&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación, modificada por la Ley orgánica 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre, para la mejora de la calidad educativa, establece en el artículo 90 que el Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia y las comunidades autónomas pueden reconocer la tarea didáctica o de investigación de profesores y centros facilitando la difusión entre los diferentes centros escolares de los trabajos o las experiencias que han merecido este reconocimiento por su calidad y esfuerzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Plan Cuatrienal de Formación Permanente del Profesorado 2016-2020 ya establece que los procesos formativos de los profesionales de la educación tienen que estar vinculados estrechamente con los centros educativos como unidad básica de cambio, en respuesta a la evidencia de que los docentes son los profesionales inmersos en una organización que desarrolla los propios procesos de aprendizaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Aprender entre iguales y trabajar cooperativamente son algunas de las señas de identidad de nuestro modelo de formación. Contar con docentes con una larga y demostrada trayectoria profesional, así como una excelente formación, es un activo que puede redundar en una mejora cualitativa de nuestro modelo de formación permanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Decreto 41/2016, de 15 de julio, por el cual se regula la formación permanente del profesorado de la enseñanza no universitaria de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, prevé en el articulado la posibilidad de que se establezca una colaboración de los centros docentes y del profesorado de estos centros para desarrollar aspectos relacionados con la formación del profesorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 18 de febrero de 2019 por la cual se regula el nombramiento y la actividad de los docentes mentores en el ámbito del sistema educativo no universitario de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears establece, en la disposición final primera, que se faculta a la directora general de Formación Profesional y Formación del Profesorado de la Consejería de Educación y Universidad para que dicte las instrucciones que sean necesarias en relación con esta Orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación, modificada por la Ley orgánica 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre, para la mejora de la calidad educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 16 de marzo de 2016 por la cual se aprueba el Plan Cuatrienal de Formación Permanente del Profesorado 2016-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 41/2016, de 15 de julio, por el cual se regula la formación permanente del profesorado de la enseñanza no universitaria de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 18 de febrero de 2019 por la cual se regula el nombramiento y la actividad de los docentes mentores en el ámbito del sistema educativo no universitario de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo eso, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar las instrucciones para la&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;solicitud, el nombramiento y la actividad de los docentes mentores en el ámbito del sistema educativo no universitario de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprobar la solicitud de docente mentor (anexo 2) y el modelo de informe de propuesta de nombramiento de los candidatos seleccionados (anexo 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución y sus anexos en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y en el sitio web de la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Formación del Profesorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recurso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación y Universidad en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y lo que se establece en el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objeto y ámbito de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de estas Instrucciones es establecer las condiciones para la solicitud, el nombramiento y la actividad de los docentes mentores en el ámbito del sistema educativo no universitario de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Personas destinatarias &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las personas destinatarias son los docentes jubilados con una larga trayectoria académica marcada por la excelencia y una destacada contribución al sistema educativo que voluntariamente quieren colaborar con los centros docentes públicos no universitarios de las Illes Balears y con la red de formación permanente del profesorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Para poder ser nombrado docente mentor, las personas interesadas tienen que cumplir los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 2 de la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 18 de febrero de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presentación de solicitudes y plazos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las personas interesadas en participar en el proceso de selección de docentes mentores tienen que rellenar la solicitud (anexo 2) y entregarla a la dirección del centro educativo con el cual quieren colaborar, así como adjuntar la documentación que corresponda en función de la vía de colaboración escogida (abierta o concreta) según lo que establece el artículo 4 de la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 18 de febrero de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Esta solicitud se puede presentar a la dirección del centro educativo en cualquier momento del curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nombramiento de los docentes mentores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La dirección del centro, una vez revisada la solicitud y la documentación aportada, y con el acuerdo favorable del claustro y del consejo escolar, tiene que emitir un informe de propuesta de nombramiento de los candidatos seleccionados (anexo 3). Este informe se tiene que entregar al Servicio de Normalización Lingüística y Formación en uno de los registros habilitados por la Consejería de Educación y Universidad, en las delegaciones territoriales de educación o en cualquier otra dependencia referida en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El consejero de Educación y Universidad, mediante una resolución, tiene que efectuar el nombramiento correspondiente y tiene que notificarlo a la dirección del centro y a los docentes nombrados en el plazo máximo de tres meses desde el día siguiente de la fecha de presentación del informe en el registro. Si, transcurrido el plazo mencionado, no se han resuelto las solicitudes y no se ha publicado la resolución, se tienen que entender desestimadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El nombramiento como docente mentor tiene una vigencia de un curso escolar, y se puede prorrogar por el mismo periodo, con un máximo de tres prórrogas, siguiendo el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 7 de la Orden del consejero de Educación y Universidad de día 18 de febrero de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; ) Docente jubilado que ha ejercido su actividad laboral en alguno de los cuerpos docentes en que se ofrece el nombramiento mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; ) Docente jubilado que ha destacado a lo largo de su vida profesional por algún reconocimiento docente de innovación, investigación, formación permanente o gestión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;SOLICITO colaborar como docente mentor mediante la vía de colaboración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ) Abierta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ) Concreta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
