font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Dados el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, adoptado en la sesión de carácter ordinario de día 13 de marzo de 2017 en relación con la convocatoria de ayudas del CIME para deportistas menorquines o residentes en la isla de Menorca destacados durante el año 2016, publicadas en el <span style="background-color:#ffffff">BOIB</span> número 44, de 13 de abril de 2017, y el acuerdo adoptado día 22 de octubre de 2018 sobre la aprobación de la convocatoria correspondiente al 2017, publicado en el <span style="background-color:#ffffff">BOIB</span> n.º 143, de 15 de noviembre de 2018;</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Dadas las solicitudes presentadas durante el plazo establecido en la convocatoria;</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Teniendo en cuenta que se ha revisado la documentación presentada para comprobar administrativamente y técnicamente el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos;</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Contra este acuerdo; que no agota la via administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes a partir del dÍa siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de los consejos insulares.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición.
