&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Proyecto de arquitectura: “DOTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS VIAL S’HORT D’EN TAPÍ. Cumplimiento de las condiciones indicadas en el informe de Hidrobal, Gestión de Aguas de Baleares, S.A., (empresa concesionaria de los servicios municipales de abastecimiento de agua y de alcantarillado), (registro de entrada nº 602, de 06.02.2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2a. Ejecutar la rigola tipo “Alaró”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3a. Las zanjas para conexión de servicios que discurran por fuera del nuevo vial y en firmes ya consolidados, en este caso la C/ de S’Hort d’en Tapí, deberán rellenarse de hormigón magro de central hasta la cota -10 ctms del pavimento de rodamiento actual, y complementar con una capa de rodamiento de 5 ctms de, al menos, 1 m de anchura, con fresado previo y sellado de juntas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4a. Debe darse una solución transitoria, con el informe de Hidrobal, a la no conexión a la red general de la red de pluviales; a cargo de los promotores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5a. Conservación de los cipreses al principio del nuevo vial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6a. El plano “05. Propuesta de señalización” deberá ser informado por la policía local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7a. El proyecto presentado incluye acometidas de agua potable (2), alcantarillado (2), aguas pluviales (2) y energía eléctrica (1), para la finca rústica situada en el polígono 4 parcela 542; las infraestructuras, conducciones y redes, en suelo rústico, son un úso condicionado (art. 19.2.c del Plan Territorial Insular de Mallorca); por esto, deberá acreditarse la existencia y legalidad de estos servicios; o bien obtener la declaración de interés general correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La dirección del documento acreditativo del suministro eléctrico no coincide con la dirección de la finca rústica situada en el polígono 4, parcela 542 (S’Hort d’en Tapí, 2A).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8a. En el documento de “MODIFICACIÓN DEL PROYECTO DOTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS EN NUEVO VIAL S’HORT DEN TAPÍ. ALARÓ” con registro de entrada de 19.02.2019, no se ha adjuntado el estado de mediciones, tal y como se indica en la página 5 de la memoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9a. El proyecto de “Dotación de servicios. Nuevo Vial s’Hort d’En Tapí. Alaró” (que incluye estudio de seguridad y salud), sin visado colegial, redactado, en fecha febrero de 2018, por los arquitectos JACG, JSCO y ASA; debe firmarse por los técnicos que lo suscriben.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Condición: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas promotoras de la actuación, antes del inicio de las obras, han de constituir una garantía de 6 % del presupuesto de les obras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que hacemos público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que es definitivo en vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Directamente el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la notificación o publicación de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) El recurso de reposición potestativo ante la junta de gobierno local, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente de la notificación o publicación de la presente resolución. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo, ante el Juzgado de Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y de la Ley 30/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
