MF-586 ]] es text/html 619047 1624 380 2019-02-28 es CAIB CAIB 2019-02-28 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 16 de enero de 2019, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“1. Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma consistente en la modificación de la denominación del puesto de trabajo F20250005 que figura en el informe adjunto.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">2. Las funciones específicas del puesto de trabajo de jefe/a del servicio de centro histórico y actuaciones institucionales tiene las funciones específicas que a continuación se enumeran:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Preparar y asistir a las convocatorias de la Comisión de Centro Histórico.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Informar expedientes de obras que afecten al centro histórico, BIC o Bienes catalogados, entornos de protección de B.I.C., edificios y espacios protegidos.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Informar los proyectos municipales y los promovidos por otras administraciones públicas.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Coordinar el grupo de técnicos estableciendo criterios interpretativos en los expedientes que corresponde tramitar al servicio.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Interpretar normativa desde el punto de vista técnico para su aplicación en el Servicio.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Atender consultas de ciudadanos/técnicos para la aplicación de normativa en la tramitación de expedientes.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Cumplir las directrices, normas, procedimientos y acciones preventivas establecidas en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, que sean encomendadas en materia de actuación en emergencias, todo colaborando con el servicio de prevención.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">- Cualquier otra tarea que le sea encomendada por el superior jerárquico de entre las que corresponden a la escala.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">3. Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente de su aprobación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">4. Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra este acto administrativo, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede presentar recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes contado desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación. En este caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.
