    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 9 de los Estatutos del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears (en adelante, ICIB), aprobados por Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;embre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 201&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;correcció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;erra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;enero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 201&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; establece que el presidente del ICIB es la persona titular de la Consejería de Cultura, Participación y Deportes, o la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 19.1 de los Estatutos dispone que el presidente puede nombrar, con carácter potestativo, un director gerente y separarlo o, si procede, hacer la propuesta prevista en el punto 10 de este artículo. El nombramiento y el cese deben comunicarse al Consejo de Gobierno, en el plazo máximo de siete días, y publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;olet&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;í&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en el plazo máximo de 10 días. Por otra parte, el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, prevé que el nombramiento y el cese de las personas titulares de la gerencia y de otros órganos unipersonales de dirección de los entes del sector público instrumental autonómico, cuando no corresponden al Consejo de Gobierno, deben comunicarse a este órgano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 19.7 de los Estatutos, el director gerente, además de cesar en los supuestos establecidos en el contrato de trabajo correspondiente y en la normativa laboral aplicable, cesa cuando lo haga el consejero que lo nombró. A la finalización de la legislatura, la duración del contrato del director gerente se debe prorrogar un máximo de tres meses, mientras no se nombre un nuevo director gerente. En todo caso, el cese ha de comunicarse al Consejo de Gobierno. No obstante, en virtud del artículo 19.2 de los Estatutos, cuando el director gerente cese porqué lo hace el consejero que lo nombró, el consejero entrante lo puede confirmar en el cargo sin necesidad de convocatoria pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El 12 de enero se publicó en el &lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ole&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;tí&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears, de 11 de enero, por la cual se aprueban la convocatoria pública y las bases para la selección del director gerente del Instituto de Industrias Culturales, de acuerdo con el artículo 19.2 de los Estatutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Para la selección del director gerente, la base sexta del anexo II de la convocatoria, prevé la constitución de una comisión de selección. En el acta de sesión del 21 de febrero de 2019, la comisión de selección acordó proponer a la presidenta del ICIB al señor Jaume Reus Morro para ocupar la plaza de director gerente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El 13 de marzo la directora general de Cultura dictó una propuesta de resolución &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ual s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; propo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ne&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; presidenta del Institut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ind&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;u&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;stri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Cultural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el nom&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;br&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;am&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el director &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gerent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;est&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;organism&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Nombrar el señor Jaume Reus Morro director gerente del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Comunicar este nombramiento al Consejo de Gobierno, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 21.1 de la Ley 7/2010, de 21 de julio, del sector público instrumental de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y de acuerdo con el artículo 19.1 de los Estatutos del ICIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
