    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell de Mallorca día 20 de febrero de 2019 tomó, entre otros, el acuerdo que transcribo literalmente a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el acuerdo de concesión de subvenciones de la convocatoria de subvenciones para el fomento del deporte mediante ayudas al mantenimiento y mejora de instalaciones deportivas públicas de Mallorca como consecuencia de la renuncia presentada por el Ayuntamiento de Ariany y aprobar la modificación del Anexo 2 del acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell de Mallorca, de fecha 22 de noviembre de 2017, por la que se concedieron las subvenciones para las actuaciones de mantenimiento y mejora de instalaciones deportivas públicas de Mallorca, respecto de las actuaciones a desarrollar por el Ayuntamiento de Ariany de acuerdo con lo señalado a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La renuncia del Ayuntamiento de Ariany y la correspondiente modificación presupone la pérdida del derecho al cobro parcial de la subvención concedida al Ayuntamiento de Ariany, por un importe de &lt;strong&gt;80.163,22 €&lt;/strong&gt; y la anulación de la autorización y disposición del gasto por el mismo importe según lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Anualidad 2018:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;3.270,48 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Anualidad 2019: 76.892,74 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar este acuerdo al Ayuntamiento de&amp;nbsp; Ariany y publicarlo en el BOIB así como a la BDNS."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
