&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“Expediente núm .: 192/2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;JOSE MARIA MUÑOZ PEREZ, Alcalde - Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, al amparo del artículo 21.1, s) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Visto el programa de actividades previstas para el Carnaval de Lloseta 2.019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Según lo dispuesto en el artículo 19 de la ordenanza municipal sobre contaminación acústica, publicada en el BOIB núm.138, de 08.10.2013, y, núm.133 de 02.10.2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;"Autorización para superar los valores límite de ruido.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Por razones de interés general o de significación ciudadana especial o con motivo de la organización de actos con una proyección oficial, cultural o de naturaleza análoga especial, a petición de los organizadores, el Ayuntamiento podrá autorizar, para las zonas afectadas, con carácter temporal y provisional y haciendo prevalecer el principio de protección de la salud de la ciudadanía, la modificación o la suspensión de los valores límite de emisión sonora que se establecen en el capítulo III de esta Ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Los titulares de emisores acústicos pueden solicitar a El Ayuntamiento la autorización para superar los valores límite que se establecen en el capítulo III de esta Ordenanza de manera provisional y temporal, para lo cual deben presentar una solicitud, con al menos un mes de antelación al acto, acompañada de un estudio acústico que la justifique razonadamente. El Ayuntamiento deberá notificar su resolución con anterioridad a la fecha programada para el evento. En cualquier caso, el Ayuntamiento sólo puede resolver la suspensión provisional y temporal del acto si habiendo valorado la incidencia acústica, se acredita que se emplean las técnicas acústicas más adecuadas y aun así no se pueden respetar los valores límite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Cuando se conceda el permiso, la autorización fijará expresamente el nombre, las fechas del evento, los datos de la persona responsable y los periodos horarios en que se pueden realizar actuaciones o emplear dispositivos musicales, de megafonía o análogos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. Con respecto a las obras, se ha de atender lo que se indica en el capítulo VII de esta Ordenanza".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Dado los actos festivos programados, RESUELVO, suspender los valores límites de emisión sonora en los siguientes horarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Viernes 1 de marzo de las 17:00 horas hasta las 23:00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Sábado 2 de marzo de las 20:00 horas en a las 06:00 del día siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Domingo 3 de marzo de las 10:00 horas hasta las 24:00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
