&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Artículo 40 de la Ley 7/2013, de 26 de Noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de Instalación, Acceso y Ejercicio de Actividades en las Islas Baleares y en el Artículo 83.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de Octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se somete a información pública, por un plazo de 20 días, el expediente de Permiso de Instalación y Obras, de Actividad Permanente Mayor, a efectos que las personas físicas o jurídicas, asociaciones, entidades vecinales y las que estén interesados ​​formulen las observaciones que consideren pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;El expediente se encuentra de manifiesto y puede consultarse durante las horas de oficina en la Secretaría de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
