    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se pública la resolución del Consejero Ejecutivo de Movilidad del Consejo Insular de Menorca, de día 12/2/2019, núm. 2019/21 mediante la cual se comunica la fecha y la composición del tribunal calificador de la primera convocatoria de las pruebas sobre competencia profesional para el ejercicio de las actividad de interior e internacional de viajeros y mercancías, que dice lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“Dada la Orden de 28.5.1999, sobre expedición de certificados de competencia profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la ley 13/1998, de 23 de diciembre de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares de Menorca y de Ibiza y Formentera en materia de transporte por carretera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Movilidad, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 123/2017, de 7 de julio (BOIB núm. 83, de 8 de julio de 2017) en relación con los Decretos de Presidencia núm. 120/2017 y núm. 121/2017, de 7 de julio (BOIB núm. 83, de 8 de julio de 2017);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Hacer público que las pruebas sobre de competencia profesional para el ejercicio de la actividad de TRANSPORTE NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL DE MERCANCÍAS Y VIAJEROS convocadas por medio de resolución de fecha 9/1/2019, núm. 2019/2 del consejero ejecutivo de Movilidad, tendrán lugar los próximos días 1 (mercancías) y 2 (viajeros) de abril de 2019, en la sede del Consejo Insular de Menorca en Mahón, Plaza Biosfera, 5, a las 9:00 horas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; A los efectos que dispone el RD 462/2002, el tribunal al que se refiere la presente convocatoria se clasifica en la categoría primera y estará constituido por las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) TRANSPORTE NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL DE MERCANCÍAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo cual se comunica para su conocimiento y a los efectos que correspondan, al mismo tiempo que se hace saber que contra el acuerdo precedente, que no agota la vía administrativa, cabe interponer, en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de recepción de esta notificación, recurso de alzada ante la Presidencia del Consejo Insular, sin perjuicio que se puedan utilizar cualquier otro recurso que se considere procedente en derecho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado si no se ha notificado la resolución cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses desde su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo cabrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
