&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hace saber&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1º.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt; Que por este Ayuntamiento se ha iniciado expediente para la renovación de Juez de Paz y Juez de Paz Sustituto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º.-&lt;/strong&gt; Que de conformidad con lo dispuesto por la Ley 6/1985 de 1 de julio del Poder Judicial, en sus artículos 101, 103, 302 y 303, y circular del Consejo del Poder Judicial de 25 de julio de 1.989:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Los Jueces de Paz y sus sustitutos serán nombrados por un período de CUATRO AÑOS por la Sala de Gobierno del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, siendo el Organo competente para la elección, el Ayuntamiento Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Podrá ser nombrado Juez de Paz y Sustituto, quienes aun no siendo Licenciados en derecho, reúnan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ser Español (Fotocopia D.N.I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Mayor de edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No estar impedido física o psíquicamente para la función judicial (Certificado médico oficial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No estar condenado por delito doloso y estar en pleno ejercicio de sus derechos civiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los Jueces de Paz titulares serán retribuidos por el sistema y la cuantía que legalmente se establezca y tendrán dentro de su circunscripción, el tratamiento y precedencia que se reconozcan en la suya a los Jueces de Primera Instancia e Instrucción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Con&amp;nbsp; tal finalidad, se abre un período de QUINCE DIAS hábiles para que las personas que estén interesadas lo soliciten por escrito ante esta Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el supuesto de no presentarse ningún solicitante, el Ayuntamiento Pleno elegirá libremente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
