o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que cumplan, de acuerdo con la Ley 4/1985, de 3 de mayo, de ordenación de la artesanía, y normativa de desarrollo, los requisitos y que tengan su domicilio social y un establecimiento operativo en Menorca: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la Línea 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;: Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas ayudas las personas físicas o jurídicas o agrupaciones de personas físicas o jurídicas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o patrimonio separado sin personalidad jurídica que tengan su domicilio social y un establecimiento operativo en Menorca y que respondan a la definición de microempresa, pequeña empresa o mediana empresa (PYME). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los beneficiarios de estas ayudas han de desarrollar su actividad dentro del ámbito territorial de Menorca y mantener la actividad durante un año. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de esta ayuda de minimis es: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Dar soporte técnico a los fabricantes y productores de Menorca mediante la presencia de los productos de los fabricantes y productores, como expositores o como visitantes, a ferias profesionales fuera de la isla de Menorca para establecer relaciones comerciales, así como apoyar a las actuaciones de promoción que realicen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Apoyar a las asociaciones empresariales de Menorca o agrupaciones de asociaciones empresariales de Menorca para promocionar los productos de las empresas menorquinas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Facilitar la asistencia de los artesanos de Menorca como expositores en las ferias profesionales y de artesanas fuera de la isla de Menorca y apoyar las actuaciones de promoción de los productos artesanos elaborados en la isla de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Fomentar y promocionar la transformación digital de los negocios para conseguir microempresas, pequeñas empresas o medianas (PYME) más competitivas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sta convocatoria se rige &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;or&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; las bases aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca día 23 de julio de 2018, publicadas en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; número 95, de 2 de agosto de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es de 320.000 €&lt;/span&gt; (trescientos veinte mil euros), desglosado en los apartados siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línea 1 - sector del calzado: 100.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línea 1 - sector bisutero: 100.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línea 1 - resto de sectores: 50.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línea 2 - asociaciones: 50.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línea 3 - artesanos: 10.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Línea 4 - innovación: 10.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes finaliza dia 1 de octubre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
