    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca día 6 de febrero de 2019 tomó, entre otros, el acuerdo que transcribo literalmente a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Modificar el Anexo 2 del acuerdo del Consejo&amp;nbsp;Ejecutivo del Consell&amp;nbsp;de Mallorca, de fecha 22 de noviembre de 2017, por el que se concedieron las subvenciones para las actuaciones de mantenimiento y mejora de instalaciones deportivas públicas de Mallorca que deben finalizar antes del 31 de diciembre de 2018, (publicado en el BOIB núm. 144 de 25 de noviembre de 2017), respecto de las actuaciones a desarrollar por el Ayuntamiento de Calvià, en la forma que se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar este acuerdo al Ayuntamiento de Calvià y publicarlo en el BOIB."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente a la recepción de esta notificación. El recurso se puede interponer formalmente ante este Consejo Ejecutivo o ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, o la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente a la recepción de la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no se ha recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de seis meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede interponer, si cabe, cualquier otro recurso que se considere oportuno. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
